Nadelen: "I could have been warned that you need to get a pass to go to Hanga Roa before you can board. I had checked because I had heard there was a fee but upon investigation, it was said that this requirement had been eliminated. Wrong!! You still need the pass but you don’t get charged a fee. The extra time required for this tedious meant we missed our chance to check bags and do incurred hundreds of dollars more to get on the same flight the next day. No Bueno!!! This should be highlighted up front!!"

Nadelen: "I needed to change my flight because of a death in the family. To change my flight was more expensive than the initial ticket itself. That is ridiculous. You should not do that to people. There should be a $300 change fee and that's it. At most. The entertainment would be good if I could hear it - but I couldn't. The sound was terrible. Uncomfortable seats. Barely slept. Overal terrible experience. Also turn on the damn entertainment while we are waiting on the tarmac - why wait until we are in the air? Almost every other airline - all the good ones - Emirates, Lufthansa, and other quality airlines - will let you access the in flight entertainment as soon as you sit. But the change cost of the ticket was the most offensive thing. I feel robbed, in a time of tragedy."

Nadelen: "They lost my bag and I had to wait a full day to get it back."

Nadelen: "We were traveling with 2 children. Seats assigned: rows 15, 18, 32, and 38. Nobody in the crew (from the desk to the plane) was able to solve the problem. We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

Nadelen: "Extremely uncomfortable flight, extremely tight seats, kids running around during most of the flight. Terrible experience seating next to bathrooms, flight attendant keep trowing some sort of air freshener to mask the bathroom disgusting smell, and it didn’t not work well. Ended up breathing the most disgusting smell for hours, arrived to destination with an upside down stomach and nausea."

Nadelen: "Unless you have a super category in this airline, don’t even try to apply to an upgrade. Employees have more preference than you"

Voordelen: "Great food at Tanta restaurant in the public area."
Nadelen: "Inadequate signage - especially for passengers arriving on a domestic flight and departing on an international flight. Why are you writing to me in Dutch? How do I change to English?"

Voordelen: "Flight crew friendly , on time, clean, comfortable seats"

Nadelen: "They didnt check my bag from DCA to BOG, so I had to check out my bag in MIA and then run to check in the next flack. I couldnt. They gave me a seat in another flight from another company, so it was OK."

Voordelen: "A good amount of room, really enjoyed that you could check in two 23kg bags free. It helped a lot with the carry on baggage issue (lack of space, too many people wanting to put their too large bags in the overhead bins). Good entertainment selection, they provide headphones which is nice. Comfy blankets. The crew was attentive and patient."
Nadelen: "Started boarding late but the captain got us to our destination early even in spite of late boarding."

Voordelen: "Despite being closed out of my flight, LATAM made it relatively inexpensive to change my flight to the next day. But, flying on other airlines out of Santiago, there is really no need to close the flight one hour before flight time. This is a LATAM policy only. I should have been on that flight. My return flight was delayed 3 hours. Go figure."
Nadelen: "Arrived 50 min before flight, but it was closed and was forced to pay a change fee and arrive 2 days later to Easter Island. There was still plenty of time for me to make that flight, but LATAM's policy of closing flights 1 hr before flight time really screwed me."

Voordelen: "I don't know that I like anything"
Nadelen: "The food on this plane is awful. All the pork being served is simply unfair. What about serving turkey sandwiches as an alternative to red meat or pork? The children roam about freely and it's quite uncomfortable. The seats are to close for such a long flight. I really can't get the disgusting dishes out of my mind."

Entertainment screen between center seat and window seat so I just didn't even try to look at it and mostly just leaned forward to have a little space. Also another inch or 2 was taken by person in front of me putting their seat back. With such restrictive space why is this even possible??? Flying has become ridiculous and I try not to as much as I can."

Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."
