Nadelen: "Flight was delayed an hour so we were rebooked. Spent extra day in Zurich, and missed our hotel reservation in San Francisco. San Francisco was not our final destination. We had to fly for more than 24 hours in one day(time change). We missed part of our family function. It's been an exhausting trip"

Nadelen: "I missed my connection and got to Hong Kong a day late."

Nadelen: "missed connection in Zurich because flight left one hour late, and connecting flight didn't wait the extra five minutes which would have allowed us to get on flight. Transfer desk was unable to get us to Bari same day although it was only noon; rebooked for 6:55am next day... Significant financial loss to us."

Nadelen: "I had paid a little extra to have a seat in the back of the plane going to Greece and returning also. I was under the assumption the extra charge would give me a seat with only one extra person next to me. On both flights to and from JFK I was seated in a row with 3 seats and not the last row as promised. Just wondering if a refund for the extra charge would be possible."

Voordelen: "The plane we were on between Zurich and Copenhagen was comfortable and modern for such a short trip. This was a stark contrast to the old SAS airplane we flew in the opposite direction as a Swiss flight. The staff on the plane were friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "We missed our original flight due to connection difficulties. We tried to hold this flight (the return flight that we had paid for in our round trip ticket) but when we arrived at the airport we were informed that they had sold our seats. We had to pay $250 USD to fly standby (and "reissue" the tickets that we had already paid for) on a flight that was oversold by at least 6, and we heard other passengers also being told their tickets were sold. Their customer service for the ticket change and the phone calls made before hand where they promised to hold our tickets, were so disappointing, it was like dealing with any US based airline. We won't be flying with them again."

Voordelen: "Who knows hope to actually get on it and make it to destination"
Nadelen: "Not sure just know leaving 10 hours late"

Voordelen: "Not very much to like. No effort to enhance customer service, accommodate customer needs. I fly a lot of regional and international airlines, was truly underwhelmed."
Nadelen: "I landed at Zurich airport at 6am with an 11 hour wait and tried to get onto an earlier us bound flight. The ground crew were awful and rude!. The dint make any effort to smile, look at me in the face or ask how I was doing!. Instead she took one look at my ticket and said “ sorry you bought through an agent, I can’t help you”. When I tried to ask if in future it is advisable to book through Swiss airlines directly, the customer service agent looked at me and said “ that’s your problem”- then she turned to her friend and kept talking! Honestly! . The airport terminal E is grey, drab and boring. No TV and only 2 hour of WiFi. I was told I had to pay to use one of their lounges just to get a recliner chair to lay my head for 11 hours. I felt like I was in a holding cell- and the flight was delayed by an hour, had a gate change that they dint tell us till less than 1hour- boy was I glad to leave Zurich!. If that is Swiss hospitality, they have a long way to go. Save your money and use another airline. You will be much happier- trust me."

Nadelen: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. I wish you best and ask for your kind assistance to send the item as soon as possible with the nearest flight. Sincerely, Meylakh Sheykhet"

Voordelen: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Voordelen: "This time I was really happy with almost everything. All crew members were nice and friendly. The food was tasty and plenty. The craft was clean and specious On line check easy and smooth. I paid my extra luggage online too for cheaper then in airport"
Nadelen: "My tv didn't work at the beginning but after the crew member reset it everything was perfect Thank you Swiss! ❤️❤️"

Voordelen: "Crew was very nice, blankets very nice."
Nadelen: "Seats are very uncomfortable, and arm rests between the seats don't go up all the way. Boarding was not well organized, not done by rows from the back to the front so a bit chaotic. As with all airlines in economy these days, the food was very mediocre, and the overall comfort of the flight was pretty poor."

Nadelen: "1 hr 50'' delay"

Voordelen: "Food was tasty and of decent proportions, entertainment, while somewhat limited in selection, contained a number of compelling movies bar I enjoyed. I had a bulkhead seat, which was exceedingly comfortable"
Nadelen: "USB port was broken in the seat, but enjoyed the entertainment offered that I didn't need it."

Voordelen: "I got ill on my flight to Zurich and the Swiss Flight Attendants attended to me like true professionals. They made sure I was comfortable until we landed which meant the world to me considering I was SO far away from my home. I'd like to especially acknowledge Frank, one of the attendants, who sat next to me to make sure I did not feel alone while I was sitting in the back with ice on my head, and felt like the world was spinning. He was my point of trust and warmth. That was not only extraordinary service, but human compassion at it's finest. Furthermore, the head attendant, who's name I could not get in the haze of the flight, escorted me from the plane to the cart who took me to the lounge to recover until my next flight. Thank you, Swiss Airlines, for having employees who knew how to triage my illness, and took care of me like family would. I appreciate it greatly and will surely be booking all my future European flights on Swiss. Please extend my gratitude to the flight crew on my Athens - Zurich flight on 5/28."

Nadelen: "Small spaces between seats"

Nadelen: "late departure, stressful to make the connection, had to check in hand luggage even though there was lots of space"

Nadelen: "Too narrow seats."

Voordelen: "The crew on board was kind and polite when they had to deliver bad news"
Nadelen: "2 hour delay due to a morning delay at Barcelona, although that seemed odd. The delay was known early that morning. Flight from Barcelona to Zurich doesn't take long. Seems they could have rerouted, or at least sent an email or some notification. Also, the boarding staff at Zurich is rude and random about whom they let onboard with larger luggage or not. They held some people but not others. Middle seats have metal polls, making legroom awkward."

Voordelen: "Easy. Pleasant staff. I felt safe and happy."

Voordelen: "Vlucht was snel naar NL, maar"
Nadelen: "boarden duurt altijd zolang."

Voordelen: "Mooi vliegtuig, met alle gemakken voorzien."
Nadelen: "Helaas, helaas, heel veel turbulentie gehad."

Voordelen: "The crew was pleasant."
Nadelen: "The Swissair website did not have my information available. Stood next to Passport Control for an hour (!) for a glitch they couldn't resolve before boarding. Flight was delayed 90 minutes. Worse quality beef on a flight ever, and that's hard to do. In my 1.5 million miles flown, these were the least comfortable, cramped seats I have ever experienced. I am only 5'7", 150lbs, but for the first time ever could not reach my belongings in the under-the-seat space in front of me. Seriously, it was that cramped."

Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly, everything was on time and extremely efficient. I don't have kids but I did notice how great the flight attendants were with the kids around me. Great job! Already recommended SWISS to friends and family"
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Nadelen: "when is SWISS going to change serving something else rather than this chocolate bread during morning flights?"

Nadelen: "Checking in we had a nasty representative, but other than that, all was well"

Nadelen: "Delayed 4 hours at airport with no explanation why and little compensation for the experience."

Nadelen: "There is little that can be done to make a long haul flight comfortable when a baby is screaming and crying for it's entire duration. Its behaviour cannot be helped. But it certainly didn't make the flight comfortable, nor did the young child kicking incessantly at the back of my and my daughter's seats. This could have occurred on any flight, but it didn't contribute to having a positive experience on this one. The flight attendant serving breakfast completely ignored that fact that I was awake and strolled past without asking if I would like anything as meals were being served. I informed another flight attendant that we hadn't been offered breakfast and she was able to provide us with meals. Besides this the cabin crew were courteous and pleasant. I've flown with Swiss on other occasions and have had better experiences. I'd like to think this was just a one off and not representative of the level of service that Swiss normally provides."

Nadelen: "Impossible to travel correctly in this shithole of airport The dirtiest souk is better organised and better and cleaner Nightmare and very last time i travel true charleroi"

Voordelen: "I loved it! It's so spacious and comfortable."

Voordelen: "The entertainment side is great. TV show and movie options leave plenty to do for long flights."
Nadelen: "The seat had no cushioning whatsoever."

Voordelen: "Nothing possitve to say here."
Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."

Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."

Voordelen: "The price is unbeatable"
Nadelen: "You can expect high end entertainment and food went you pay a half of the price of the competitors"

Voordelen: "It's not high-end, and does lack some luxuries, but for the price, you get everything you need."
Nadelen: "Lack of electrical outlets and no wifi."
