Almost nothing to eat, an airplane from the 1990's without an usb port to charge devices, and besides, my luggage came out with a broken wheel.
Kayak has not issued me a ticket for my second leg. And no one responds to me. Horrible service never again.
The flight didn't exist. The Service customer sucks. They didn't solution the problem and hang up the call.

The staff were nice & communicates very well. The food was not good.
There was no entertainment and the cabin data did not work. Food for a 7 hour international flight was half of a ham & cheese sandwich. That is correct, not even one sandwich...
Latam never said that I needed a PCR test 24 hours prior to traveling. I got an email saying “72 hours”. I had to leave the airport in Santiago, pay $45 for a taxi and pay $50 for a rapid test and then rush back to the airport. The Santiago flight left late and I lost my JFK connection to SFO. Alaska air couldn’t help. I had to buy a new ticket
Great plane, great crew, very poor food

Nadelen: "Allowing the option to change your ticket date, but failing all debit and credit cards payments offered, actually means that they are not allowing flight changes due to COVID related issues like they say they do. We had to book new tickets with another airline to get home."
Nadelen: "The flight was full and all seats were taken. It means it was impossible to maintain the required and necessary social distancing."

Nadelen: "They tried to charge more Money all the time. During the web check in, they give you the row where the sits are not able to decline. When you try to chance it, they pretend to charge extra fee"

Nadelen: "The seats were horrible, I could not sleep on my way to Mendoza. No, entertainment and not much leg room."

Voordelen: "LAN moved to departure gate five minutes before scheduled Board Time from downstairs shuttle bus to plane, to a walk on gate to plane."
Nadelen: "Original schedule pulled in one day due to Hurricane Irma cancellation/rebook from MIA to SCL. LAN wanted $280US to change ticket. I paid $160US for ticket originally. No sympathy from LAN for hurricane impacted travelors. Extremely poor customer relations!!"
Voordelen: "Solid crew, clean planes, safe pilots. Exceptional staff support at LATAM check-in at LAX."
Nadelen: "I arrived 3 hours early to my flight, which I had been notified that morning of a 2hr delay. Fortunately the woman who checked me in realized there was 1 seat available on the last flight that would get me to Lima in time for my connection flight (departing same time as my flight pre-delay). She personally got me to the front of the line, and ran with me just about to the gate, where I caught a shuttle to the plane. If she hadn't done so, and if I hadn't checked in so early, I would have been forced to stay in Lima 24hrs, despite buying a rightful seat and having reservations in Buenos Aires. It is appalling and unacceptable that y'all continue to overbook flights, causing incredible trouble, inconvenience and potential harm to your customers. For a service that costs so much, the only acceptable delays are weather and mechanically related. if it hadn't been for amazing staff immediately, I would've been furiously waiting in a city I didn't need or want to be in. Customer service will continue to grow your business or impede it negatively-- how y'all act is up to you. I appreciate how well I was taken care of by several kind individuals."

Nadelen: "The flight got changed to departure 1 hour earlier, didn't get any notification as the company who I bought the ticket through didn't give my contact details to the airline. The airline informed them about the change in schedule but the company did not informe me and I almost lost the flight which would have ended with me not arriving to australia until who knows when. I am quite disappointed with this!"
