Nadelen: "De crew, onvriendelijk en bot. Geen verwelkoming, geen bedankt en tot ziens. Het eten werd op je tafeltje gegooid. Niet wat je verwacht op een Lufthansa vlucht."

Nadelen: "vanwege de enorme rijen bij de veiligheidscontrole was ik te laat voor mijn vliegtuig. schandalig!"

Nadelen: "The seats we were in were where it went from 4 in a row to 3, so the telvisions were not directly in front of us, and i had to keep my head turned at an angle for ten hours. It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "There were screaming ( not just crying...but SCREAMING at a shrill pitch) for the entire 10 hour flight. I was never so ready to get off of a plane in my life. The staff tried to appease the many different situations as best they could, but they got wore out before the end of the the flight. There were people not sitting in their assigned seats, so mealtime was totally boggled and some got fed a full hour before the rest us is on the tail end of the serving. The last meal ( after I FINALLY got food, we had turbulence, so they stopped serving drinks to go with the meal, and no one ever came back and continued where they left off, so I ate my meal without a drink. I don't blame the airline because it was the many children in that section that made it absolutely miserable for everyone on board, but it was the worst flight I have ever taken...hands down."

Voordelen: "I loved how there were screens to pass the time with. I watched a movie the whole way back home and it really made the ride smooth and enjoyable. There were some great movie selections."

My fight from San Juan to Miami on Friday Oct. 7 was cancelled because of hurricane Matthews, since I didnot buy a roundtrip with AA they did not reimburse or offer me a credit for my returning flight. I contacted AA in two ocassions and both times their personnel were impersonal and even rude to me with the whole situation. I ended up losing $250 because of choosing American Airlines. I will do my best to avoid traveling with American ever again, and I will spread the word, as well. I felt robbed, so unfair."

Voordelen: "We landed 30 minutes early."

Nadelen: "The obese person was NOT supposed to sit next to me (in my row) he had the seat in front of me. He saw that there were 2 men in his row, he switched to sit in the middle seat 1 row behind. However, i paid extra to move up and i ended up being squashed, sitting very uncomfortably. The man took up half my seat. The flight attendants knew of the messed up seating but did not correct it. Overall disappointed, they should make sure everyone sat in the right place."

Nadelen: "The flight was continuously delayed and ultimately cancelled. There weren't a lot of connecting flights until much later the next day, and the customer service was fair at best."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Dijo que si el levantaba esa maleta el podía dañar su espalda.. y el seguro no lo atenderia.. le dije al señor que yo había solicitado asistencia.. pero el dijo que para otra vez, pusiera mi equipaje en carga.. un pasajero vecino de mi asiento al ver la negativa actitud de ese señor.. levantó mi equipaje y me ayudó. Yo soy viajero frecuente de Iberia y se que una mala actitud no hará cambiar mi preferencia."

Nadelen: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

I had to separated from my wife in different row and crowded into a middle seat that is I want totally avoided. Why we paid for such a bad experience?"

Nadelen: "- Long delay (3+ hrs) due to technical problems - Food was mediocre at best - Entertainment system was not working for a 10-hour flight - No personal screens, you had to use your phone or tablet, downloading the app did not work and the charging outlet for my phone was not working."

Voordelen: "They were very kind and helpful when my daughter became unexpectedly ill during the flight, bringing cold wash cloths, ice etc, and they checked in on her regularly until landing. Much appreciated!"

Nadelen: "We are people, just be kind. Asking to be treated in a friendly respectful manner seems to be impossible for Air Canada! I thought Canada was known to be friendly and polite, if that’s true, Air Canada should change its name! They are experts at treating people unnecessarily badly. It’s shocking to witness and harsh and rude shouldnt be descriptors of any company’s customer service agents, especially one who represents a country!!"

Voordelen: "Good boarding.Easy check in."
Nadelen: "Food! Not appealing. Did not eat more than a few bites."

Voordelen: "They have good entertainment system and library"
Nadelen: "The plane delayed for almost 90m due to a mechanical issue. Of course, we missed our connection in Vancouver. Upon arriving in Vancouver, there was no help at all or guidance. Customer support desk was manned by one agent even in the presence of long queues."

Voordelen: "Food was good. Flight staff was pleasant."
Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."

Voordelen: "That it got us to Italy."
Nadelen: "Crew was outright rude, seemed to go out of their way to be disrespectful and unhelpful, no information ahead of time to download the app to get the then subpar entertainment. No wifi option. Seats horribly filthy, gum stuck, trash, magazines all outdated and torn up, and little to no room. Worse than any other airline. food was pretty gross."

Nadelen: "Late departures (about 30 minutes each way) with corresponding late arrivals. On the flight LAX to Vancouver due to late arrival of the plane, on the return flight supposedly because of a delay in loading luggage (the flight was fully boarded for 30+minutes before loading was completed). The late arrival in Los Angeles led to further delay as there was no available gate to accept us so we disembarked 50+minutes after the scheduled time."

Nadelen: "The terminal had no food options at all when we were in a very delayed flight and hungry. We were not given seats ahead of time and therefore were assigned the last row which was very uncomfortable and could not recline. No one was at the desk to help with the seats for a Very long time. The boarding process was not good."

Nadelen: "The food was,nt S-o good,I requested chicken, that was'nt enough for all pasangers and I got pasta that had only tomato n-o parmegiano or cheese. At breakfest only banana bread that was very sweet, S-o I was desapointed. The chair in front of me was leaning on me because îți was broken The selecțion for movies on TV screen was very dificultate as the cursor didn't! responded to my movements"

I was SHARPLY addressed by her that there was no other flight that day so not necessary. WHAT?? made no sense and if seat not needed she could have just said thank you. Proper PR"

Nadelen: "I rarely fly these partner airlines without experiencing major delays, and the delays are always announced after I have cleared security, forcing me to spend hours at the airport. The claims of "weather" are specious: they don't fly enough planes and they don't properly maintain the planes they do fly."

Voordelen: "I like the prompt service by Air Csnada ticketing at DFW . I got immediate attention and wheelchair staff was very gentle and friendly. Very smooth process passed TSA."
Nadelen: "When arriving YYZ, don't mind to be the last passenger to get off, but I was waiting inside the plane for wheelchair about 30 mins after everyone has gone. Perhaps the staff should be managed better the timing. Lucky yyz is my destination, otherwise i would have missed the connecting flight. Waiting for 30 mins is too long. Also the staff stopped for another 10 m in ns to take care of something else. I thought one staff should only take care of one passenger at a time. It showed unprofessional gesture. Btw I didn't get ckeck in email for my return flight to YYZ."

Voordelen: "Most everything was good"
Nadelen: "I luckily still got home on time, and was only slightly late getting into RDU, but I had hoped to have the 6 hours my original itinerary scheduled in Vancouver to quickly leave the airport. With the delays it was not possible."

Nadelen: "Vancouver B.C. customs routing and clearance long (distance), slow (we nearly missed our PDX flight). Once in PDX, the baggage handler dropped my wifes bag in a puddle and left it there for a full five minutes. Not the type of air travel we are used to."

Voordelen: "Entertainment."
Nadelen: "Not enough food for passengers on board. Flight attendants were visibly upset, rude, unable to handle the passenger load, uncommunicative when problems arose."

Voordelen: "Plane left on time, smooth flight, arrived on schedule."
Nadelen: "1. Food very substandard. Hot food not very well prepared and rather tasteless, and snack was like a cardboard wrap with some salsa sauce in it. A disgrace to a major airline like Air Canada. Selection of drinks very limited. 2, Staff persisted in speaking mostly French, on an international flight. Some announcements were made only in French. As a Canadian, I can follow French, but let us remember that English is the international language. To use French is not fair to other nationalities, who expect English. 3. Seats far too close together for a long flight. There was more legroom on the Jazz flight from Montreal to Ottawa! 4. Entertainment kept breaking down. Headphones for my wife did not work, and eventually both of our screens went dead. Her's quit right in the middle of a movie. Bad!! 5. Boarding passes had zones on them, but these were totally disregarded in boarding. This resulted on overcrowding, long waits, etc. Hard on older people!"

Nadelen: "First time at Pearson Airport needed some help finding my way around the airport"

Voordelen: "The sag wagon ride, all be it short as the major length of walk not available to assistance.la"
Nadelen: "Lay out design of terminal, nearly missed initial flight to Copenhagen from Toronto- due to no assistance to navigate through terminal, needed ride but only wheel chair available, but not in time to catch flight. Toronto to MKE- The 5 gate changes, and watching 2 previous flights 40 minutes late with multiple gate changes, plane with flat tire and gasoline leak, not confidence building. Plane very small,tightly seated in back row without ability to recline, directly across from bathroom in which the door kept flying open and a women emerged to state some issue with toilet."

Nadelen: "delay after delay after delay. And the boarding location is shameful."

Voordelen: "Aircraft had TV screens for each passengers offering a variety of free entertainment for all passengers. (Nice)."
Nadelen: "i am a 6'4* person and flying on any "express" aircraft is a mild form of torture. I know this is not exclusive to Air Canada but come on North America...lets get that leg room increased. ; )"

Voordelen: "The service was good."
Nadelen: "The children screaming 70 percent of the flight. The person in front of me throwing up. Just very uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "A very nice Air Canada person from Toronto Airport really helped us speed up the baggage check-in process, because we were late. Then, in the terminal, the crew was waiting for us even if we were so late ( 5 mins before landing time)"
Nadelen: "We had to pay for snacks. Snacks should be included in the high price of the tickets (about 500 CAD $). We ordered and paid extra for food snacks, but some of the items were not available even they were displayed in the food menu/catalog. We asked for a blanket for my daughter who was sleeping but Air Canada didn't have any blanket !! After we boarded, we realized that we didn't have space to put any hand baggages ! We are a family of 5 and we didn't have space to put even one hand baggage! Unacceptable!"

Voordelen: "This was my third air canada rouge flight so I knew what to expect. Staff are always super courteous and good food options available."
Nadelen: "Almost 0 arm/leg room, flight was delayed and they tried bumping me off my flight onto another because they had overbooked."

Nadelen: "Needed subtitles on movies"

Voordelen: "Smooth boarding. Polite staff."
Nadelen: "Check-in person did not attach priority tag to luggage (business class) until i argued with her. This is the second time Air Canada has done this. We paid a lot extra for this service and should not have to quibble with staff in order to receive it. There was no lounge in Charlottetown, but that's not the airline's fault. However, the Air Canada lounge at Pearson was shabby and poorly outfitted. Shameful."

Voordelen: "Seats were okay, crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "They served us one of the least appealing snacks I have ever received on an airplane 9which is obviously saying a lot)-it was some gooey hot pocket chicken creation. No provided entertainment (you can use your own or rent ipads)."

Nadelen: "Everything ! Customer service was terrible , slow non appreciative , all rude , cramped seats , zero snacks provided and less than 3 oz. of water given .. Not worth the money !! Fly united or American"

Nadelen: "IFE and food were awful. Space was cramped, lights left on for a night flight. AirCanada headphone rules are just dumb."

Nadelen: "Delay in Our connection in Toronto caused us to miss the connection in Frankfurt - not because we couldn't run, but because it left before our delayed plane arrived. Then they gave us Stand By tickets for their problem. No exaggeration: The crew rolled a beverage cart in front of the restroom while I was in there. I couldn't leave for about 4 minutes The food made me vomit. That's why I was in the restroom when they blocked me in My headset jack was broken. 500 movies aren't worth anything if I can't hear them"

Nadelen: "5 hour delay. Didn't get the correct seat."

Voordelen: "it was on time landed a few minutes early stewerdess were very nice"

Voordelen: "Comfy seat, good food, great attentive service and wonderful safe take offs and landings! Also we received extra treats for their inaugural flight from Brussels to Toronto."

Voordelen: "I didn’t like a thing! I cancel that flight a month ago, you said your were going to pay me back but I haven’t receive my fund. I have been back in America for month. Everyday I call nobody pick the phone or I’ll be on hold for hours until I hangup"
Nadelen: "What you can do better answer the phone and give me my money back."

Nadelen: "The departure gate was changed four or five times, including after we had traipsed from one end of the concourse to the other, only to have the gate changed BACK to the one from which we came. This was at supper time; we wanted to eat in the terminal but were rousted from two different lines to change gates. We couldn't stop running back and forth long enough to eat! I got updated info more quickly from Kayak than from United, despite having signed up for email and text notifications and having the United app. Come on!! Eventually we were marched down to a narrow hallway, crowded with passengers from two other departing flights, held in formation by obviously harried gate agents and finally led outside to the ramp to board the plane. The worst boarding experience. Ever. Give me Southwest anytime."

Nadelen: "It was a CRJ-700, but I was cramped..."

Voordelen: "The crew made the best out of it and thankfully it’s an extremely short flight."
Nadelen: "A 20 minute flight was delayed for 2.5 hrs. United did a terrible job with notifying passengers, just simply bumped out departure in 15 min increments. Original excuse was inbound delay, although plane was there for 6 hrs already. Passenger soiled himself in cabin and there was no ventilation."

Flight was bumpy both ways for quite a while. What's the point of giving me a boarding pass in Tel Aviv if I need to go to the United transfer counter in Brussels and go through the process again, including a TSA (friendly) interrogation?"

Nadelen: "I chose Luthansa because I was traveling with a bike and they are usually good about not overcharging however after booking the flight, United took over the flight and they have very unfriendly bike policies (200 each way). Usually I will not fly United because of these policies, I think I am done flying any Star Alliance companies."

Voordelen: "I made it home"
Nadelen: "No plugs for electrical, no entertainment and no internet. The seats were very tight. Especially the man next to me was 300+ lbs. Also I had to pay for baggage even though I have united cc. American has all these things and doesn't charge me for baggage."

Nadelen: "This was a mess as the attendants didn't not have my transfer ticket It took them for ever till the last minute when was called by the Microphone"

Nadelen: "Firat flight wver. Age 28. Lots of turbulence. 4 hour delay with no explanation"

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht van Honolulu naar LA in moderne Boeing 737-900 van alle gemakken voorzien."

Voordelen: "The flight was short and left on time."
Nadelen: "The same problem as with the other flight: no headrest tabs and not much leg room."

Nadelen: "Wouldn't let us off the plane for over an hour. 100 yds from the gate. Got home after midnight."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed by an hour and a half. That's the amount of time I could have spent to drive home to Milwaukee. I stuck around because there was no indication of a flight cancellation. I would rather hop on a 15-30min flight than go through the hassle of renting a car. BUT the flight did get canceled, the next flight was completely booked and the next flight out after that was at NIGHT. I arrived in Chicago in the morning. The gate agent told us all to head to United customer service. There I received RUDE, poor excuse of a "service" only to be told they don't give refunds at the counter as we were told by the gate agent. So do that on your own time. THEN I had to buy my bus ticket and spend 1.5-2hrs on top of already waiting 1.5hrs for the flight that got canceled. HORRIBLE. Will never fly United again. Did i mention upon my arrival home I found out American was WIDE open seat wise to chicago?? And no one checked for me!"

Voordelen: "It never took off. I should have just drove from NYC to Milwaukee. It would have been faster! Now, I have to deal with baggage issues because they made me unnecessarily check my carry on."

Nadelen: "There were no snacks on the second leg of the flight. I guess the flight was too short."

Voordelen: "Flight wasn't that long. Experience was okay. Flight was full. Attendants did their job. Some were more polite and helpful than others."
Nadelen: "No request was made for the outbound flight which I want to comment about. At Dulles Airport, I checked in at the Brussels Airline counter, only to be told that since I was on a flight operated by United, then I had to go to the United Airlines counter to check in. At UA, I was handed a boarding pass which advised that my seat will be assigned at the gate. I saw on the monitor where the available seats were-1 window, the remainder middle row. I got the feeling that since I bought a ticket which cost less than what the other United Airlines customers paid for, then I was being relegated to seats that the other travelers didn't desire."

Voordelen: "Helpful crew when I told them that my right leg was causing me severe pain. I asked them to order a wheel chair for me when the plane landed They did so right away."
Nadelen: "The DVD player at my seat did not work. I was the last one to leave the plane, with the help of some crew members; but no wheelchair was waiting for me. A staff called but was told that no such an order was received and no one was then available to bring me a wheel chair. Later someone in the Cleaning crew made a couple of calls and finally ,10 to 15 minutes later, a wheelchair arrived."

Nadelen: "People were not told where to get their transfer boarding passes until last minute. Security check of "random" passengers was overboard. I wasn't one of the passengers who had to undergo the extra security at the gate, but felt bad for those who did. Completely unnecessary.."

Nadelen: "A 1 hour delay in Brussels, combined with the complexity that is Dulles resulted our missing our connecting flight. The United employee who rebooked us for the late-night flight five hours later put my wife and me on separate rows, requiring a second wait in the lengthening lines to sort out. Avoid Dulles. Avoid United."

Voordelen: "There were good movies."
Nadelen: "Food didn't look great. There was a vegetarian option, which was nice to hear, though I opted to just eat food that I bought since the food looked like TV dinners. Also snacks were like pastries and cheese/meat sandwiches, which I didn't try. I would appreciate healthier snacks, like fresh fruit, or failing that, dried fruit and nuts. Also there were no electrical outlets, which made it a lot harder to get any work done on the flight. For such a long flight this was disappointing."
