The check in process was long and could have been faster if more staff was available. The line of passengers was too long and there was no one to guide the line. The boarding process was a bit better. Although several announcements were made regarding mask wearing, it was not fully enforced on the flight. This left me feeling unsafe considering the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and flu season.

J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux

J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un

I got confused about flight time and day missed my flight and rescheduled it for another day they charged me again $260. Even I tried to call the airline 4 hours before nobody answered me . I don’t have time now to fight this case but I think it’s not fair…

Instructions for Business Class passenger boarding was not clear. A seperate seating area for Business Class at the gate would improve the experience significantly. Experience with check-in as well as experience on onboard the plane was excellent.

When I called the ticketing office, they explained that everything was fine with the ticket, and I would indeed have a seat, but I would have to go to the airport. I even asked them about the possibility of overbooking but they said that wasn't a risk. (I am Star Gold so I didn't think that was possible.) When at the airport they wouldn't give me a seat and they bumped me leading to many hours of confusion, a connection through Tanzania, and a loss of a night of sleep. And lots of stress. I know they de-prioritized the people who booked on Kayak. This was a miserable experience and unless you do something to fix this I will never use Kayak again."

Voordelen: "The international pods were wonderful. Lots of space and could choose from a ton of movies. the bathroom was oversized with plenty of space. And the Bentley travel packs are a very nice touch. The highlight of the trip though is the Turskish Lounge in Istanbul. It has several grand pianos, tons of iMac stations, a freaking golf simulator, and different food stations. Thai, Turkish cuisine a salad bar. It it the best lounge I have experienced 10 fold. It’s the size of a mall."
Nadelen: "One negative was the beverage service. Iberia and Korean air are much more attentive before and upon take off. Beverage carts come around quite often. Turkish, not so much. Also food was just okay. Feel like other airlines do better in business class"

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Missed connection due to a 1,5 hours delay of first flight, resulting in a 24 hours delay at destination. Poor assistance at the airport. Long wait, with not even internet connection. Awful experience.

Voordelen: "Flight wasn't packed. Reasonable room for carryons. Seat next to me was open, though most seats were full."
Nadelen: "There was a late gate change in Cairo, which was not communicated to the new gate personnel. They were not ready to receive, there was no female screener which required a delay for the ladies to enter the gate area, and the plane was late leaving. Not a crisis, but was entirely avoidable. Also, I suggest avoiding long layovers in the Cairo airport. There are few chairs outside the eating areas."
Nadelen: "For this trip, there were no individual screens. All customers had to watch the same movies for a 5 hour trip."
Voordelen: "The staff provide an excellent service on board. They are constantly available to assist and provide. I will travel with them again and again."
Voordelen: "Good meals and equent tea, coffee and water in cups available. Headphones provided for entertainment."
Nadelen: "More garbage pickup needed- computer screens were dirty from previous flight use"
Nadelen: "I overpaid my flight by up to 50 per cent more than my fellow passengers yet they were allowed 2 bags each while I only got 1 . The flight attendants don't offer drinks except with meals . They took for ever to remove the trays after the meals that passengers were trying to take them out by themselves . They don't pass by with big bags to collect any garbage ."
Voordelen: "The dinner food was decent (breakfast was subpar)."
Nadelen: "We waited about an hour lined up outside of the gate to board. Then when we finally boarded late, we sat on the runway for 2 hours! This wasn’t the first time it’s happened on this flight, either! We were thirsty and no one offered us water. The flight attendants kept skipping my friend and I when they did come around, which was not often. We were extremely thirsty the entire time and when we finally were able to get up to use the bathroom and search for water, we were told to sit back down. We got tiny cups of water about three times on a 10.5 hour flight. Lastly, the entertainment selection was very small and limited."

Voordelen: "It’s acctually the second time , just last week 23rd , our flight with delta got delayed that made us missed our connecting flight and I had to pass through Nairobi, female crew serving snacks came over to me with snacks and told me I ordered low fat food which I did and I asked her if it was ok if I had chicken that day she insisted that had ordered low fat mean and that’s what she has to serve me and I had to tell her again I needed chicken, she started arguing with me over snacks she got offended and she just threw food in my hand almost dropped to the floor , I think that was not professional at all. And today again coming to Nairobi the female crew came over serving snacks again and requested if I could have some wet wipes my hands were dirty dirty because had seen a crew handing out with to the people in the front raw but she answered me it was in the bank and she kept on and I again asked the male crew and he explained to me that they mostly don’t give wet wipes for short flights but I had wet wipes when I flew to Nairobi from Amsterdam and I had too when I left Nairobi to Uganda , what’s the point of serving foods when passengers gotta eat with dirty hands , and today again-the same female crew skipped the first raw of two males with snacks who were seated in front of us and even if they told her they missed the snacks, she stood there and called the male crew just unprofessionally to bring the snacks for the gentleman and she just never cared . I think they should do better thanks ."

Nadelen: "Il n'y a eu aucun avertissement de turbulences. Nous avons eu un gros trou d'air au décollage qui nous a très vite plonger dans un instant de panique. Aucun mot des hôtesses, même le capitaine n'a rien dit... Pas un seul sourire des hôtesses à l'arrivée. Le vol était extrêmement bruyant (vétusté de l'avion)"

Nadelen: "The 737 is too old and the business class seats need to be changed. They did not recline fully and the door rest also could not be extended completely. Consequently, the seating and resting postures were extremely uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "This company obviously trains its employees to belittle and disregard customers. I have never dealt with a company so at fault for an issue and so utterly unwilling to make up for it. First, they cancel the first of our 3 flights to Delhi 18 hrs before it is to leave. The flight they replaced it with would leave us 10 min to make the connection. So we went to the counter and they told us they'd hold the plane, as did the stewardess on the flight. They lied. The plane left 10 min before we landed. We were stranded. Also, I got food poisoning from their food. They did nothing to help. They would not pay for the hotel we wanted, when we asked they rudely served everyone else they stranded first. The employee would not call his supervisor or give his name. The next morning i saw a doctor but the stomache infection was so bad i couldn't sit up or walk. The doctor wrote this on my clearance to fly document. I needed to get to India to get better medical help. We presented this to the kenya airlines agent and she would do nothing to help. She had business class reclining seats available but would not upgrade me. Even after everything this shitty airline has caused. Unbelievable. Every step along the way of this nightmare could have been made better, so much better, by some human decency but instead we got rude disregard."
Voordelen: "The plane was pretty comfortable, they gave us blankets and pillows even though it was only a 4-hour flight."
Nadelen: "They served "breakfast" halfway through which was two tiny servings of meat and a piece of chocolate cake. Not much food and not really what I wanted to eat in the middle of the night! Boarding was completely chaotic, some screens said the flight was delayed, others said it was on time (it was delayed). When we arrived in Nairobi they hardly apologized for the delay, and also insisted on sending a bus to come pick us up from the plane because it was raining, which took forever. Missed my connection by about 5 minutes and had to wait almost 10 hours for the next one."
