Everything went well

Worst airline ever. It had an hour and a half delay from Miami, therfore I missed my connecting flight from Oslo to Berlin. They rescheduled me to another flight to Copenhagen then Berlin. That plane broke down, so they rescheduled me again from Oslo to Frankfurt to Berlin. There was only 1 clueless crew member at the gate tried to reschedule 50 people, she got no help. Got to Berlin 8 hours late.

Kayak inserted a whole other stop into my itinerary and I didn't know about it until I checked in and I had Oslo written on my boarding pass instead of the layover I thought I had. How are you not going to tell me I'm going to Norway? Because of this new addition, I missed my flight to Warsaw, and now I'm stuck in Sweden for the night.

Coming through chicago is a nightmare. Customs are rude, everyone shouting, disorganized lines and horrible signage. Ticketing was horrible, rude agents, rude TSA, etc, etc.

Nadelen: "I was really disappointed at finding out at luggage check-in that I had to pay extra (£60.00) for my one regular-size suitcase. On the return flight I was told that this amount would be - as it turned out in my case - less than half, if I called SAS a day before departure. Why did I have to pay for the checked luggage at all?"
Voordelen: "Punctual and very cordial staff."
Nadelen: "I paid for internet but it never worked"
Voordelen: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."

Nadelen: "The screaming children. All. The. Yelling. Kids. Also it was an inferno in there. if it's a packed house and customers are standing in the aisles, do us a favor and crank the AC."
Nadelen: "When I checked in I was told I had no bag allowance and had to pay 70 euro to check my bag. I feel like this was very sketchy on kyaak's part since it must have been on the fine print. I will be more cautious next time. Sas was otherwise fine."

Nadelen: "I really enjoyed flying with SAS on my way to Stockholm but on my return flight back to DC it was dreadful. Boarding the plane in Stockholm was one of the most unorganized setups I've ever witnessed. Something so simple was made so complicated. Second, their seat recliners go so far back that you barely have space in front of you and can barely see your tv screen. On my previous flight I was in a row where there was no one in front of us so I didn't get to experience the recliner situation. Passengers on the plane were getting into fights. So bad."
Nadelen: "Delayed departure. Temperature in cabin was uncomfortably hot while waiting for departure."
Nadelen: "90 min waiting in the plane withou ac in IAD 4 hs delay in Copenhagen airport. I missed flight back from Athens because a ferry delay from Santorini despite calling SAS being updated of my delay. When I arrived to Athens airport, SAS staff left and KAYAK was not supportive. My tickets were cancelled from Athens to IAD."

A lady who wouldn’t shut up next to me. And the baggage crew ( probably not American ) out my bag on with everyone else’s and it was to go to the security

No tv screens on these seats. And I really don’t like the full-volume pitch for the AA credit card. They’re trying to take advantage of a captive audience, and no one likes it."

Voordelen: "The crew was very nice and the flight attendant so helpful. We travelled with our 3 kids, one in a diaper. When we realized we left our diaper bag at security in the airport, he offered to help us find a diaper by asking other passengers with kids. They were very generous with diapers and wipes and it wasn’t great to experience the kindness of strangers."
Nadelen: "We couldn’t get the free in flight entertainment. The WiFi wasn’t strong enough. The snacks were fine, but looking back I don’t think there was any food offered for sale."

Nadelen: "We were not told our passports needed to have an expiration past six months of travel even though we got back before the expiration. We entered our passport info including our expiration dates and we’re given no warning. We even had our boarding passes prior to showing up at the airport. We will not use Kayak in the future and will book direct through the airline moving forward."

Nadelen: "Everything. Our plane boarded an hour late. The outdated planes need to be renovated with seatback screens. There weren't even any aisle entertainment screens in this plane. The economy seats are smaller than on other planes we've flown in; my husband could not fit his legs in his own leg area and was miserable the entire flight. And only one small snack for a 6 hour flight?"

Nadelen: "notre vol a été retarde retarde!!au lieu de décoller comme prévu à 8h30 notre vol a été finalement annulé vers 23h30. On m'a relooké sur un vol pour LONDRES le lendemain à 19.h. Nous sommes restés plus de 24 h dans cet aéroport sans que nous soit proposé un hôtel. on nous a donné une couverture et un oreillé!!d'autre ont pu etre rebooké sur d'autre vols sur NY ou chicago le matin meme. Nous avons perdu une journée de travail mon époux et moi-meme. Lui a du annuler une formation impliquant 10 personnes qui venait de toute la France."

Le service était médiocre : pas de coussin ni de couverture, un peu sale et un membre de l’équipage bien désagréable (comme si on avait la chance d’être dans l’avion et dans sa cabine)

Trop de monde, ma valise de cabine a été mise en soute!

Avons acheté 3 vols avec United. 2 des ces vols étaient exploités par air Canada. En conséquence, aucune communication entre les 2 compagnies. Avons passé près de 2h au comptoir service pour qu'ils réussissent à imprimer nos billets, malgré qu'ils ont été acheter plusieurs mois plus tôt. L'employé du service a clientèle united de l'aéroport de Newark terminal A n'a rien fait pour nous aider et a offert un service médiocre (mauvaise attitude etc).

Personnel très désagréable pas du tout professionnel Nous n’avons pas eu de repas servi car il n’y avait pas assez de repas prévus Juste une boîte de crackers et fromage De nombreux passagers ont manifesté leur mécontentement car impossible de dormir Dans ces conditions autant prendre une compagnie low coast La prestation ne correspond pas au prix Très déçus

Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Tea - disgusting brown liquid! What about a tea bag, or I gladly would take just a cup of hot water to brew my own. Sandwiches: turkey with cheese or cheese. I am allergic to milk (common allergy), you put milk products everywhere. Vegan is the only option, sadly it is usually some sort of Asian food and I am not Asian, have a gag reflex when I smell Indian food. This was not Air India flight, but smelled like one!!! Will avoid flying with United. Somehow, although I booked on purpose with Brussels Air, without my consent (!!!) I was sold tickets for United operated flight. Please, don't tell me that customers are your #1 priority, because they are NOT!"
