On the flight back IST-LAX, 2 of the 4 of us had seats that were separated. In speaking with other people on the plane, they also were separated from travel partners.
Certains des repas laissaient à désirer.
Du moment que l’on paye pour choisir ses sièges (bébé, espace pour les jambes…) tout se passe bien. Sinon pas de possibilité de s’arranger avec les autres passagers. Et le check in online marche très bien, très rapide à l’aéroport
Pas de film français et siège inconfort
J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré

Nadelen: "L'équipage ne fais pas d'effort pour comprendre ce qu'on lui demande dans une autre langue à part l'anglais. C'est un vol international et je pense que c'est important de parler français aussi."
Voordelen: "Food was fine, and crew admirable. Good entertainment even without internet connection on flight."
Nadelen: "I’d change out the Mac and cheese at the prelanding meal. Service took awhile and I ended up in the zone in the back where choices were gone. Biggest factor was inability of phone center or inter et to check me in."

3hours deleyed, absolutely horrible day.,horrible company.,bad service.,they should check the flight if it safe before letting the passengers in .. it was a technical problem ( very hot temperatures inside the flight) we had to come back and change the flight.never again with this company

Nadelen: "il y a pas d'explications accompagner Algérie il n'est pas à la hauteur"
Voordelen: "J’ai trouvé la trousse; couverture, bas, ect, tous dans un sachet fermer, ce qui n’était pas le cas à mon vol de Montréal-Alger. Le repas était bien et la portion généreuse. L’avion était propre, sans déchets parterre ou dans la petite pochette de siège. L’embarque c’est fait rapidement et dans un calme, malgré les vérifications supplémentaires avant de rentrer dans l’avion."
Nadelen: "Mon banc était brisé, donc impossible d’abaisser le siège. La collation peut appétissante. Et le personnel de bord étaient désorganisés; ils ont oublié de donner des bouteilles d’eau à environ une trentaine de personnes, inclusivement moi, j’ai demandé d’avoir un verre d’eau et du jus au moment du repas, il m’a pointé la bouteille d’eau ma voisine, donc semblait pas à l’écoute ou pressé, un robinet de toilette coulait sans arrêt et plusieurs personnes ont averti différentes personnes du problème et seulement après 45 minutes que quelqu’un a essayé de régler le problème et nous avons décollé à 13h20 environ et on devait décoller à 12h40. J’aurais eu la possibilité de rester plus longtemps avec mon mari, que je vais revoir seulement dans 6 mois, avoir su qu’on allait faire un retard."

Nadelen: "The crew was rude. Food was hardly edible (pasta & dried out chicken fillet with a bag of mustard). The crew came late on all flights, so we only started boarding when we were already supposed to leave."

Nadelen: "Everything was really poor. The seats were almost broken there was no entertainment. The food tasted awful and gave me stomach aches. The plane was very dirty let alone the washroom."
Voordelen: "Only positive thing is that I eventually arrived to my destination and it was cheaper than other airlines."
Nadelen: "This airline seems to always be late, and they displayed incredible disorganization and chaos on this flight. The flight was late. After going through security scanners again even though we had just gone through other scanners a few minutes ago getting off our last flight into the airport, we went downstairs. They had us wait in a room with no chairs a long time before moving us to an unbearably hot bus for a really long time to wait, the bus only had a few seats for old people, the rest of us stood sweating without moving for at least 25 minutes. At the plane's stairs for boarding they wanted to take large carryon luggage to put below, but this wasn't well understood by most passengers and many people got upset and the staff didn't handle it well so it took a long time waiting to board at the stairs. Once on board it was a problem with people not finding enough space to stow their carryons! I went to the toilet before takeoff, and the toilet was so dirty! Disgusting! They clearly hadn't cleaned it at all. Wet floor, smelly, no toilet paper, debris in the sink, etc... The staff was unprofessional in conflict with 2 passengers arguing over a seat which was only a problem because one flight attendant had promised the 2 passengers to be able to move to that 1 open seat. After being almost 2 hours late for takeoff and going through the chaotic boarding process I can understand why people were short on patience. The food was ok. No in flight entertainment at all on a 4+ hour flight, not even a magazine in the seat pocket. Not a good experience overall."
Voordelen: "Pros: I made it to my destination alive and saved money over other airlines."
Nadelen: "Cons: The flight was delayed and then boarding and waiting to take off took so long that we were 2 hours late. We were seated in what must be the plane's worst seats: right in front of the stinky bathroom. Those seats don't recline and people keep coming to wait for the toilet, but worst of all is that the toilet smell was awful. I asked to be moved but there were no open seats. I don't know why the toilet had not been well cleaned, but in general the airplane was not very clean. I didn't like the food on this flight, on other air Algerie flights food has been better. The flight attendant also ran out of tea before getting to my row, but never came back with more so I wasn't offered tea. I think this was not worth saving a bit of money over a better airline."

Voordelen: "Rien de bien dans cette compagnie"
Nadelen: "Hôtesse arrogante et hautaine repas immangeable Structure anarchique"
Voordelen: "Business cabin was ok. Dirty but seats ok for sleeeping on a long floght"
Nadelen: "Very bad service. No drink / water until 1:30 of flight. Flight attendant not focused on service."
Nadelen: "BOarding in Algiers took very long time waiting in the corridor"
Nadelen: "Air Algérie is just disorganized to the nth degree. Despite delayed boarding we arrived on time, which was excellent because everything about the experience from the airport layover to the inflight meal and the insistance on leaving the lights in the cabin during this midnight flight was atrocious."
Nadelen: "First flight was delayed more than an hour, then I was forced to spend more than an hour haggling with immigration police and airline agents because the airline didn't give me my ticket for the connecting flight in advance. Even though I was just in transit the Algerian immigration police have me a hard time. Clearly the AirAlgérie and the airport authorities in Algiers do not have professional procedures in place to deal with passengers trying to catch connecting flights. To boot my second flight was delayed three hours."
Voordelen: "The crew was great with our children."
Nadelen: "The plane was a bit dirty."
Nadelen: "I didn't like that they went on strike and we as of yet have not been able to make this trip to Constantine. And my husband already went home and won't have a chance to try again. My sister and I will try tomorrow."

Nadelen: "Two-hour delay leaving because of mechanical problem. The way connections are handled in Algiers is complicated and unpleasant. Will never travel with Air Algerie again. Plane was dirty, and someone had peed all over the bathroom floor at the very beginning of the trip."
Nadelen: "I had a problem with my luggage when I get to Italy it was awful thank God to the etalian crew"
Nadelen: "Filthy planes and falling apart, if that doesn't bother you we did arrive safely:-/"
