Retard de plus de 6 h inacceptable
Ma mauvaise note est liée au fait que je me suis fais arnaquer par Travelgenio (1500 €). KAYAK, si vos partenaires sont des voleurs c'est vous que l'on traitera de voleur.
Des Stewart’s pro et respectueux
on vérifie 4fois le pasport de mon conjoint. une fois à Marrakech ils s'aperçoivent que son pasport est périmé. nous on obliger de payer un billet retour. pris en otage là-bas la pire journée de ma vie
le nourriture est excellente , le personnel charmant ....le distractions par contre sont .. réduites
Le vol est arrivé à l’heure. Tout s’est bien passé.

Voordelen: "Flight was cancelled. Airport staff didn’t help at all. The air Maroc call center was not helpful either. Worst customer service ever."
Nadelen: "No one could lean their seats back throughout the entire flight. Also, the food was horrible. NO TASTE. Lastly, there were too many announcements throughout the entire flight making it difficult to rest."

Voordelen: "The crew was NOT amazing, everyone had to walked back to the cabin to ask for water because not a single staff person would go check on us when we pushed the help button. I my self pushed it because I needed water to take my medicine and they ignored me until I walked my self to the back of the plane and asked for some water. Everyone was back there laughing having a good time while many of us were calling them over for help and they didn’t care."

Nadelen: "A Final Boarding call was announced at the appointed boarding time for us to stand in the cold gang-way a further five minutes before proceeding outside to board the plane. Neither entertainment nor a safety briefing were provided before taking off. Attendant alerted us to a 'problem with the flight' but was incomprehensible over the speaker, as with any subsequent announcements."

Voordelen: "like flying used to be. free, high quality food, pillows, blankets, comfort kits that included socks, earplugs and eye masks. friendly staff. beautiful new 787. the puddle jumper from Casablanca to Agadir is much less comfortable. It's an older, smaller plane. No amenities at all but still very friendly staff. they are only 6% on time for the JFK-Casablanca route but they boarded and pulled away from the gate on time. the tower made them wait on the runway for 2 hours due to traffic, so I suspect that terrible statistic isn't the airline's fault."
