My children and I were all separated and put in middle seats throughout the entire plane where I could not have access to them. I was assured several times that the flight crew would not allow them to be separated from me. I asked in July, I asked in check in, and I asked at the gate. They all told me the flight crew would fix it. The flight was full so they needed to ask other passengers at the last second before taking off. It is a terrible policy to leave it up to other travelers wether or not children sit with gaurdians. It is dangerous and irresponsible. I could have at least prepared my children for flying alone (with water, supplies or the information to ask for what they needed) had everyone not assured me along the way that we would not be separated. I was humiliated on the plane waiting for the entire plane to board and could not stop crying for 5 hours because I knew I was just getting brushed off every time I requested help until it was too late (on the plane about to take off with the flight crew trying their best to move already seated and comfortable passengers around), and that even with a complaint, no procedures will change for future parents and no reparations will be made for the worst most damaging flight any of us has ever experienced. Aer Lingus will never accept responsibility, Large corporations always have the customer accept all consequences. These are shameful times we live in now.

Aer lingus were great to fly with but I got some very confusing calls from chatdeal that I booked with at midnight, 5 hours before I had to be up for my flight telling me I had to “uncheck in” to fix an issue on their end. It wasn’t an option and after an hour of trying I gave up as I had my boarding card already. Boarded the plane just fine. So I don’t know why they gave me an hour of stress just before my flight… I’ll book directly through aer lingua next time

The flights were fine. They left on time. The seats were comfortable the food was OK and the bathrooms were clean. The plane was packed which is a good thing for the airline but not great for the passenger. All in all it was good

The food and drink trolleys came by quite quickly and frequently, and the food exceeded my expectations. The crew was friendly, for the most part. Boarding certainly could've been smoother... But overall, I'd fly Aer Lingus again for an overseas trip."

The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

General boarding of all rows seemed chaotic and slow as opposed to loading by higher rows first. This was my second transatlantic flight with Aer Lingus - booked 6 months in advance- where I was assigned a seat in a row in the back, row 43 and row 46 - definitely not my preference for seating."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Easy/Fast Boarding, friendly staff & attendants

Il n'y a pas eu de vol. Correspondance raté à cause du retard effectué au départ de Charleroi. Très mauvaise expérience. Ryanair un compagnie à fuir. Bloquée sur Toulouse à cet instant même une maman se bat pour rentrer chez elle avec ses deux enfants.

Retards, changements de porte, queues interminables, la plupart des produits (restauration et ventes) est indisponible.

Petits avions, du moins, moins grand que le plupart que l'on peut voir. Chose qui ne me déplait pas. Je préfère même, à vrai dire. Je reprendrai sans hésiter, les yeux fermés cette compagnie.

I and my family got treated in an unfairly way upon check in! It was my first ever time to travel with Ryanair even though I travel 35 to 40 trips a year. I printed all paper for my trip from Dubai to London to Leeds and York in UK and then all paper for my trip to Italy incluyding PCR tests, hotels and trains. However, I couldnt check in online with confirmation email I received from Kayyak so I thought its ok I can just go to Ryanair desk on arrival to airport to check in. On arrival to Ryanair desk, the lady I spoke to wasnt professional and in fact was very rude. The minute she knew I didnt check in online she looked at me and asked me to pay £55 each to check in and when I asked her nicely to check with her supervisor if anything can be done to reduce charges she said to me "I'm the manager today and nothing you can do otherthan paying the £55 for each one of you!". I had to pay £275 for the 5 of us and when I said to her I'll send a complaint about this she said I dont care I dont work for Ryanair!. The delay she caused us to check in made us not making it to plane ontime and that made the situation even worst. I had to pay another 1100 euro on airfrance to make it to Rome. Nadelen: "Took over 11/2 hours to check bags in. Had to enter line twice due to poorly executed information on reservation as to all applicable items needed to check bags, specifically could not use bar code on phone, rather, needed a hard copy ticket."
Nadelen: "The airline only allows online checkin and didn’t notify us through emails until a few days before the flight when we’re already traveling. During international travel, we don’t check emails. We ended up paying almost $200 to checking at the airport. will not use this airline again."

Aucune traduction en français alors qu'il s'agit d'un vol pour Paris. Nous ne prendrons plus cette compagnie surtout que nous avons très bien été traités par Transavia lors de notre aller."
