Retard de vol , mais involontaire d’équipages

There was one flight attendant on this plane that was very rude to the passengers. She was one of the younger ladies. I don’t remember ever getting her name but the way she is acting is unacceptable.

Swiss Airlines overbooked the flight but didn’t warn us in advance. This meant my husband was forced to pay over 8 thousand Euros to charter a small private je"
Nadelen: "So That we could attend the wedding early the next morning in Oldenburg. They then had the audacity to void our return flights. Luckily I spoke with a lovely lady at Lufthansa, explained the situation and she re-instated return flights for an admin fee. Will never ever use Swiss Airlines again."

No food and drink was served on a three hour flight. The seats were crammed and not comfortable, my knees could reach the seat in front of me. No flight entertainment.

C'est pour la première fois en 18 ans d'expérience que la compagnie Lufthansa (Air Dolomiti )ne accorde pas un petit menu pour un si long voyage transatlantique dans lequel j'ai payé 2300 dollars, juste une bouteille d'eau. Il s'agit du trajet de Cluj à Munich et de Munich à Cluj J'ai choisi la compagnie Lufthansa pour ces services, il n'est pas normal que ceux qui voyagent de l'autre continent ne reçoivent pas de collation en profitant de la pandémie. Quand on a payé le double du billet!!!! Merci infiniment!

nous avons dû voyager par AIr France une journée plus tard le 26 juin 2022 vers 15h25. Lufthansa n'a offert aucune commodité en plus d'avoir perdu u de nos bagages

Formalités d'embarquement simples. Le staff à bord sympathique. Assis à côté d'un homme a assez forte corpulence qui mettait en évidence la taille réduite des sièges. Le dîner et petit déjeuner pas fameux du tout, le niveau à encore baissé dans ce domaine.

La boufe et l’équipage très cool seulement il fallait payer une petite bouteille de vin à 7 euros

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Les membres d’équipage ont été attentifs. La qualité de repas- à améliorer

Liked the condition, comfort and cleanliness of the plane. Flight crew was very efficient and attentive. Food was very good, but they could have a slightly larger meal service. There was not enough food to eat.

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Was not given boarding passes at Brussels Lufthansa check in. Told to get them at the gate in Munich.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "They checked my bag at the gate - despite me traveling all over the world NEVER having to check it - and would not take no for an answer, despite me having a 25 minute connection due to their one hour delay. Once boarded there was an incredible amount of empty overhead bins! Bag didn't make it"

Nadelen: "The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed long enough that I barely made my connecting flight to Frankfurt. However, my luggage did not. I hope it will arrive today."

Nadelen: "I booked a flight from Los Angeles to Kiev and all my flights were cancelled. I had to spend 5 hours on the phone to fight for my refund. On the way going our plane got cancelled at the airport..It was impossible to rebook...they care nothing about their passengers."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Voordelen: "LAX - Warshaw rotation looks underutilized, so should be easier to find cheap biz fare or get an upgrade. The 787 is a spacious plane up front, but LOT uses the traditional 2-2-2 layout with no direct aisle access from window. Also means you're still sleeping close and next to a total stranger. I don't know, I've so gotten used to Delta's biz layout with their direct aisle access and no touch points to a fellow traveller, I don't think I can look at anything more traditional as not a compromise and downgrade."

After all it's over 100 years since the first commercial flight took place, its not that much of a mystery any more:)"

Easy/Fast Boarding, friendly staff & attendants

Faites attention , il va falloir que vous faites l’enregistrement en ligne , l’application edreams n’est pas la solution ni Kayak , ca ecrit erreur a chaque fois que vous essayez , l’enregistrement a l’aéroport est payant 60€/personne sans avis lors de la réservation. Lors de l’embarquement c’est très désorganisé il n y a pas de la place pour faire la file , apres que tu passes tu attends a l’extérieur pendant 20 a 30 minutes pour que le bus arrive pour t’amener a l’avion. Dans l’avion si tu essayes de dormir ca ne serait pas facile parce que les hôtesses de l’air parlent et rient trop fort , avant d’atterrir elles/ils sont supposés de vérifier si tout le monde sont attachés et que les sièges sont droits mais ca n’a pas été fait , elles étaient trop occupées a parler en groupe , Bref c’était ma pire expérience surtout pour l’histoire d’enregistrement.

Flight delay but only 1/2 an hour

They considered my small backpack as a second piece of luggage and made me pay 45 euros as an extra charge. I had a small bag (40x25x20) and this small backpack, which was like a handbag. In the first flight they accepted this without any extra charge. On this flight they did not. I had to pay and now they should send me an invoice by mail. Please can you look after this? I need the invoice, for my re-imbursement. This policy by RyanAir is unfair. They say one price, but then it is another, and much higher!

Voordelen: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Nadelen: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."
Nadelen: "Customer service is really poor , the employees are not pleasant ,I got charge 3 times the price I booked my one trip flight from Santorini to Athens because I did not check in two hours before the flight, when I got to the airport in Santorini it was exactly 2 hours prior to my flight they would not accommodate because all they wanted was making money ,extra money. They saling products in the airplane throughout the flight which in my opinion is really cheap and disturbing ,especially I had a early morning flight. Overall the experience was bad ,maybe it was just with me ,but again that's my experience."
