We were stuck sitting at the gate for a long time with no air and the crew didn't deserve the last ten rows any water. The luggage also took forever to get onto the belt. Overall bad"

Nadelen: "There were papers and debris from previous flight still on the floor. Clearly they did not vacuum. If yoy want piece and quiet, this is not thw late flight for you."

Nadelen: "Bags restrictions without us knowing. Delayed flight but we still manage to get to our destination on time. The same did not happen before where I had to wait until 2am for my tap flight that was supposed to leave at 11:30pm. I have been flighting TAP for many years now and it used to be one of my favorite airlines. No longer is the case. Over the years there has been a decline on service."

Voordelen: "The web page said that I did not have to pay for my baggage, but I had to pay an expensive price."
Nadelen: "You have to add the price that we really going to pay, not a price to make the people think that it is a cheap price."

Nadelen: "In incompetence of the clerk that checked me in, and the fact that I was thrice charged for my bag, because he didn’t know how to use the computer."

Nadelen: "Airlines should have informed passengers by e-mail about changes in their itineraries. Cancellation was shown on a web a night before."

Nadelen: "No USB ports or movie choices. Entertainment screen very small."

Nadelen: "When the flight was delayed the people at the desk did not make an announcement about the delay, what was causing it and what we could expect. People waiting had to find out through rumors. There was no good communication. We also were unable to choose our seat and were stuck in the two middle seats when there were free aisle seats still available. My controller for the tv didn't fit back into the holder easily at all and my husband got a blood blister trying to force it back in. Headrest to hold my head didn't stay put to give proper support while trying to sleep."

Nadelen: "1h late. Non reclining seats."

Voordelen: "2 meals, headphones, blanket and pillow all included. Flight was good - but being hit with surprise bag fees was not appreciated. (Was not notified at the time of booking)"
Nadelen: "Was charged $92 USD per checked bag at airport. Very displeased."

Nadelen: "Theo charge me a lot for my luggages I just try to call many times to tap for ask about the sports luggages and I never can reach then nobody ever answer the fone . They charge me 124 $ for my board and 90 dollars for my bag the total is 214 $ that’s almost the same price of the ticket ."

Nadelen: "No air conditioning. Lots of apps didn’t work on the entertainment device."

Voordelen: "Very good staff and decent food"
Nadelen: "Video in business was worse than my economy experiences 20 years ago!!!!"

Voordelen: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Nadelen: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Voordelen: "Anything I liked feels inconsequential compared to the bad."
Nadelen: "My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

Nadelen: "Not being told up front of having to pay for my luggage. First I was over charged on departure ($90.00) and also having to pay on return flight. Travel agent never made us aware of this."

Voordelen: "Very gentle staff. Good food and service. And I will visit Lisbon next time."

Voordelen: "Check-in and baggage drop was fast. Food was good. Cabin crew did their job. Economy plus seats are comfortable and leg room was ok (I'm 1,84m tall). So, smooth and easy flight."
Nadelen: "We arrived with 20 Minutes delay...and it was just the first shuttle of the day... could have been better"

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "No issues, short trip, friendly staff, comfortable ride..."

Voordelen: "Food was interesting and pretty good. Seats were okay. We were happy we choose tap"
Nadelen: "We never saw a crew member smile. They verged on being surley. From the time we boarded they were yawning. I do mean all of them were acting uninterested in doing their jobs."

Nadelen: "Seats, food, no internet, no wifi no USB outlet Besically it's old time flight"

Voordelen: "Timeliness of check-in and the flight."
Nadelen: "N/A"

Voordelen: "I liked that the flight price included a breakfast snack and beverages. I also liked that there was okebty if leg room"
Nadelen: "I was charged 35 euros for my luggage (the desk attendant told me it was 25 euros) and I was told that if I wanted to claim my baggage during my 24-hour layover I would be charged the baggage price again. I did not receive an option to pay for my luggage when I purchased my ticket and could not find information on TAP's page about luggage fees."

Nadelen: "2 hour delay for a 30 minute flight. Really?"

Voordelen: "I was lucky enough to be awarded an upgrade to Business Class on this flight... Relieving the tension of overbooking in economy..I guess my lucky day.."

Nadelen: "We had to pay for a check in luggage fee. Then flight was delayed for about an hour. The gate number change so we had to keep on checking to see what gate it was to be. They keeping on changing the delayed time so it end up being nearly two hours before we got on the plane. I was very disappointed that we didn't get where we needed to be on time. Our hour and 45 minute flight end up just wasting time waiting for the plane. They could of at least refund our check in bag fee for the inconvenient."

Voordelen: "Lots of room in the plane. And leg room!"
Nadelen: "Did not know until I got there that I had to pay for any checked bag."

Nadelen: "childs crying, no sleep, but what can we do right?"

Voordelen: "They served a sandwich."
Nadelen: "I flew TAP in sept 2016. It was full service invoked TAP again because of this and then had to pay for a small checked bag at the airport. Also there were a lot of sick people on this flight. Two people near me theew up."

Voordelen: "Food and attention"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Clean planes. Reasonably comfortable seats."
Nadelen: "Boarding process with passport control in Lisbon seemed redundant. The transfer concourse doesn't allow access to VIP lounges."
