Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

Nadelen: "We booked these flights expecting Lufthansa. Little disappointed to learn they were Brussels airlines. Inflight entertainment options and meal options don't seem to be as good. Flight crew was pleasant and fine. After learning it was Brussels airlines I went through their check-in process for families and requested kid-friendly meals, but nothing came of it. Slightly disappointed."

Nadelen: "I had to endure 10 hours sitting next to an obese passenger, who was to big to fit into his seat and had to rest his shoulder and elbow over my seat. The crew couldn't do much and so I had to shift myself sideways for the entire journey in order to make space for this obese passenger to rest his arm into and over my seat."

Nadelen: "The seat I was in (37 H) was awful, if felt much more cramped than the flight to Macedonia. I felt like I was crammed into a sardine can. The boarding process in Vienna was a joke; the economy seats were all boarded at once; in effect a mass of humanity all rushing toward the gate."

I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "I felt like the airlines deliberately cheated me. I purchased a flight that was listed as "economy" , which means I am authorized one suitcase. When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Nadelen: "L’aéroport de Vienne qui ne dispose d’aucune aide pour les transferts : il faut trouver les panneaux bien cachés dans un labyrinthe... et 2 contrôles des bagages durant le transfert alors que nous arrivions d’un vol international."

Voordelen: "Very easy and smooth flight. We landed 25 min earlier. Austrian Airlines are my favorite."

Voordelen: "Had 45 Min to connect at vienna airport and our first flight was delayed so we had to run to get in time to the gate. Literally the gate was on the opposite side of the airport. Bad logistics"

Nadelen: "The muffin for breakfast as the only choice at the end of the flight is a joke: superloaded with sugar, chewy, artificiall taste. Most of the passengers sent it back. This has not improved since my last flight with Austrian in March 2018. The one reponsible for ordering such junk should be punished by having to eat the muffin himself. Sorry!"

KAYAK system is still sending me questions how was my trip! Ironically? Additionally, I had to book another ticket to get close to my destination, book a midnight Taxi to another country."

Nadelen: "Missed the connection because the flights were booked too closely together. Then had to wait 7 hours in the airport for the next flight. It only takes 4 hours to drive there but I don’t have a car."

Nadelen: "We arrived early to airport but it took almost an hour to go through check in..We arrived early to airport but it took almost an hour to go through check in... we did not account for the long security which held us up.. it would have been nice if they would have called us out over the intercom and if need be held up flight as we were running from security to the boarding area. Afterwards the guy at the desk was not helpful at all and told us to leave the airport and then go back to the ticket booth.. if they could have made a call that would have been nice."

Nadelen: "2h delay"

Voordelen: "The only positive aspect of last night's flight was the helpful, friendly crew."
Nadelen: "When eventually called to the departure gate we were around an hour and a half delayed so 8.30pm rather than 7pm. We queued along a corridor down a stair case and into the gate itself. It was hot, stuffy and families with small children and pram/, pushchairs were left balanced on the steps. 2 ground crew eventually arrived. No announcements were made. Children cried and got restive as we waited and waited. Eventually we heard our plane arrive at the gate. No announcement from ground crew. We waited. People felt ill. we were called through and herded towards to exit door. We waited, we complained, some decided the train might be a better option."

Voordelen: "Overall fine... delayed by late incoming flight."

Voordelen: "Very fast turnaround, prompt boarding and disembarking."

Nadelen: "One hour delay"

Voordelen: "On time, friendly, courteous, professional."

Voordelen: "On time Didn’t corral us for an hour at check in"

Nadelen: "Was terrible and expensive With a poor service"

Voordelen: "Helpful staff"
Nadelen: "At first we had no seats as the plane was one row shorter than the one booked, so we had to wait. It turned out there were 3 free seats on the back row so my son could have a window seat for his 2nd time in the air."

Nadelen: "Veel turbulentie, en vreemd dat ze voetbalsupporters toelaten met blikken bier in de gate"

Voordelen: "vlucht en alles wat daarbij hoort prima"
Nadelen: "jammer dat link van Kayak niet werkte"

Voordelen: "Boarding was quick, flight was smooth, captain kept us updated throughout the flight, cabin crew was friendly and polite."

Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant and the pilot did an excellent job in difficult weather conditions"
Nadelen: "The flight was not stocked with sufficient food and had run out of sandwiches by row 3. Considering food is purchased for an additional fee this is surely makes poor business sense aside from being frustrating for passengers on a 3 hour flight plus a delay. Flights were very expensive especially when factoring in that we had to pay to check a bag, to select seats and to purchase food and drink. Worked out as terrible value for money when compared with an Emirates flight to New Zealand."

Nadelen: "No air conditioning. Seats uncomfortable and cramped"

Voordelen: "much more leg space room then on other flights i have fly recently."

Nadelen: "100/100"

Voordelen: "Was inexpensive. Very friendly staff. Easy trip"

Voordelen: "The seat were comfy. The airline has changed big time!"
Nadelen: "They stopped at the gate and made me put my personal bag into my carry on so I was sitting there trying to close my carry on which had a camera, agenda book, wallet etc etc. They should of told me like other airlines to put it in hold but she was so cold. But the ironic thing, while I am doing this I see men carrying a personal item and a carry on and NOT being told to do the same me and another lady was so mad! Worst airline EVER!"

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"

Voordelen: "the cabin crew were very friendly"
Nadelen: "Difficult booking service as the mobile variations of the website change per visit causing difficulties booking Delayed flight Delay getting access to the jet bridge at g'wick Passengers were rude Was my first time flying with easy jet...."

Nadelen: "Over one and half hour delay meant I had missed last train to Victoria and instead had to wait a further 40min for a slow train to Kings Cross. If on time i would have been home by 12am latest. Instead got home at 3.30am. Unacceptable for Easy jet not to take much responsibility of this massive inconvinece"

Voordelen: "Boarding was fast and easy. I was directed towards the rear if the plane so I didn't have to walk town the entire plane. I was offered to check my hand luggage in the hold for free"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "Flight was 45mins delayed"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."
