They need more staff to work at check in desk or change flight hours. There were 2 flights of LATAM at the same time and other 2 flights near my flight hour so the line to check in were too long and it didn’t move fast. I understand that now they take more time because they have to check many papers because of COVID-19. But I nearly miss my flight. I barely arrived to the gate 5 minutes before departure time! And obviously this things leads to delay.

Nadelen: "They should be on time but we left 30 minutes later."
Voordelen: "Crew was good"
Nadelen: "Seat not comfortable"
Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit disorganized in Guayaquil, and once we landed we sat on the tarmac of JFK for an hour before unloading outside and being bussed to another terminal."
Nadelen: "Vol pas très cher mais pas trop confortable et vraiment low cost sur la partie Nantes-Madrid. Horaire respecté mais confort et repas vraiment très limite surtout sur le vol principal entre Madrid et Sào Paolo. Mais on ne peut pas tout avoir..."
Voordelen: "Crew was great. Seat was great."
Nadelen: "Food. I didnt eat anything else on this trip with the exception of LATAMs provided meal and by landing I was in the ER with a food borne disease. Fluids coming out both ends hooked up to an IV to rehydrate my body while they ran tests which confirmed the food... Everything else was great just don't eat the food."
Nadelen: "Low cost, no frills, but on time. It's what we want and they delivered that today."
Voordelen: "Seats are fairly comfortable. Almost all planes have seats crammed too close together."
Nadelen: "More choices of TV shows to watch."
Voordelen: "Nothing much, really."
Nadelen: "Baggage handling. They lost one of my baggages and are giving me a hard time to get a refund."
Voordelen: "I'm not sure since I slept through most of the 90 minute flight, which is a good sign, I guess. It was an older plane with no entertainment system, but I hate those things, so fine by me. I missed the food this time around, but it was a crappy cold sandwich when I took the same flight a few weeks earlier, but it's a 90 minute flight, so what do you expect?"
Nadelen: "The boarding process was pointless While this is a quirk of the airport, the airline should change their procedure for this scenario. LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"
Voordelen: "Food was good and healthy."
Nadelen: "Online entertainment didn't work. Crew was rude and unhelpful."
Voordelen: "I don’t like"
Nadelen: "Because de flight was late;3 times they change the time for departure Finalmente they departure after 8 hours from arrive to the 1rs fly."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed more than an hour. The seating is super uncomfortable, a small sandwich is all we got for an almost 4 hour flight plus the delay. No entertainment on board makes it a killer. I will no longer be booking any flights with LatAm."
Voordelen: "For an hour flight food or entertainment is not needed."

Nadelen: "The flight attendant kept talking all night with two passengers. I could hear them even with ear plugs. When I finally was able to sleep, she didnt wake me up for breakfast even when I especifically asked to be awakened. And than replied that she wasnt able to wake me. Awful service for executive."

Nadelen: "My wife’s hand luggage was taken off her and put into the hold, against her wishes. When we arrived in São Paulo, the bag handle had been totally destroyed and the bag dented. During the flight we were only given water, the toilet had no paper or soap. Very poor"
Voordelen: "Seats were newish, crew was very friendly"
Nadelen: "They mistakenly sent one of my bags on a later flight so I couldn't pick it up at the airport and instead need to wait for them to deliver it tomorrow"
Nadelen: "This connection was 1 hour and 20 minutes and I was asked to pickup my luggage and do check-in again, when I arrived to the desk they said that I needed to be there 2 hours ago and just after arguing my connection situation they let my pass"
Voordelen: "Perdonnel sympathique."
Nadelen: "Plus de place sur les sieges. Petite collation."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were nice"
Nadelen: "The gate people were indifferent, bordering on rude. A bag which I’ve used for hundreds of flights as a carry on “weighed too much” and suddenly required checkin with a charge despite it being a carry on for the first leg. No one could explain to me the difference of the weight in the overhead versus the belly of the plane. I will NEVER fly LATAM again and will make sure that I spend a lot more than $30 for all of my future travels in their region. Too bad that their rules are designed to steal from the customer. I won’t be fooled again."
Nadelen: "They made a mistake at the check in counter and gave my wife someone else’s boarding pass which was for a different flight. As we tried to board the flight, the woman at the gate told us it was the wrong flight and wouldn’t let her on. I showed her our reservation and she refused to help. She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

Nadelen: "Gate changes were not announced and the crew didn't help passengers get their luggage in place to allow for enough room for the last passengers to board. Many passengers places small items that belong below the seat in the over head. I had to ask passengers myself who's bag is this to get them to put it under the seats in front of them."
Nadelen: "La compagnie a perdu ma valise! Depuis ce temps elle. À pas été retrouvée!!!"
Nadelen: "DONT BUY YOUR TICKET WITH FLIGHT NETWORK !!!!! I HAD A PROBLEM AND LOST ALL MY MONEY !! ALL THE TICKETS (5 PERSONS) !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Nadelen: "no lounge. $20 coupon toward meal at mediocre airport restaurant does not cut it. very laborious boarding process very long wait for 'priority' baggage entertainment system not functional"

Nadelen: "only a sandwich and 1 glass of coke for a four hours flight? And if ask for a beer you has to wait until the end of the services... VERY POOR"
Nadelen: "Original flight cancelled without any notice / auto check-in not available / delay / aleatory seat selection / poor food service"
Voordelen: "Timely, safe 3-hour flight from Punta Arenas, Patagonia, to Santiago, the capital of Chile. Fine leather seats, interesting in-flight magazine, OK seat recline and pitch. Great in-flight entertainment for as long as it was available. You can watch or listen to for free on your smartphone, tablet or laptop is a great selection of movies, TV series and music."
Nadelen: "The flight entertainment abruptly ended about 45 minutes before landing. The flight attendant told me they had to reset it because it was not working properly (it was fine as far as I could tell). However, it was not available for the rest of the flight."
Voordelen: "The aircraft was clean, comfortable and well laid out."
Nadelen: "Some of the staff had a problem with English enunciation which makes it very difficult for aging passengers to understand"

Nadelen: "For a rather long flight, amazed that we had to pay even for water. This isn't a low cost airline! Painful lack of legroom (I'm 5'10"). When the kid in front of me leaned back it was like a hammer on my kneecaps."

Voordelen: "The crew service is excellent: prompt, efficient, and friendly. The free streaming inflight entertainment to use on your smartphone, tablet or laptop is a very nice feature on a 3-hour plus flight. The food for sale onboard is tasty and fresh. In my experience most domestic flights operated by Latam are on time."
Nadelen: "Latam crams its single-aisle Airbus fleet with one or two rows of seats too many: the seat space is crammed. The exception are the first three rows and exit rows, for extra pay or free for elite passengers. The first three rows have power outlets -nice and useful to watch streaming movies without draining your smartphone battery."
Voordelen: "Beer wine & whisky"
Nadelen: "No wifi, uncomfortable"
Voordelen: "Flight on time, friendly staff, in flight entertainment, good food. Highly recommend this airline."

Je n’ai pas pus prendre le vol à cause d’un retard à la correspondance !!!

Mon écran fonctionnait mal!

L'accueil dans cet aéroport est vraiment à refaire depuis le début. En même temps c'est Paris, mauvaise humeur et sourire absent. Le service à la française. Avion incomfortable, pas de bon choix niveau gastronomique. Si non très bon staff de la compagnie.

- Pas de distribution d'écouteurs ne permettant de fait pas d'utiliser les écrans pour regarder un film pendant ces 9h de vol - Repas très médiocres et petits

Personnel de bord peu sympathique, 2 volets de porte bagages cassés ce qui a réduit les possibilités de rangement et a créé de la tension de la part des hôtesses. Retard à l'arrivée = plus de transport en commun et unique solution : retour sur Paris en taxi pour un montant de 53€!

The flight attendants were very rude.

In Rome, American Airlines asked me to pay 148 Euros which is about $160 to check in my two bags between my three family members. Funny thing is that I wasn’t asked to pay any money for the same luggage check in when I left the US. On the way home to San Francisco they lost the two checked in luggages. I paid extra to check in luggage that I shouldn’t have and on top of that they lost the luggage

Trop d’attente et retard du vol !!!

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la compréhension du personnel de bord. Par contre nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié le fait que nous avions réservé un vol IBERIA et que lors de l embarquement nous avions apeurés que nous allions voler avec une compagnie low-cost cost LEVEL , Information qui à aucun moment nous a été donnée lors de la réservation, information qui ne figure absolument pas sur nos billets. Et qui a pour conséquence qu il nous a été demandé de payer les couvertures, les écouteurs, les repas et les boissons, ce qui est inadmissible sur un vol long courrier affrété en principe par une compagnie nationale ! Je n’ai jamais vu ça, il me paraît inconcevable de ne pas proposer de restauration incluse sur un vol de 11h50 ! Pourriez-vous répondre à cette réclamation, ou me dire à qui la transmettre ? Merci par avance de votre réponse. Cordialement .

Delayed flight. Lost bags. One of which is still missing after 11 days!!

Que des explications soient donne en français

Une veritable catastrophe, 2h de retard au debut du vol pour un probleme de porte d’embarquement, nous avons donc raté notre correspondance a Madrid pour Lima, 500€ de frais de modification de billet encouru, un fiasco

Tout était bien organisé.. pour moi rien à dire !! Je le referais avec plaisir !😃

Amélioration du balayage du regard de l’ hôtesse. Visionner d’ un seul coup .. le port du masque et la fermeture de la ceinture. Cela m’ aurait évité d’ être réveillée 2 fois !!

Terriblement froid dans l’avion, restauration mauvaise, équipage pas très sympathique. Écouteurs qui font très mal aux oreilles avec un son déplorable

Mal installé sièges inconfortables, écouteurs bas de gamme qui font mal aux oreilles, le son des écouteurs terribles. La restauration dégoûtante. Et terriblement froid dans l’avion malgré la couverture donnée alors que j’étais habillée chaudement.

It would have been very helpful to have a notice re COVID testing requirements sent the day before the flight / we almost missed it, even though we were really early bc we had to test at the airport. Also, there was food served, and it would have been nice to know that this was included, since it was t on the way out… we are gluten free and didn’t know to order a special meal. This leg was on American Airlines, the leg to Spain was on Iberia

Il est anormal de ne rien avoir à manger / boire lorsqu on a payé 250e un vol de 1h15.

Ne concerne pas forcément Ibéria mais plutot ADP Orly : Le débarquement à pris 30 minutes faute de bus de liaisons entre l'avion et l'aéroport. Le déchargement des bagages a pris environ 1 heure (atterrissage à 18h22, récupération des bagages sur le tapis à 18h29. C'est beaucoup trop long (presque autant que le vol Madrid-Paris).

Le personnel de bord ne se montre pas très professionnel : discussions bruyantes entre steward et hotesse sans tenir compte des passagers, remarques douteuses sur les passagers qui ne parlent ni Anglais ni Espagnol. Un minimum de respect des passagers et de discrétion serait un plus.

La gestion de la sortie des passagers de l’avion. Il doit bien exister un mode de fluidité du processus.

The flight was hours late and caused me to miss my connection to Boston. Iberia was slow to fix things at the airport and ended sending me to a low-budget hotel. This was a bad experience overall and I will likely discontinue using Kayak again going forward.

Many people had masks off for very long periods of time. I noted one woman sleeping for the last 3 hours of the flight with no mask on. Cabin crew walked past several times, served drinks and food and didn’t bother to say anything until land procedures. Also during the meal they flight attendant told us there was one chicken meal left and left it amount is to argue who gets it. Frustrating and unsafe flight.

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Nadelen: "Crew was not even visible in all that time. No water offered, no concern for passenger comfort. Food was skimpy and packaged, no clues what we were eating. Seats were tiniest and least comfortable ever! Difficult to get up from and get out from window seat."

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."
Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"
