So far, 5 out of 5 flights by airbaltic have either been delayed or cancelled. During long delays, they do not inform you or provide some food/water. After cancellation you're forced to wait half an hour for the call centre to pick up the phone, just to sent an automatic link to get you a hotel room to spend your night. Cancellations happen, but they just do not take any care of their passengers.

Vanaf de boeking ging alles vlotjes. Goed geïnformeerd over de vlucht en te nemen acties...
Boarding was heel chaotisch. Geen duidelijke scheiding van de rijen tussen priorety en niet priorety. Bovenbakken zaten snel vol ondanks dat je extra moest betalen.
Weer vertraging. Niet altijd jullie schuld. Maar lang staan wachten met kleine kinderen is niet zo’n genot
