J’ai demandé plusieur fois qu’on m’aide avec mon bébé car je n’avais pas acheté les sièges avec couffin à l’avance mais personne n’a pu m’aider du coup 11h de vol avec le bébé sur les genoux
J’ai eu trop d’informations différentes du personnel de Turkish Airlines concernant les sièges équipés de couffin pour les Bébés donc finalement nous n’avons pas pu en obtenir un
Voyages à 4 personnes , la totalité des bagages perdus , turkish airlines première et dernière fois .
The food quality could be better, especially Asian vegetarian and Non vegetarian options, the communication with the crew could be better, There could be more variety of entertainment options especially for teenagers.
L’embarquement top , Le service à bord, le repas distribué peuvent être largement amélioré

I am stranded in a foreign country with my family including 2 small kids. Vacation is ruined. I booked this flight on Kayak with Just stfly. Awful, awful experience and no one seems to care. And problem is still unresolved. So thanks for asked for asking but better to fix the problem!"

Nadelen: "Almost 3.5h delay, no reason given, a mere croissant offered during waiting time, no transparency about additional delays (it was just 2.5h, initially). Also, despite the aircraft being newer than most Tarom planes, it was cramped, with very little leg room, very cheap trays and no storage space on the back of the seats in front. No warm beverages (no coffee, no tea!!). Will seek compensation for the delay."

Nadelen: "O)n boarding we stored carry on bags at the plane to be collected before taking the BUS to the terminal. The problem was that the crew could not get the door on the p;lane open to give us back our luggage on landing. It took them at least 15 minutes to open the door."

Voordelen: "Service and punctuality were spot on. No in-flight entertainment for our short flight from Timisoara to Bucharest, so bring a book or e-book. A good sandwich was provided, though. Just found a fare with Tarom and Air France that is half the cost of the other airlines. I would definitely take advantage of this if I were headed overseas again."

Je ne sais pas si ça change qqch mais j’ai bcp moins peur et il y a moins de secousses en l’aire avec eux qu’avec une autre compagnie. Je ne prends que Ryanair si je sais le faire. Dommage que juste pas ne petite TV pour suivre le vol.. ça occupe quand même 😊
Deux voyages en deux mois, et chaque fois 2 heure de retard!
Ryanair priced the tickets for our flights, for my wife and I at $40 for both of us. By the time we ended up paying for everything it was $533. They said we get priority boarding which really meant nothing. Yes we got to be the first ones on the bus, but once the bus got to the plane, whoever got off the bus first was the one who actually had priority. And then our next flight from Manchester there was no priority boarding. However got to the door of the terminal and was the first to walk out to the plane, they had priority boarding.

Had front seat, plane almost empty yet shity rayanair trying u to book seats day before knowing that few people are on flight… anyway… I picked seat as was plenty to choose from when get on plane.

Il a fallu prendre un taxi tant il était impossible de faire attendre un membre de notre famille au beau milieu de la nuit. Et comme dédommagement sur place on nous a donné une carte pour ce restaurer qui elle était créditée de 4,50€, une mascarade vraiment...: Très mauvais service en Résumé!!!"

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Quand ce n'est pas les repas avec 5 min de lecture lourde avec son fort dont on se moque, puis la vente de parfums et autres avec liste lourde...vient le tour de cartes à gratter... insuportable , de surcroît si on veut se reposer"
