It sounds silly, but my neck hurt after the flight a little. Might be a pop out tv you can attach that is moveable to fix this"

Nadelen: "Lufhtansa is slipping. They are acting like a budget airline when the expectation is for a full service airline. The online check-in would not let us add bags even though we tried for 3 hours. Not impressed with this."

Nadelen: "De stoelen in Croatia airlines lijken wel van hout en zijn redelijk krap. Eten is pietepruime."

Nadelen: "These scheduled flights on Jan 1, 2019 were cancelled by Lufthansa and we were not informed of these scheduled cancellations either by email or SMS. We waited for several hours at the airport before being informed by an airport staff. We missed one day of work and lot of inconvenience with transportation and accommodation in Bengaluru."

Voordelen: "Never was able to get on flight airport evacuated because of security breach. Mass confusion and unable to get back through security in time to catch flight still waiting to be rebooked."

Nadelen: "We were advised upon check in online that we could check in but if we needed additional carry on items (1 was free) we had to pay a secondary fee. When attempting to do that online we were unable to, even though it showed the price to do so online was cheaper than the price at the gate. They made us fully check these bags once we got there and we had to pay $40 instead of the 15 or so it stated online. We had to be shuttled to the aircraft and had to wait because the first bus was closed by the operator. We had to wait until the second round for the bus to come back. During the flight the pilot did not mention any turbulence however during the entirety of the flight, including leading up to the landing of the plane, we experienced extreme rocking of the plane back and forth ( I’m aware that this does occur during landings while loosing elevation but this was an extreme case of that) and caused my colleague to get motion sickness which neither of us ever get on flights. I am very dissatisfied with this flight and operations of the airline company."

Nadelen: "This flight was the second leg on my trip from New York to Munich. Many people on the flight from NY to Brussels were scheduled on this flight and that plane landed in time that this flight would only need to be delayed 10 minutes to allow for us to connect. However, they decided to leave all of us with a long unexpected layover in Brussels, costing many of us a day of what was supposed to be a short vacation for most."

The families-first boarding made our flight much more pleasant than we'd expected. In all my travels, it's rare for me to have two pleasantly astounding experiences in the same flight. Thank you for your improvements of bathrooms, Lufthansa!"
Nadelen: "Other airlines have flight attendants who are a bit warmer and more responsive to children. That's one area where Swiss Air came out on top."

Nadelen: "The seat had no cushioning whatsoever."

Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."

Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."

Voordelen: "Franchement avec tout le retard accumulé c’est juste complique ´s’ apprécier le professionnalisme de l’ équipage..."
Nadelen: "Notre vol Rome Nice a était décalé par 3 fois... au final nous sommes partis avec un retard de 3h30, de ce fait nous avons atterri à Nice à 1h30 du matin!!! Il a fallu prendre un taxi tant il était impossible de faire attendre un membre de notre famille au beau milieu de la nuit. Et comme dédommagement sur place on nous a donné une carte pour ce restaurer qui elle était créditée de 4,50€, une mascarade vraiment...: Très mauvais service en Résumé!!!"

Voordelen: "Ryanair are thieves and they denied to board me because they said they do not accept my residence card (with which I travelled to Schengen countries before with other airlines) and their website do not mention that I cannot travel with this kind of residence card."
Nadelen: "If they conform European laws and treat their own employees better and stop making their own rules by distancing themselves from other airlines."

Nadelen: "La police douanière a pris trop de temps pour arriver. Ceux qui avaient des correspondances s'inquietaient"

Voordelen: "On était à l'heure."
Nadelen: "Pas de respect de priorité lors de l'embarquemnt. Ils laissent les clients livrés à eux mêmes. L'annonce sonorisée n'a été faite qu'une seule vois, et on s'est trouvé comme les autres non prioritaires. En plus désagréments causés par l'équipage à bord avec le va et vient inutile avec un accent incomprhensible. En général, on était mal servi..."

Voordelen: "L'avion volait."
Nadelen: "Enregistrement chaotique. Pas de possibilité de télécharger les cartes d'embarquement, donc s'impose de payer un surplus de 20£ pour pouvoir embarquer, sans conter que plus de la moitié des passagers étaient dans la même situation, on à dû courir de la zone d'enregistrement jusqu'au service aux clients aller-retour avec toutes les bagages et bien évidemment en faisant des prières pour ne pas rater l'avion. Ensuite, une fois terminé la séance cardio à l'aéroport et passé tous les filtres de contrôle, on est dirigé vers l'aéronef et voilà un autre surprise ; on doit attendre au près de l'avion sur le tarmac... Normalement ça ne devrait pas être grand chose, sauf qu'il y est six heures de matin à London et il fait 5 degrés Celsius à l'extérieur... Oui, ça caille un peu. Aéronef avec un design de base adaptée à la quantité et non à la qualité, fauteuils rigides sans aucun option économique, pas de divertissement abord, même pas un écran et ont ne parle même pas d'amuse gueule sans avoir à recourir à la carte bleu... C'est ma deuxième fois avec Ryanair et cette fois ci ils sont fait des efforts pour se dépasser dans la cônerie... :("

Nadelen: "Flight had group of youngsters who should not have been allowed on flight. They displayed rowdy behaviour and swore and gestures throughout flight. Staff did very little to try and stop them until other passengers started to complain."

Nadelen: "D’abord aucun service. Les agents à l’aéroport étaient en grande discussion et riaient ensemble pendant que des dizaines de clients attendaient d’avoir leur aide. Ensuite, des frais d’enregistrement. J’ai voulu m’enregistrer d’avance avec l’application (comme la charmante agente de Ryanair m’a dit de faire), mais l’application ne fonctionnait pas, et le site web mobile m’informait que je devais m’inscrire sur l’application. L’agente a dû se rendre à l’évidence qu’elle devrait m’imprimer mes billets. (Comme n’importe quelle compagnie aérienne autre que Ryanair) Ensuite je lui ai demandé où je pouvais enregistrer mes bagages, et elle m’a dit que je n’avais pas à le faire, que je pouvais me rendre directement à la « gate », comme elle m’a dit. Je lui ai répété à plusieurs reprises que je devais mettre mon bagage en soute, que je ne l’apportait pas avec moi, mais elle me disait que tout était okay. J’ai fait la file durant 45 minutes pour me faire dire que je devais aller enregistrer mon bagage. Quand j’ai expliqué la situation au gardien de sécurité, il m’a simplement dit: « Ah. Vous voyagez avec Ryanair? » Je suis retourné au comptoir de Ryanair, pour faire moi-même le check-in de mon bagage, où j’ai eu la surprise de devoir payer 80 euros supplémentaires pour mon bagage et celui de mon conjoint, soit plus que le prix de nos 2 billets d’avion. Une fois ce montant payé, une agente m’a dit d’aller porter mon bagage ailleurs dans l’aéroport, puisqu’apparemment, nos sacs étaient devenus « over-sized ». En chemin, je demande à une autre agente Ryanair qui me dit que mon bagage doit aller exactement où j’étais. Bref, personnel non professionnel, qualité du service zéro, prix médiocre, confort de l’avion moins mille. Pas d’itinéraire, on ne comprenait rien de ce que les agents de bord disaient, ni les pilotes, pas de goûté. Et dieu sait que je n’ai pas eu le temps de manger avant de prendre ce vol. Qu’on ferme boutique. J’espère que cet avis sera lu et prise au sérieux. Considérez la présente comme la première étape de ma plainte auprès de Ryanair, et de KAYAK. -Catherine Desjardins"

Voordelen: "That I made it home..and that the pilot was honest about running late and tried to make up the time. The guy checking us in at Fuerteventura was very pleasant."
Nadelen: "That the so called budget airline charges for everything..now on board bags. What next..a tariff for the toilet or to exit the plane..nothing would surprise me! 20kg isnt enough for a holiday...but just another excuse to charge more money. The on board staff never offered to help anyone struggling to find their seat or with their hand luggage. In fact the 2 girls at the back end of the plane were too busy bickering to notice anything. The space you get to sit in is ridiculous you can't even bend down in it. And the plane was delayed."

Nadelen: "It was Delayed with out any notice. Ryan air is shocking"

Nadelen: "We were traveling across Europe with no access to internet. We trued to check in night before from hotel, we had a week connection. Thought we will do it from airport just like the United States. However, due to long line, wemissed tbe two hour window and were charged 55 euro per person. There was 5 of us. Therewere 5 of us. We felt cheTed and scorged."

Nadelen: "Huge delay as usual"

Nadelen: "The check in process was extremely slow and the line up was very long with only 2 crew members checking people in"

Les nouveaux sièges sont bien moins confortables que les précédents, totalement pensé pour être extrement fins et légers afin de dépenser le moins de kérosène possible"

Nadelen: "Having to pay for my family to sit together, this could have been offered with the automatic seating allocation, there were lots of 4 seats together . It seems that you are intentionally separated so that you pay to change."

Nadelen: "They canceled our flight and we have not received a refund plus the 250 euros per person owed to us."

Voordelen: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."
Nadelen: "No food, the seats were old, but it was ok,"

Voordelen: "The plane was clean, and looked new"
Nadelen: "No space for my legs"

Voordelen: "Évidemment le prix et la facilité d'utilisation du site. Sinon c'est un peu comme prendre le train, il faut se débrouiller tout seul. A condition de respecter les règles de la compagnie et de ne pas être trop difficile sur le service et le confort, cela peut aller."
Nadelen: "Le moindre supplément se paie au prix fort, même l'enregistrement sur le site si vous voulez être placé à côté de votre compagnon de voyage. L'embarquement fait un peu penser à la transhumance du bétail... Il ne faut surtout pas perdre de temps ! Si on voyage avec un bagage cabine et que l'on fait son propre check in sur Internet, cela facilite beaucoup les choses."

Voordelen: "Onboard staff was friendly. Flight was on time."
Nadelen: "We didn't check in online and were charged almost $300 at the airport. The only time the fee was mentioned was in an email that was sent two days ago. We were already on vacation!!! And the message went directly to the SPAM folder. Ridiculous policy that was not clearly stated. We were held hostage...even though we already paid for our flight, they wouldn't give us a boarding pass without paying this new, unexpected amount of money. Ryan Air was not clear about this policy...we went back and looked at all communication from them. Kayak was not clear either, so we will be looking for a refund!!"

Voordelen: "Short flight and easy checkin with preprinted boarding passes."
Nadelen: "If you don't pay to choose your seats, they intentionally split you up from your traveling companion and then pester you to pay in order to sit together. Literally, a significant part of the plane were not sitting next to their spouse/companion. And then the crew announced that people were not allowed to switch seat because "assignments were made based on weight and balance calculations"! Wait, what?! No one asked me or my wife our weights, size, or even weight of any carry-ons, so what calculation were they making?! I'll tell you. They calculated how much money they could squeeze and, dare I say, extort from their passengers!"

Nadelen: "Ryan Air makes you pay a "Priorty" boarding fee so that you can take your carry-on on board. Then if there's room they'll let non-priority passengers bring their carry-on's. We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."
