Nadelen: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."

No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Voordelen: "Even though this was an older model plane, the cabin at least did not feel like an oven, which was the case when we flew SAS to Copenhagen."
Nadelen: "This was a 9 hour flight where if the lights were off, a baby would sleep. Instead, the lights were left on to encourage the purchase of food/drink and airmail knick knacks."

Voordelen: "The cabin is new and the crew is professional and nice"
Nadelen: "Food needs much improvement, it's the same menu as last year. They charge a fee for booking desired seats where they didn't have last year. Entertainment can have more recent movies."

Voordelen: "Great aircraft, good food, awesome crew, very comfortable seats, the entertainment was really good. Overall super pleased. Hopefully it'll be the same on our return back to DC"

Voordelen: "Easy and fast to board and quick response with carry on luggage"

Nadelen: "The absence of clear communication on the duration of the delay or its reason and this despite the fact all passengers had been boarded on time."

Voordelen: "My flight was pretty comfortable. I had heard so many negative things about LOT Airlines, but I loved the cabin crew who were extremely courteous, and the food served was pretty good (dinner and breakfast since it was an overnight flight). The entertainment was pretty good as well; they even had some Oscar nominations like Dunkirk and Shape of Water available to watch. Overall, I was very pleased with my flight experience."
Nadelen: "The only thing that I was not a fan of, but which didn't bother me that much/didn't affect me that much, was that we departed from JFK in NYC *an hour late* because we boarded so late. For some people, this caused an issue with their connection in Warsaw, but for me, I luckily had a four hour layover. Still, an hour is pretty bad in terms of departure."

Voordelen: "Comfortable seats. Professional pilots. Variety of movies."
Nadelen: "Food is junk. Arrogant rude flight attendants. No desire to do their job."

Voordelen: "Ik kan eigenlijk niet echt objectief een beoordeling geven want ik werk voor deze maatschappij dus vind uiteraard alles fantastisch (behalve het salaris haha)."
Nadelen: "Niets!"

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system was broken in my chair"

Nadelen: "1. I was never told my ticket didn't include a free checked bag. I checked twice on LOT's website and it said I was allowed one. When I got to the airport at Krakow, the less than professional staff told me that my ticket was the kind that didn't include. I said I was never given the option to get a ticket with/without a bag for free and they basically told me I was lying. I didn't feel like arguing and paid for the bag. Kayak didn't mention or made me aware of my "kind" of ticket. Either Kayak makes consumers aware of this or LOT shouldn't be posting their flights on Kayak. 2. I flew Eurolot, "A partner of LOT" and not LOT. It should also be CLEAR what it is one is flying."

Voordelen: "THANKS FOR THE PRINCE POLO!"

Nadelen: "We orderd the two tickets with 1 luggage for each person. When we got to the airport they told us that the luggage is not included and we had to pay additional 91 dollar per each luggage. They just tricked us."

Voordelen: "I liked that the food was better by comparison with food served on other airlines (part of Star Alliance)."
Nadelen: "I think it would be nice that staff /crew addresses the passenger in both Polish and English. Most of the time they used only Polish, did not try to ask in English at all.Of course, if I asked for something in English, they can understand and respond. Also, did you always charge for wine and beer? Otherwise, I appreciated it was not as expensive as on the airport or on other airlines."

Nadelen: "Our tickets were very expensive compared to other airlines and had to buy food and drinks."

Voordelen: "The Dreamliner was a nice aircraft and the entertainment screens were in great condition."
Nadelen: "Seating was tight as usual on all planes. The seat cushion was worn down and was hard. Crew were not overly friendly but weren't rude either. They won't be winning any customer service awards. They didn't offer drinks as often as United has especially on an international flight. They need to offer water more frequently."

Nadelen: "The luggage constraints, they pulled my luggage when it was clearly that other passengers had bigger heavier luggage."

Voordelen: "everything was so smoothly coordinated from the moment I checked in at the self-check computers through security right on to the boarding gate. LOT staff at destination domestic airport (early morning), displayed outstanding professionality assistance. Boarding was so swiftly executed - I was pleasantly, surprised. What a great experience flying LOT Polish Airlines, domestically. Keep it up, Exceptional!"
Nadelen: "There actually wasn't​ anything in particular that stuck out as a negative during this trip, whatsoever."

Voordelen: "It is the first time I flew with Lot airline. I am flying a lot and have 2 million miles with United I never flew LOT before.Now Lot is on the top of my list for my future flights.Everything was superior to many other airlines from the Plane,the crew,the food,the service,etc."

Voordelen: "The comfort on premium economy was excellent, service was good. The problem was the signage and information at tha Warsaw airport. Flight information displays are infrequent and the writing is in very small letters. Compared to Zurich it is promitive. Nontheless I would consider using LOT again"

Voordelen: "The only thing I liked were the movies."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the food and the comfort was really bad as well as when I told the crew I was having bad digestion problems and was sitting in the middle they didn't help me find another seat."

Voordelen: "Took off a bit late. The overhead compartment was too small for carry-on luggage. Everything else was fine!"

Voordelen: "The way Swissport arrange a new flight to Chicago"

Voordelen: "The plains are new and modern. Seats are comfortable."
Nadelen: "Boarding was just degrading . Boarding crew was unable to handle the passengers. Everyone just rushed for the plain regardless of seating order. Total chaos."

Voordelen: "Crew was very nice Food was ok"
Nadelen: "Lack of leg room. It was very very small. I had more space in local plane going from Warsaw to Krakow. Don't fly dreamliner."

Voordelen: "Flight went smoothly and most important on time.Entirre crew was very kind and helpful. I really enjoy my flight. Thank you !"

Voordelen: "Absolutely lovely!! New comfortable plane.. Attendants were extremely attentive. There treatment of their business class passengers is exemplary. Honestly could not have been better!! Very impressed!!"

Nadelen: "Seats were so tight. No room a all. Sat in an aisle seat. Got bumped every time someone walked through the aisle. Friend of mine sat three rows behind me and had the same complaint. Flight attendants were very friendly when they walked the carts down the aisle; however, if you wanted something when they weren't offering, they were a little cold."

Voordelen: "This was the second time when I fly with Polish Airlines and never again , I was on a nine hour flight from Chicago to Warsaw and they have not enough food for me so I am I've been eating the whole flight as I said before this is already second time same experience so that will see everything."

Voordelen: "the return flight"
Nadelen: "I was told that I needed a card. I told them I had the number, and they said NO SUCH number. Then the card was found (witht he same number I gave them) but the card didn't work. The workers were extremely mean."

Voordelen: "Quite and fairly comfortable. Nice crew members. Prince Polo, water/tea free, otherwise have to pay for food/drinks. One free checked bag."
Nadelen: "No real food/snacks."
