Nadelen: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."
Nadelen: "Onboard entertainment was truncated on this flight. 4 Hour Direct flight turned into 6 Hour Flight with a stop in Mauritania."
Nadelen: "Boarding was awful, planes are not well kept, food is just gross, & the service is just not good at all! For the prices they change this is inacceptable!!"
Nadelen: "Flight delayed for 3 hours, no Communication from the staff whatsoever, very unprofessional crew, definitely stay away from this ariline, it’s my third time flying with them and each time it’s worse than previous one"
Voordelen: "Flight was very comfortable, and short we got there in less than 7 hours. The staff was friendly"
Nadelen: "A whole bank of monitors (at least 6, maybe more that I could not see behind me) in the center part of the cabin was non-functional during the entire 7 hour flight, despite one crew member promising to restart or reboot the system. While he did eventually reboot, it made no difference. The monitors did not work the entire flight."
Nadelen: "Left an hour late with no explanation. They left the lights on for most of the flight. Very little legroom."
Voordelen: "Great food great customer service"
Nadelen: "I arrived from Tunis with late time more than 45 min ,I must run to reach my connection to Washington during a rush hour... boarding in time but comfort and food need to be seen and revue. Entertainment need an up date a lot of old movies and a lot of screens were not working and need to be fixed. It was a very bad experience with 5 days delay and no one helped me to fix the situation . even kayak sent old information about my trip."

Nadelen: "They left our luggage, poor customer service as an American, aircraft was not sanitary, no food options for vegetarians, boarding was a nightmare."

Nadelen: "I waited for 3hours 30mins at the airport without food or water. It wasn't like that sometime back."
Voordelen: "Nothing to like truely. Please save yourself and never fly royal air moroc. You will end up spending more money than saving on their cheap fare."
Nadelen: "After arriving to Malaga airport to go home at the business class check in desk we were informed that the flight from Casablanca to jfk was canceled so they won’t let us on the Malaga Casablanca flight. I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare."

Nadelen: "Boarding took a long time and they checked my carryon luggage saying the overhead cabins were full but then i got on the plane and there were all empty. After i boarded, i noticed people with huge carryons boarding the flight with theirs."
Voordelen: "We boarded, departed, and arrived on time. Decent food and beverages provided twice during the flight. Pillows and blankets were provided too. Nice airline to fly."

Nadelen: "Connecting time in Casablanca too short even airport is not big but control is Also very ong..."
Voordelen: "I enjoyed not having anyone sit next to me because my seating was a little uncomfortable."
Nadelen: "That the air quality of the plane was poor, and the staff could have been more attentive."

Nadelen: "This flight never showed up. It wasn't posted as delayed, or cancelled, just never showed up. It delayed our traveling by a day. They put us on a bus to Casablanca."
Voordelen: "Food, space, and service were great. I travel RAM often and the food from DC to Casa was the best yet (other routes have not been very good)."
Nadelen: "Crew were rude and inappopriate Food was inedible Seating was uncomfortable Entertainment was nonexistent"
Nadelen: "We came to the airport as usual(not in advance but on time), then they told us the plane has been full. They oversold ticket for like 20 and over 15 passengers can't assess to the plane. The staffs don't speak good English and their attitude are very passive. What is more? They don't even apologize. I had to stay at the hotel they offered for one more day and delayed my work."

Nadelen: "I ordered a vegetarian dish and they didnt have it. I was also traveling with a child and we were hungry because they only had meat optiins. They did have cheese sandwiches that were very cold."

Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable and the landing and take off were done smoothly."
Nadelen: "We ordered kosher meals. There were 5 of us. They brought us vegetarian food and said this is what they have. After explaining that we can't eat that food, otherwise we would have ordered it, they said it's normal and that we should have brought food. They didn't even apologize. Their careless behavior was rude and unacceptable. How can u let 5 people go hungry for 7 hours? The bathrooms were so dirty and smelled! There was urine on the floor and I heard many passengers mention it to them, they still didn't clean it. It definitely the last time I fly Royal Air Maroc. It saddens me to not use the local airline. Especially since I'm born in that Country. I, sadly can not recommand this airline to anyone who eats Kosher."
Voordelen: "The airline needs to sink money into keeping their fleet up as the plane was old, dirty, and tired looking. They also need to send their flight attendants into some sort of training so they can appear to care. Many areas of the plain filthy and the bathrooms had no paper. Many earphone jacks did not work so you spent 8 hours staring into space or walking the aisle. The crew did not seem to interested in helping the passengers."

Voordelen: "At first, I was a little apprehensive to fly an airline I had never heard of, but the price and times were exactly what I needed and wanted. Checkin on line is easy, dropping off luggage at the airport is easy. Your bag goes directly to your final destination even if you have a very long layover. The food was outstanding & the crew was amazing. I will definitely fly with them again."
