Nadelen: "Sitting on the tarmac for an hour before takeoff Cramped seats No beverage service (supposedly, because of turbulence, although other airlines have not let turbulence stop them from serving food and drink)"
Voordelen: "found it good. I am eighty years young,I didn't need any extra help.I am very self self sufficient. I was travelling alone. and I really didn't need any extra attrbourention There was a family with a infant and small children just in front of me.I was happy to see the flight attendant,help them get organized and she spoke very nicely to the children.The Baby did cry for a while and the flight assistant did try to help themto calm the child. All in all I was able to read my book and even take a little nap . I would fly Air Canada.again. Thankyou Anita Arbour"
Nadelen: "The only thing I would improve on is to inform passengers of what carousel the baggage would be coming out.on I don't travel a lot and felt lost when trying to retrieve my suitcase. Thankyou again!"

Nadelen: "No regard to passengers schedules I was supposed to be home 4 hrs ago. Still waiting for the flight home. Family informed me that the weather is great back home. So not an excuse!"
Nadelen: "Always late, overall service is appalling. Only reason they are around is due to protective policies of the Canadian government"
Voordelen: "There is nothing to like about Air Canada anymore.. unless you happen to like the abuse and indifferent service. Employees seem disengaged."
Nadelen: "AC used to be mindful or customers with connections. This is the reason I booked all segments with air canada. Found out the hard way it is no longer the case. Lesson learned. Missed connection and ended up on stand by for the next flight ( no more protected seats folks). Was not even refunded the money paid for seat assignment on the missed connection."
Nadelen: "Mix up with seating had boarding card reprinted twice and no one could explain why it happened. Staff otherwise were good."
Nadelen: "Air Canada declined to accommodate in next available flight even though the originating flight was on a single Ticket."
Nadelen: "Amenity kit in Premium economy sub par. Ear buds inadequate. Need noise cancelling headphones for the entire plane. On line "best price guarantee" is hogwash and completely untrue when tested."

Nadelen: "Boarding took forever. There was a child that screamed the entire way. Wish flight staff was trained on calming children, even though I know it was just bad planning on the parents. Also wish there was a hygiene policy. Half the flight was not wearing deodorant, and you could tell."
Nadelen: "First it was delayed because of the aircraft, then it was delayed some more because of the bags on the plane but no passengers - bag owners . Then it was delayed because the ramp crew could not be found to remove the bags. Then it was delayed because of the weather ..."
Nadelen: "Oncomfortabele stoelen, Inflight entertainment werkte slecht"
Voordelen: "Got to pls 2 hours early which was fine. Ground crew and service at Turks and Caicos was AWESOME! Helpful, friendly couldn't ask for better. Flight crew also great:-)"
Nadelen: "PLS is a tiny airport that needs to be added on to accommodate the huge population that is coming through. Just be prepared for a bit of funky."
Nadelen: "Tough to have a long-haul flight without functioning seat-back entertainment. Mine never worked. Asked three times about it - three times the system was "rebooted" - to no avail. I told each subsequent flight attendant that it had already been reset - they just "tried" it again. Very frustrating over the course of several hours. No one ever checked to see whether their re-set actually worked. Also, not sure why the window seats now have an arm rest on the window side of the seat - seriously interferes with passenger comfort when trying to sleep."

Nadelen: "Entertainment was using the app, they could have had a sign at the gate so those of us that didn't have it could have download it before boarding."

Nadelen: "Onced arrived to my Montreal destination, I get informed my bag never made it onto the flight once we connected in Boston... Now dealing with AC to get it back. Very dissapointing"
Voordelen: "I thought the crew was awesome. Very friendly, but the bathrooms definitely needed to be taken care of. SO dirty."
Nadelen: "TV wasn't working at all which made for a very long flight! Food selection ran out. I felt like the plane was old and outdated."
Nadelen: "I wouldn't say the crew service was nice. It was just ok. They kept leaning over passengers more than just a bit. They were disorganized and even though the food was for sell, the selection was very very limited. It was not like "I would like this", it was more like "well, what do you have"?. Finally, the landing was pretty rough."

Nadelen: "1. Food very substandard. Hot food not very well prepared and rather tasteless, and snack was like a cardboard wrap with some salsa sauce in it. A disgrace to a major airline like Air Canada. Selection of drinks very limited. 2, Staff persisted in speaking mostly French, on an international flight. Some announcements were made only in French. As a Canadian, I can follow French, but let us remember that English is the international language. To use French is not fair to other nationalities, who expect English. 3. Seats far too close together for a long flight. There was more legroom on the Jazz flight from Montreal to Ottawa! 4. Entertainment kept breaking down. Headphones for my wife did not work, and eventually both of our screens went dead. Her's quit right in the middle of a movie. Bad!! 5. Boarding passes had zones on them, but these were totally disregarded in boarding. This resulted on overcrowding, long waits, etc. Hard on older people!"

Nadelen: "The food was too TV dinner like. Lufthansa did much better."
Voordelen: "Going through customs and immigration in Canada before returning to the US is very convenient and saves time after you land."
Nadelen: "I couldn't check in early on line because my original flight was cancelled but the notice came out after early check in started. The seats also seemed more narrow than other airlines (even after I paid to get a seat (a result of not being able to check in early)"
Nadelen: "The boarding gate for small aircraft is very far away from the terminal. There was not enough seating for all those waiting for flights"
Nadelen: "Need a bigger seat on a long flight and more leg room."

Voordelen: "It was nice of airline to set up an extra flight in the afternoon so we didn't need to spend even more time in Toronto airport."

Nadelen: "No TVs on a 10 hour flight, check-in got messed up but nobody kept us informed and I had to run to the gate with no time to get water or snacks, trash service was very slow so my trash kept piling up, meal was not very good"
