Nadelen: "There was no entertainment , no food for a 4 hour flight. The flight is more expensive than other airlines. I will not recommend or flight with them again. The flight was full and I think the route is profitable to them. I guess if you can exploit people, why not do it."

Nadelen: "We had to pay $120 for a checked bag because it “weighed too much”. The lady at the check in counter said they were weighing everyone’s at the gate so there was no way to get around it This however was a lie and they were not checking weight and people got on without having to pay the outrageous fee"

Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Nadelen: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

Voordelen: "On time departure, early by 30 min arrival."
Nadelen: "Low quality of food. Some flight attendant barely spoke English. Low choice in movies."

Voordelen: "The flight was not full and without prompting an attendant took a look at my long legs and led me to a row of seats for myself. A simple gesture that was greatly appreciated."

Nadelen: "at check-in agent said we did not have coverage on our ticket for our 2 -50lb bags dispite informing her that we were covered and had no problem on our arriving flight to Portugal - we had to pay 196 Euros or leave our bags in Portugal Additionally we had ordered a wheelchair to assist my wife to the gate - which we also had our arriving flight - agent said she had no record of it. She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Nadelen: "Flight#1 was late. I missed the connecting flight to Basel. I have to stay overnight in Brussels and fly VERY early to Basel in the morning."

Voordelen: "I really appreciated the fact that the gate agents enforced the boarding process meticulously. Often times, even when boarding a certain zone, passengers ignore it and board anyway. The staff made sure that people only boarded when their zone was called. The flight and the aircraft was comfortable. The food was better than what I've had on other airlines, if not at least equal."

Voordelen: "On time!"
Nadelen: "That I had to pay for my check in bag on my return trip. Was told the ticket I booked didn't include check in bags. Whan my trip going to Portugal on Azores Airlines did. Someone shout step in and change this practice. Very confusing for the traveler"

Voordelen: "Nice paid business class upgrade"
Nadelen: "Seat 1F gets hit quite often during service"

Voordelen: "No delays and much nicer staff than last time."
Nadelen: "Seats are very tight and legroom is very limited, specially when person in front of you recline the seat. Also, you feel the hard plastic in all your bones.. more cushions will be appreciated... Specially for an 8 hours flight."

Nadelen: "Left 35 minutes late; had to take a bus to the plane in Lisbon (no gate)"

Nadelen: "Two flights today. Both over an hour delayed."

Nadelen: "Though the weather was fine - no excuse - the flight was delayed over an hour and I lost the connecting flight to Newark."

Nadelen: "Next-day connecting flight after a delayed arrival and involuntary stopover in Porto due to air traffic over LIS. This time around, the flight took off an hour late because of [guess...] air traffic. Well, my dear LIS management, that's how you sink your national carrier."

Nadelen: "Too sleep deprived from earlier missed connection to notice much about this flight except for the complete mess when it came to boarding. You can't line up 4 boarding zones in an area that is maybe 10ft by 10"

Nadelen: "9 hour delay"

Voordelen: "The flight was uneventful."
Nadelen: "The food was edible. The entertainment display was old. Not much leg room."

Voordelen: "Best all around airline I've been on!!!"

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "Crew and food"
Nadelen: "The whole flight, TAP decided to use low cost aircrafts to do long distance flights ..... very poor. Far too much Discomfort no entertainment at all."

Voordelen: "Everyone was friendly , there were sandwiches passed out and drinks which was great!"
Nadelen: "The chairs were small and we didn't have very much legroom"

Nadelen: "They ran out of diet coke and coke zero literally right after takeoff which is a joke!"

Voordelen: "The crew were iincredibly professional yet friendly Very human - at leat the flight attendant that took care of my area Enjoyed the dinner found my 11D seat to be very spacious!"

Nadelen: "It's always fun to go into the bathroom and find a sink ful of puke in there. It had been there for some time by the stench and they way it had slopped all over. I told the flight attendant and they were like oh well. It was gross. Add that on top of I am a DISABLED person and I could not carry my case up the steps and was told someone would bring it up. They did not. It went under the plane with no tag and then when I arrived in Lisbon it was somehow my fault. The flight crew there trying to "assist" were horrendous. I was actually told I should not be flying internationally if I can't carry my bag. Isn't there rules about bags flying unattended? Even internationally. How was my LAPTOP case supposed to get to EWR without a tag? Shouldn't it have been checked? Shouldn't the crew have noticed this and said something to flight attendants? The club and plane both were filthy. The first seat I sat in in the club smelled so strongly of pee I had to go stand (as it was so crowded) I am a million mile flyer and I will never fly TAP again."

Voordelen: "The plane was newer and clean. The flight left and arrived on time."
Nadelen: "On a non- stop flight from Madrid to Portugal which I checked in 2 hours early for my bags and those of 15 other people were LOST.I did not receive my bag for 28 hours! They only deliver once a day. Additionally, they charge extra for everything you can imagine. Any weight over their limit is 105 euros."

Voordelen: "My wife needs help getting around but they placed us in the last row. No leg room again either. The crew was understanding and helpful."

Voordelen: "lots of food and drink"

Nadelen: "Not much leg room."

Voordelen: "The service they provided us reminded us of how airlines used to treat their customers in the past. From the customer service to the services provided and the legroom on the flight -- everything was more than what we expected and we would consider flying TAP Portugal again."

Voordelen: "Big space between seats. Best screen entertainment."
Nadelen: "Food was only average. Especially fish."

Nadelen: "The men who were working the boarding were absolute brutes. Rude, hostile, completely unprofessional. Treated many people horribly and then acted smugly upon boarding."

Nadelen: "Impossible to travel correctly in this shithole of airport The dirtiest souk is better organised and better and cleaner Nightmare and very last time i travel true charleroi"

Voordelen: "I loved it! It's so spacious and comfortable."

Voordelen: "The entertainment side is great. TV show and movie options leave plenty to do for long flights."
Nadelen: "The seat had no cushioning whatsoever."

Voordelen: "Nothing possitve to say here."
Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."

Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."

Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."

Voordelen: "The price is unbeatable"
Nadelen: "You can expect high end entertainment and food went you pay a half of the price of the competitors"

Voordelen: "It's not high-end, and does lack some luxuries, but for the price, you get everything you need."
Nadelen: "Lack of electrical outlets and no wifi."
