Nadelen: "De crew, onvriendelijk en bot. Geen verwelkoming, geen bedankt en tot ziens. Het eten werd op je tafeltje gegooid. Niet wat je verwacht op een Lufthansa vlucht."

Nadelen: "I paid $100 extra for extra leg room. I was put right next to the bathrooms. All night long people were standing in line to use the bathroom. My extra leg room was taken by people standing in the space and actually stepping on my foot. Not worth the extra $100."

Nadelen: "The workers at Lufthansa can learn to communicate with one another so that people don’t miss their flights. First flight stayed on the runway for an hour with no explanation for the delay. This caused us to miss our connecting flight, which clearly could have been avoided. Pathetic professionalism."

Nadelen: "When I booked with kayak I was not given the option for a vegetarian meal, so I was not able to eat a meal. I was sat next to a five year old invading my personal space. When I developed a migraine from lack of sleep, it took 15 minutes before my ring was answered for water."

Nadelen: "Our two hour connection in Paris became 30 minutes because Air France was late in leaving Washington. So our luggage didn't make to to KLM to Amsterdam. My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Seats so narrow and rows are so close, that you practically pooched into your neighbors, those that behind don't let you to recline your seat as then your seat is in their face. It looks like American Airlines hopes to exchange your reality with virtuality, but our bodies that we are for some reason taking with us on that itinerary - suffer."

Nadelen: "The seats were chargeable. I paid a higher price for extra leg room. However these seats were the same as other ones that were much cheaper. Why charging so much extra?! False advertising?! This is unbelievable."

Voordelen: "I like the crew, the new aircraft, the airport in Helsinki, the business lounge in the airport"
Nadelen: "There was nothing that I truly disliked. I thought the food was mediocre and the business seat rather lumpy"

Voordelen: "The flight was great...the staff are wonderful people...they are so sweet and kind...they work so hard...the service was great...I love their personalities..The Movie selection was awesome...Because of my broken leg, they were there to help me right away...amazing crew...will be flying with them again in October....looking forward to flying with British Airways again... Nadelen: "The man sitting next to me required two seats. The arm rested had to be lifted to my seat to accommodate him. I complained but the flight was full and my seat could not be changed. I was told that British Air policy was not to require extraordinary over weight people to buy two seats. No, instead the person next to that overweight person has to suffer. A very stupid and unfair policy. As a result I will never book Finnair or British Air again if I can avoid it."

Nadelen: "Crew was very noisy. It was an overnight flight. Waking us up at 1am for dinner not really needed."

Nadelen: "I had to pay an additional fee of $327 because I had a infant riding with me on my lap."

Voordelen: "As always, BA did an excellent job with my evening flight from JFK to LHR. They were prompt, efficient and very helpful and although my flight was quite full, we left on time and had no issues in the air. I was very pleased with their service and especially as I paid such a low fare through Finn Air, I can't complain. This was a great option to utilise, rather than paying BA's more expensive fares. I would definitely go through this way again."

Voordelen: "I last traveled on British Airways in May of last year (2015) and the food was beyond dreadful. Therefore I was very pleasantly surprised that there has been a huge improvement. They were very generous with the drinks and the food was plentiful and quite a reasonable standard for airline food (they gave two full meals from San Francisco to London, whereas most airlines give one meal and one snack on that route). They actually checked us in on the earlier side, we took off very promptly and got to London early. It was nice to be on time for a change - so often I find airlines run a bit late. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Pilot's messages were pleasant, friendly and even a bit informative."
Nadelen: "Web check-in ahead of time was a total disaster. I got an email telling me I could check in 36 hours early and "secure a good seat" but neither of the 2 sets of codes they provided in the email would work because it was all about Finnair but actually the flight was being run by British Airways. I spent about 30 minutes on the 'phone trying to get the appropriate sequence of numbers and letters to enter so as to check in and get a good seat - still nothing worked. This was at 5:45am - I regretted the time spent when I could have gone back to sleep. My daughter later spent a further 90 minutes trying to figure it out, only to be told finally that our only option was to get to the airport early and check n there which was what we did. It was beyond irksome. Please note, if the airline actually flying is different fro the booking airline, the locator number for check n will be DIFFERENT and needs to be provided to the customer to avoid a great deal of hassle and confusion. We gt particularly unlucky because BA computers had a glitch that day but the general point still stands."

Voordelen: "The flight left on time, boarding was a breeze, the food was the only good food I've had while flying ever, seating was better than I was expecting, the movie selection was vast and up to date, and we made phenomenal timing in getting to our destination"
Nadelen: "Checking in online was difficult - it couldn't find my booking. I was panicking three hours before I was scheduled to depart! I was instructed to go check in at the desk by the service rep on the phone, which was straightforward process, but I was half-expecting being told that my booking had been cancelled"

Voordelen: "Although I booked this as Finnair, it was actually a British Airways flight, as I knew it would be. And it was fine--I don't think Finnair gets much credit, but whatever. I'd actually have liked to travel with someone more exotic!"

Nadelen: "We waited for 3 1/2 hours in the plane before taking off. We ended up landing with a 3-hour delay."

Nadelen: "My flight from ORD-DUB arrived late causing us to miss our connecting flight to Madrid. I talked to an agent and they told us we would have to pick up our bags at a different carousel and then go to the ticketing agent for a new flight. 1 ticketing agent+3 hours of waiting = 1 pissed off traveler."

Nadelen: "The check in was horrible. You could not check in online for this flight. This was an issue with a lot of people. The check in line I got there 2 hours before my flight and waited an hour in line just to get to the counter. The line was still long after I had gotten to the counter. It should not take that long for a line to move especially if you get there 2 hours beforehand. The flight You had to pay for a snacks, water and sodas. The flight was 2 hours we can’t get a water for free?"

Nadelen: "They don’t even give you water unless you pay. Three hour flight. Ridiculous, Delay flight, old craft etc."

Voordelen: "Professionalism and courtesy!"

Nadelen: "My flight from the US to Dublin was delayed by 3.5 hours because the original inbound plane broke down and they sent a smaller replacement. Then they could not locate a crew."

Nadelen: "The flight was booked through Jetfly and I tried to change the date. I ended up losing the entire ticket. No flight, no money. I talked to Jetfly at least 8 times and they kept confusing things, delaying things, and were not very helpful which caused me to miss any available flights."

Nadelen: "We boarded okay but then we had to sit on the plane for over an hour before we actually took off. So arrival into Lyon was late. Also had to buy any food or drink if we wanted anything."

My entertainment centre was off or in disrepair for large portions Of the flight, and the plug on tomcharge the phone was not only in a difficult place down. Wtween seats but was not functioning. I paid for an internet connection I couldn't use be aide of a dead phone."

Nadelen: "On the MIA-DUB flight, my headset/entertainment would keep losing sound. On the DUB-BRU: the flight was almost an hour late. They could have at least given free coffee or water to all of us in Economy."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Flight attendant on flight was rude to me and others."

Voordelen: "Was very lucky and had whole row of three seats to myself. Also time zone change so flight was only really 1 1/2 hours instead of 2 1/2 hours."
