Nadelen: "This Business-class seat is a proper rip-off. The only difference from Economy is the in-between seat is not used. No extra leg room whatsoever. Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."
Voordelen: "The people from British airways were incredibly helpful."
Nadelen: "British airways pushed the flight time which made the original connection flight from Heathrow impossible. They notified justfly the company who we used to book the flight and told them the reservation would be cancelled. Only justfly never did something about that. They did not notify us about any changes and when we arrived at the airport the lady at the counter told us we don't have a reservation even though justfly happily took our money. If it weren't for the BA staff who rebooked is through Air France we probably wouldn't have made it."
Voordelen: "No drinks or snacks for econome class. Its just a 1 hour flight, KLM Does serve on 1 hour flights."

Nadelen: "Food options were a bit limited but overall everything tasted good. The screens were very old and low quality so it was very hard to see the movies but the selection of media was good."

Nadelen: "The aeroplanes. Ran out of water shortly after takeoff. So no coffee or tea."
Nadelen: "Once we got off the plane we had to go through security again and then rush through customs to get to our connecting flight. Customs agents wanted us to have our landing cards filled out before we got there but the crew on flight didn’t give passengers landing cards to fill out prior to landing and customs didn’t even have pens for us to fill our our forms. Super unhelpful and rude. Then our flight was delayed two hours which caused us to miss the train we needed out of the airport to West Jesmond. Thus forcing us to take a cab that was horrifically expensive. Super bummed on heathrow and British airlines. Would not travel through heathrow again."

Nadelen: "After hours at the gate, the flight was finally deemed cancelled. I missed my layover and was forced to stay over night at a airport hotel. I had paid a change fee to come home specifically for that day which I lost, not to mention 9 hours in the airport... the flights for the following day were totally downgraded from my original booking. Was so upset I could have cried...."
Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."

Nadelen: "Would have been nice if the reading material was not so beat up to match the plane's perfect interior, otherwise nothing to fault at all"
Nadelen: "I had a connecting flight from London to Madrid. Not only was the flight to London late over an hour, because of the security check point and liquid quantity confusion I was late to the connecting flight to Madrid and had to take a later flight which made me late to my meeting but on top of that I had to get rid of some of my stuff because it was over my limit on liquids. Very frustrating!"
Nadelen: "Drinks not complimentary. The tickets we bought come with one checked bag for free, but the airline said since we bought it on Kayak it doesn't come with a free checked bag. Had to pay an extra $40 for each. Deceptive policy if you ask me on behalf of British Airways."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed again so both flights to USA and return were delayed... not a great experience . Entertainment took a cou0le of hours to sort, they had to keep resetting it"

Nadelen: "The seats were way too close. I even paid for an upgrade. My legs were get cramped and the width of the seats were awful!"

Nadelen: "The lie flat seats were good but cramped and claustrophobic near the head rest."
Voordelen: "I did not use the entertainment. The crew was refreshingly professonial, helpful, and cheerful [in a British way]."
Nadelen: "I'm tall and the budget seat was 'tight'. But it was to be expecdted."

Nadelen: "It was late We were left on tarmac for 1 hour Service bad Oh yes and it was not even a BA airplane.....it was Qatar Airways .... something I would not travel on out of choice. BA stand for Beyond Awful It is now a budget airline that makes Ryanair look great! Not even an in flight magazine it is simply a skeleton of its former self, the Spaniard has destroyed it Would never travel British Airways again"

Nadelen: "There was no food provided, so no need to rate the quality of the food that was not there"
Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "They sent an email with security requirements regarding electronics saying they can only be carried in checked in luggage and at the airport refused to accept any electronics in carry on or checked in."

Nadelen: "Lost luggage - no one cared despite it clearly being lost at check in going down a broken bag shute. Plane was late. BA is losing their upmarket appeal trying to compete with cheaper airlines."
