When calling a phone number finally found on the internet there was a 40 min waiting loop, only to then have a very bored and annoyed sounding call attended who finally was able to rebook the flight. Overall very poor service, at the very least there should have been a guideline of what steps to take now in the cancelling of the flight E-mail and where to call."

Nadelen: "uncomfortable seat, off set from the seat in front of me so my entertainment screen was at an odd angle to watch. Food was ok but they had a sauce on the chicken that was not very appetizing. It actually made my wife sick and lets just say she did not keep her dinner. Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."

Nadelen: "I am only 158cm tall (5 feet 2 inches) and I had no leg room! My knees hit the seat in front of me. The seats were also so narrow that you could not change position at all, so it was very uncomfortable for a 8.5 hour flight. And I weigh less than 45 kg (100lbs). I can't imagine how anyone bigger than me felt. My seat was toward the back of the plane, and it took the crew over an hour to reach us once they started the drink and food carts. One time my row got entirely skipped for the drink cart, even though we were awake. This was a problem because they didn't come by for another 5.5 hours with more water/drinks, and they did not give us water bottles for that time period like Delta does. The food wasn't tasty, but it was eatable. The movie options were great, but that was all I could do on the screen because half of mine did not respond to touch, which meant no games and I could only select movies on the left half of my screen. Weird."

Nadelen: "We had two legs on Lufthansa and the third was Air Canada. Lufthansa was great; great service, great food. But on Air Canada there was no food on a 5-hr international flight, the video screen didn't work well, and the flight attendant was having a rough day. And we took off at least 30 minutes late due to a couple of technical issues."

Ticket at the last time and didnt make it to the holiday meal so i really disappointed and going to do something with it. That was turrible and i lost a lot of money!!!"

Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Nadelen: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Nadelen: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Voordelen: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."

One guy told her she could board but the gate agent said no it didn't fit and she couldn't board. Then the agent claimed she had to gate check her bag and claimed there were no overhead spaces left. So everyone after that had to gate check. When I boarded there were at least 8 empty bins and I had not even gotten to my seat in row 22. The gate agent lied and slowed down the entire boarding process because she want to win a fight and show dominance over a passenger."

My Mom has worked there 30 yrs & he finished after messin w the WRONG SPICY Cajun Woman Who’s been oppressed and abused ENOUGH!!!!!"

Nadelen: "Baggage claim process way too long. Took 1hr to get off plane."

Voordelen: "That I arrived to my destination alive."
Nadelen: "It was my first time taking Virgin America and I didn't know movies weren't free. I used to travel a lot and I've never had to pay for movies. I ended up watching 12 episodes of Big Bang Theory because it was the only free thing to watch that wasn't LinkedIn videos or Disney, which really sucked. Comfort level wasn't any better than any of the other airlines and service was the same as well. I've heard good things about Virgin but my experience was just mediocre."

Voordelen: "We didn't crash."
Nadelen: "No safety briefing for infants, rude gate staff, primitive fleet, terrible customer service at all levels."

Voordelen: "I liked the crew, they were nice and tried to help, food and refreshment was good."
Nadelen: "1) Flight from Dallas delayed and caused me to miss the connecting flight from London to Vienna. 2) Monitor for the entertainment not working AT ALL. Crew tried to reset it multiple times, but it didn't help. So flight was longer due to delay and I was looking at the BLACK SCREEN entire time. 3) I attempted to read my book. Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

Nadelen: "Overnight stay due to missed flight with no luggage or medication."

Nadelen: "Walking through TSA in San Diego there is an agent picking people out and telling them there bag is too big to be carried on ( the same carry on bag I've used for years ) and making people go pay to check them. However some people are being allowed to check their bag at the gate for free. No one at the airport working for them had any good customer service skills. Wont fly with them again"

Nadelen: "Poor customer service"

Nadelen: "That i booked a flight that departed 6:20pm on Alaska Airlines and found out i was put on a red eye American Airlines flight that left at 11:50 pm. In addition did not reciveve any notification of the change. Had to leave the airport because i thought i was leaving at 6:20 pm :("

Nadelen: "The in-flight entertainment was out, and the a/c was barely working-not good for a four hour flight. Instead of addressing the issues the flight crew was more interested in chatting with each other. No pre-flight drink service in first class, they rarely even passed through the canin."

Voordelen: "Nothing"

Nadelen: "The worst flight of my life. Seats are awfully inconfortable for a night flight. I couldn't sleep at all. Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Siège pas assez large. Jouer du coude pendant 8hrs c'est pas amusant."

Nadelen: "One of our bags didn’t make it. We dropped them off together. We still don’t have the missing luggage."

Nadelen: "Les sièges sont nuls (ergonomie douteuse). L'espace pour les jambes n'es pas convenable (trop étroite et la patte du siège avant oblige d'avoir une jambe de travers). Système d'information de la position de l'avion est nul (pas assez complet), peux pas savoir combien de temps il reste au vol."

Nadelen: "Old plane, very hot cabin, no WiFi, no food, entertainment system would freeze and was glitchy. Awful airline now. Very disappointing."

Voordelen: "Comfortable. Good entertainment and good service. Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Nadelen: "Checking was chaotic with non working terminals and insufficient staff Plane was real old (4” scree...even my phone has bigger screen) Onboard drinks were exorbitantly priced (paid 8.99$ for gin and tonic where I got only half can of tonic) Food was ok"

Nadelen: "Trop de délai itnutile. L'embarquement a été décalé de 5h! Le WIFI est payant à Chicago et la bouffe coûte chère pour de la mauvaise qualité. Le retard est du parce qu'il n'y avait pas d'avion, personne nous dit pourquoi. Finalement, on embarque et apres avoir attendu 30 min, on nous désembarque parce que l'Avion n'était pas prêt, l'équipe d'entretien n'était pas disponible! finalement, on rembarque pour de bon mais on a attendu un autre 30 min sans nous dire pourquoi. L'équipage fait comme si tout était normal mais on voit par la fenêtre qu'il y un camion de service qui essait de réparer de quoi derrière l'avion. On nous fait embarquer alors que rien n'est prêt. La personne qui s'occupait des baggages a pris 20 minutes apres notre embarquement avant de s'amener. C'était extrêment désorganisé."
