Nadelen: "Our Kochi to Dubai flight was late, the bus at Dubai airport was extremely slow and we reached Dubai airport two minutes prior to the closing of the boarding of the onward flight. We had to literally run to catch our onward flight to Boston. However, the ground staff at Dubai were excellent, called the gate staff to alert them about us and managed to get us on board. Surprisingly, our luggage was also loaded on to the same flight and we couldn't believe we got the luggage in Boston! Overall, all went well."

Overall everything was good,very impressed with good food and service from Doha to Atlanta

A quality of airline is determined on how they handle things when something goes wrong. My 1st flight was delayed by 5 hrs and I missed my connection. This was applicable to all connecting passengers on the flight. There was no communication on what was going on. It would have been helpful if somebody made an announcement that they are working on rebooking and asking us to be patient. There was a mad dash at the rebooking counter with almost 200 passengers crowding around 3 booking agents. There was no crowd management. The message I got from them was inconsistent as well. Just a total mess. When things go well, Qatar is a great airline, but when things don't go well... they absolutely suck. I had a 14 hour layover in Doha because of Qatar's fault and they did not provide hotel stay and I was business class passenger who payed top dollar for this shitty service.

Everything was excellent, but at Philadelphia airport immigration service was poor, takes too long.

Good food, comfortable seating, excellent service, affordable air fares, professional/friendly crew. This was my first Qatar airways travel. Enjoyed the travel very much. I will choose Qatar airways for my future travel and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for making my travel enjoyable.

Nadelen: "For deboarding they used stairs (not ramps) at their hub in Doha - must be some sort of new innovation to improve fitness. The Wifi onboard was in name only - it was so slow you wouldn't notice it is working or not - i flew Qatar because they claimed to have Wifi- hugely disappointed."

Nadelen: "I had an aisle seat. The crew pushed the service carts in the gangway and hit me a couple of times, and I was very much annoyed because I was waken up while asleep."

The food looked good tasted good and was plentiful. The pyjama were a nice added touch and very comfortable for the long flight. Flying into Cardiff airport was so good for my intended destination. I would certainly recommend them to others and many airlines could learn from their example.Well done and thank you"

The announcement was totally mumbled and badly managed, Why cant the boarding at Cochin be organised like queues for each zone so that the passengers do not crowd in a mad rush near the gate as if the fliht will leave without them. As in Doha have different seating area for different zones and the ground crew should be trained to be firm to allow only passengers with boarding."

Dog allowed to use restroom that passengers uses and it was a BIG dog in a controlled environment for a 14 hour long flight. Hugely disappointed with the pet policy of Qatar airways, especially for all the parents traveling with kids."

For a daily if their system, they denied service to passenger. This is the second time with them. Last time when another airline missed connection and this time a ticket that I purchased. Doubt if I would, again."
Voordelen: "The cabin crew and Doha airport staff are absolutely great at thinking about customer comfort. Experienced it in the Business Class lounge as well as on the flight!"
Nadelen: "Could add paper towels to toilets. Tissues are too soft to wash up and dry hands and face!"

Please keep the flight schedule. I missed connection flight due to delayed Abudhabi to JFK flight. I will reach home late by 15 hours. For outbound journey also, I got stuck at Abudhabi for about 8 hours on 13-14th November night. Very Bad experience!

Nadelen: "1. The crew from Abu Dhabi to Belgrade was appalling. As we touched down at Belgrade Tesla airport, and were still taxiing, many passengers stood up, opened up the overhead compartments, took out their carry-on bags (some were pretty big hard top) and left it on the aisle. The overhead compartment doors were left open and once or twice the crew at the back murmured them to sit on their seats and strap themselves. But neither did the crew come up to severely reprimand them nor did the passengers seem to care. IT WAS THE MOST SHOCKING EXPERIENCE in my over 25 years of flying. Terrible service on part of Etihad Crew. 2. We'd just an hour's transit in Abu Dhabi airport and there were numerous passengers still trying to disembark from the Kochi-Abu Dhabi flight, pass through security checks, walk quite a distance to the gate and then get on to the bus to board the aircraft. Strangely there was no Etihad personnel helping us to navigate through this absolute chaos. Many people, young and old, were literally running with their bags. Some of us yelled that we'd a short connection and then one of the ground staff tried to make way for us to navigate through the huge queues waiting for security. This process could've been managed infinitely better. Just imagine if there were elderly passengers or little children? 3. Food was terrible. I'm a vegetarian and usually Asian vegetarian is reasonably good. In this case the rice was poorly cooked (grainy), lacked any variety (anybody who's familiar with Asian food can assure you that there're amazingly tasty and healthy vegetarian dishes that can be prepared - if Etihad needs help they're welcome to contact me). I'm surprised by all this. Try Emirates and one can see the quality of the food. 4. We'd to collect our boarding passes at Belgrade airport. We've a carte de legitimation (CDL) residence card for Switzerland but it seemed obvious that the ground staff at Belgrade have no clue what a Swiss CDL looks like. My wife who's a South African national cannot obviously enter Switzerland without a visa but the CDL is a legitimate document and that should have been it. Further we'd been checked in from Kochi to Zurich (and our bags had been checked through to ZRH). It's obvious that Belgrade staff are poorly trained and it caused unnecessary waiting time (nearly 30 minutes) and senior staff had to be summoned to clarify. I'm terribly disappointed with the overall service of Etihad. I'll never fly through Belgrade for sure. It's horrible and the travel desk were not particularly helpful. In fact I'm considering never to fly Etihad again."

Premier bonheur de devoir payer 63 euros de plus pour éviter d'être disséminés aux 4 coins de l'avion, le système par défaut ayant fait cela !!! Deuxième bonheur l'avion est en fait quasi vide.."

On AUH-MLA route, my entertainment system is so unresponsive. The touch screen does not work, so I had to use the manual controls. 3. Repetitive advertisements 4. Movies are old, not updated. 5. Food is not so satisfactory."

The FAs are busy and sounds tired. THe flight is full but I wish I was moved since my ticket was eligible for an upgrade. I seldom complain but they need to check thru the seats -22A"

I requested them that I can buy a bag and can divide the stuff in two bags. But supervisor who seemed Indian was really racist and he kept insisting that we are flying in 5 minutes. Either you have to pay penalty for this hand carry or you can cancel your flight. I have never ever seen this kind of behavior from anyone specially from a supervisor. I ended up paying $300 extra for only 2 kg extra weight in my hand carry. I would recommend my whole family and friends not to choose this airline anymore."

Mais en plus de 10 vol Ave Etihad c'est ma seul mauvaise expérience et de plus j'ai payer 200fr pour changer de vol et arriver 4 h 30 plus tôt résultat gagné 30 minutes oups"

Nadelen: "Le vol était complet et nous nous sommes vu proposés éventuellement un vol AF direct en remplacement. Après notre acceptation, en dernière minute, nous avons finalement embarqué sur ETIHAD. Là fut notre erreur car lors de la correspondance à Abu dhabi nous étions de nouveau surbooké à 23h00 ! malgré nos borading pass. Au bout de 2h de négociation nous avons obtenu une chambre d'hotel de 1h du matin à 6h.... pour reprendre le vol suivant à 8h30.... Aucune indemnisation, ni surclassement, as même un code wifi .... COMPAGNIE A EVITER A TOUT PRIS, c'est du LOW COST et le SAV est CATASTROPHIQUE. Voordelen: "Seats were comfortable proably because I was given bassinet seats because of infant traveling with me, though recliner didn't work"
Nadelen: "I had lot of issues wrt handling my baby. No baby food was provided even after asking twice.No tea or coffee served in timely manner. Need to follow up to ask for tea or coffee. I wouldn't suggest this flight to anyone."
Nadelen: "No proper entertainment on board which would have been fine if the cost of the flight was less.. but considering other airlines provide better entertainment for the same route and less expensive tickets makes its not ok."
