Nadelen: "I was switched seats against my will on board! Although i reserved the seat ahead of time when i got in i was pretty much forced to sit somewhere else. The staff handled the sitution in a very poor manner!"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "L’aéroport de Vienne qui ne dispose d’aucune aide pour les transferts : il faut trouver les panneaux bien cachés dans un labyrinthe... et 2 contrôles des bagages durant le transfert alors que nous arrivions d’un vol international."

Nadelen: "The flight was long delayed, there was no explanation or any sort of pasenger notification about the delay. When I boarded the overhead luggage was full could not find space to secure my bags. The flight attendant was very rude did not assist me and made me wait. Other people traveling without luggage pushed me to pass by. I was told not very nice things. The flight was overbooked and overall horible experience."

Voordelen: "The crew was superb. Extended leg room seats had a lot of legroom. Good wines, decent dinner."
Nadelen: "Very strict carry on policies, much strictet than US carrieers, primarily by weight. Known traveler numbers (Glibal Entry) were not askrd at the time of online check in and ad a result, TSA Pre didnt show up on out boarding passes. Agent at the counter coulsnt dix it euther. Surprisingly, very disappointing breakfast."

Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Nadelen: "Il a fallu courrir pour attraper l'avion aucune information assistance pour trouver la porte C et mon bagage a ete perdu"

Nadelen: "I have been selected for additional screening at Vienna airport which was very time consuming and not very pleasant"

Nadelen: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough."

Nadelen: "May bags didn't make the transfer and were sent on to me the following day."

Nadelen: "I tried to reschedule due to a death in the family and due to the "small print" this was not possible. Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

Nadelen: "Firstly . The crew were rude ! They did not even response when were calling them from the seat . The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Nadelen: "Limited meal choices (I flew business class). It seems Austrian puts more emphasis on the Trans-Atlantic flights and less on short hauls."

Nadelen: "Our flights there were postponed causing us to miss out connecting flights, we rescheduled with a different airline. The same thing happened coming home. Austrian was a complete disappointment going there and back."

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled at the time we were suppose to board. We had to find another flight via Istanbul and got to our destination 6 hours late. Won't use Kayak again."

Voordelen: "Eurowings is an average low-budget flight. But at least the equipment looked all right, and it was clean. Ohh and the y didn’t loose my luggage (as I was travelling through connections, I was worried bit)."
Nadelen: "No food or drink is included in the price, narrow seats, delayed flight. We were already seated when it turned out the departure will be delayed by 30 mins. No toilet use during this time...."

Nadelen: "We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00."

Nadelen: "Our departure was delayed 2 hours because an unaccompanied minor was placed on the wrong flight--UA's fault. That began a domino effect of missed connections. When the landed, We were given little information on how to re-book and had to wait in several long lines. All told, 12 hour delay to Milan"

Nadelen: "I didn’t appreciate the surprise of having to pay $50 Euros to bring my bike, which then required I leave the baggage drop off line, go to customer service to pay, return to the baggage line to pick up my bag and boarding pass, and then go to the special luggage handling line."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Everything"

Voordelen: "I’ve flown with various airlines and must say that I was very impressed with this crew. I guess it was because they all were young and didn’t füdisplay burnout as so many other flight attendants show when dealing with their customers."
Nadelen: "On both flights the control forty didn’t work."

Voordelen: "The flight was 20 mins faster, boarding was OK. The ladies on board were doing a good job"
Nadelen: "Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld."

Voordelen: "Was on time"
Nadelen: "The food was horrible junk. I can not imagine, how anybody can dare to offer this somebody to eat. Headphones were extra pay."

Voordelen: "The plane was almost empty, I had a whole row for myself (albeit with very limited legroom)"

Nadelen: "12 hour flight with no in flight movies unless you paid an extra EUR 10. Food tastes bad, plus I was skipped from the second meal despite having prepaid for it (flight attendant overlooked that my seat was on a list, part of the problems that come with nickeling and diming for every single thing including even meals on an international flight). Despite flying to the US, attendants consistently only spoke German to me and my wife, did not speak on both German and English."

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and helpful!"
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future."

Voordelen: "Not much really except Wi-fi which is pricey though."
Nadelen: "Delayed with no information. Boarding bit chaotic and once on board no food left to buy as everything has been sold out. Despite me being in row 1 and the first customer to be served. Plane arrived at low cost Barcelona terminal and we had to wait quite long for our luggage. Eurowings race to the bottom."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Timing Food Service Entertainment"

Voordelen: "Attendants and counter staff all super friendly, seats were comfortable with decent leg room, nice beverage and snack offerings."
Nadelen: "Nothing of note."

Voordelen: "Arrived to Seattle on time."
Nadelen: "I did not know what airline, crew flew me to Seattle."

Nadelen: "The seats are broken and the crew treats the passengers like they do not matter."

Voordelen: "The Lufstansa flight we ended up boarding to San Francisco for a connector to Las Vegas was a pretty good flight. The entertainment and food choices were excellent. As a matter of fact I ended up declining the last meal served because I was still full from the first meal and snack. The crew was friendly and professional. I really liked the bathroom waiting area on the lower deck, which was great place to stretch out and do a few exercises on a long flight."
Nadelen: "To begin with I should mention I am 6'1" and stocky, so the economy seat was a bit tight; my knees were against the back of the seat in front of me. The previous flight coming to Europe had more room between the seats. The biggest problem by far was that the Eurowings flight was delayed by 8 hours! The Lufstansa customer service at first handed us a sheet of paper with contact information for Eurowings, Once she found out that we booked the original flight through Air Canada, she was able to help us get another flight. The flight was routed through San Francisco, with a transfer to a United flight to Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the United flight has 'technical' issues that delayed it another three and a half hours! So, rather than getting home to Las Vegas at 4 p.m. on Thursday, we ended up getting home at 4 a.m. on Friday morning. We never were told why the original flight was delayed 8 hours!"

Nadelen: "Cancelled the flight from Cologne to Zurich - It was showing on time when we left home, but at the airport we saw the status change. No one called or emailed us even when all the details are provided while booking the ticket. The line for the ticket counter at the airport was miserably long, so we had to use international roaming to make our calls to customer service. They never told us why the flight was cancelled and changed the topic to how they can rebook us - my suspicion is that there were very few customers for that flight so they thought its cheaper to cancel the flight and let the customers figure out the solution. Horrible! Te only option given to us was a late night flight to Vienna (more than 12 hours later), and then staying overnight there and then flying to JFK. That was of course unacceptable as we had to join work on Monday. I asked them to then look into Dusseldorf and any flying options from there. They were able to book us a flight from there. We rushed to DUS airport - The email confirmation took hours to show up in my inbox even though they promised 10-15 minutes. After waiting for the confirmation for a little, we had to take a cab from Cologne airport to Dusseldorf airport. It cost us over 200 euros and a lot of stress. The whole experience was a nightmare and I would not wish it upon anyone."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time!"
Nadelen: "The security in Düsseldorf for American citizen was very nusty. They stop everywhere ask allot of non sense questions and check your bags twice! That was a real torture for no reason!"

Voordelen: "generally not to expensive flight"
Nadelen: "delay of 2 hours on our way there and cancelled flight back with lack of communication on both topics"

Voordelen: "Spacious seating for a budget airline."
Nadelen: "Nothing. All good."

Voordelen: "RUINED OUR TRIP"
Nadelen: "LUFTHANSA IS TERRIBLE"

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled--no crew!"

Nadelen: "*Various flight delays *I was told the only available seat was next to the emergency door. I didn't want to sit there, but had no choice. After boarding, I noticed there were several empty seats available. *I tried to get a attendant's attention for water, but they never came to me. *I wanted to keep my jacket with me to put on during flight, but was told I had to put it in the overhead compartment."

Nadelen: "Nothing."

Voordelen: "smooth flight"
Nadelen: "boarding took too long"

Voordelen: "We hadden ons zoontje mee en konden daarom ieys eerder in de rij. Dan hoefde ons zoontje niet zo lang te staan."

Voordelen: "Vriendelijk personeel. Korte vlucht. Voldoende beenruimte."

Nadelen: "Paid 18 pound extra for extra legroom and a snack but when asked the airhostess she said we didnt pay for one"

Voordelen: "Only good thing about flight was it is cheap"
Nadelen: "Button of my travel bag was broken during transfer of luggage by airlines.no leg space in flight."

Voordelen: "Efficient and reasonably comfortable."
Nadelen: "The drinks are absurdly overpriced. And I don't mean the alcoholic ones."

Voordelen: "Prices of food items was reasonable"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by an hour . The aircraft had to be refuelled and we were asked to remove our seat belts and wait for an hour. Ae Service was horrible. The passengers who paid extra for snacks with the ticket were served first and even after I said my ears were hurting and I needed something sweet to chew on (I was going to buy something to eat anyway) I wasn't served till roughly 75 minutes into the flight. The crew was inconsiderate towards passengers who bought economy seats and was focusing only on passengers who paid extra for seats and snacks. If that's the case then they should stop serving other customers anyway and tell us beforehand so that we can arrange our own food/drinks from the airport lounge"

Nadelen: "The boarding process where we are herded into a tiny pen for 20 mins or so, w almost no seating, is not pleasant"

Nadelen: "Customer service could have let us on the flight. We were told it was delayed then arrived to learn it was back on time."

Voordelen: "Hard to understand some of the crew announcements due to speaking way too fast"

Nadelen: "easyJet used to be such a bold and new company. Now it feels like cattle herding."

Voordelen: "Straight forward boarding, friendly crew."
Nadelen: "Seats aren't designed to let you sleep (leaning your head back gives a cricked neck as there's no cushion or proper headrest), and the seats are a little cramped."

Voordelen: "Clean plane and professional people. Handled lateness of flight well. And we were able to change the time of our flight (for a 20% fee increase of course) after a stolen passport detained us in Prague)."
Nadelen: "Seats were very uncomfortable. Flight was late."

Nadelen: "The crew was rude to passengers. International safety regulations were not followed. Terrible gate announcement, constant changes with no commutation."

Voordelen: "Easyjet est une super compagnie"

Nadelen: "Plane took off late because they didn’t have machine to turn plane on and let us inside the plane for an hour at 39C because air conditioning didn’t work"

Nadelen: "We had to cancel the trip because my father has recently passed away. We have spent $200+ in phone calls waiting to speak to an agent and to call back for follow up. The agent service is terrible and it’s not fair that we have to call long distance to cancel due to bereavement. I did not think it would be so hard. It’s been very frustrating. We have travel insurance through you and all the paperwork is in French that was emailed to me. The issue is still unresolved and I’m very disappointed."

Voordelen: "The speed of the que was not to bad"
Nadelen: "Very unprofessional service from the lady that checked myself and my friend in. I had 2 very small bags with me. Not even reaching 15 kilos. Has I had problems with my big luggage I had to use to smaller bags. She said very rudely. "You paid for 1 bag, you will have to pay. Surely whatever the policy is. She could use her common sense and be more understanding as I told her the zip in my bigger bag wouldn't close. The smaller bags didn't even weigh 15 kilos. We then had to pay 38 pounds for absolutely nothing. After we paid She looked at the bags as if she knew she was wrong as they were so small it really didn't justify that amount of money. We payed then she said nothing and angrily told us to speak to customer services and get out of the que as there were more other ppl in line. I will never ever use easyjet again. Will go to British Airways or raynair. Easyjet greed for money is ridiculous."

Voordelen: "Overall 5*, checkin and boarding was easy, the flight arrived on schedule, and the crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "Had to pay 2.50 euros for a bottle of water."

Voordelen: "Ok everything"

Nadelen: "Encore des retards"

Nadelen: "Delayed flight as always. Can't remember the last time neither the outbound or return flight weren't delayed"

Voordelen: "A standard good Easy Jet experience"
Nadelen: "We (along with everyone) had to check luggage (at no charge), despite being first in line (regular queue) and despite the fact that there was plenty of room in the overhead lockers (and would have sped up boarding considerably)."

Nadelen: "Boarding was unfortunately a bit of a mess. I was seated in the last row but had to board through the front, with rear boarding opening later."

Nadelen: "Crew was so slow in doing anything and kept forgetting water when asling for it. Forgot about 3 times."

Nadelen: "J’ai déposé mon bagage à main au pied de l’appareil et surprise en arrivant à Bruxelles : PAS DE VALISE ! Je suis à Bruxelles pour le week-end , il neige et fait -8 degré dehors et toutes mes affaires d’hiver sont dans la valise . Comment ma valise a t elle pu être oublié au pied de l’avion sur la piste à Bordeaux ????"

Voordelen: "Départ à l'heure, équipage sympathique"
