The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

Nadelen: "I asked the Chinese flight attendant in economy to please ask the man in front of me to put his seat up since the captain and purser had already asked us to do so in three languages The man in front of me refused to do so. She said she was going to start at the front of the plane and let him leave his seat back making it difficult to see my tv monitor. I thought that she should’ve said that it was time to put your seat up. It was frustrating that she didn’t support me and the request of the captain. Your seats are very uncomfortable upright when the person in front of you has their seat back."

They wanted me to pay for my seat after already spending 1100. Then they said I was randomly selected for a TSA check in Zurich. Seriously. And there was no TSA agent in sight doing the check. It was a Swiss Airline Employee. Never had that happen even in the USA."

On the way from NY to Budapest I checked in two luggages prior to arriving to the airport with out any fee. I would like Swiss air to issue a refund. I have my receipt for the excess luggage fee. Thank you, Eva Baud"

Nadelen: "Found my business class seat given away to a lady with a dog. Mine was window but with extra table next to aisle. She had aisle seat but with exactly the same configuration. Idea was she would place the dog on the table space next to her seat. It would be exactly the same for both seats. Do not know what they were thinking. There were other business class seats on the other side that had the table space ext to the window away from the aisle. That would make sense for the lady with dog. Business class was full and I was the last to get on, 45 minute connection in Zurich from terminal A to E, my seat was given. But as I objected, they moved the dog lady and gave me back my seat. But they never asked a person in the seat that would have made sense to give her to trade seats."

Nadelen: "The leg room was terrible on this plane. If anyone reclined their seats, you were trapped and could barely get out of the row to get up or go to the bathroom. Boarding was a bit like herding cats and everyone was jammed up trying to get on without any orderly direction."

I hope one day that the airline will organise itself and get things running a bit more smoothly.... Also... there was a meal on the flight but not option was given to those who are vegetarians to request a special meal at time of booking or later on while managing the booking... this was a bit unfair in my mind that my only option was a pasta and meat sauce meal so I did not get to eat... also... within my Star Alliance menber account I am listed as a vegetarian meal... so it should have been automatic just as it is on Swiss, Lufthansa, Etc... when I fly with them."

Nadelen: "The actual booking for the flight was most confusing.I book flights on various other airlines and they seem more straight forward than Aegean .So much so I only found out the day before our flight that we had,nt booked our suitcases in and it needed a phone call to Athens to sort it out"

Voordelen: "Service on the plane, the food was an added bonus, and the orice."
Nadelen: "I did not like the fact that they would not let me bring my small carry on and my laptop bag. They considered it to be two bags. Other people had two bags that were larger than mine. Also there were plenty of open seats hence plenty of overhead space for my bag, but they forces me to check it."

Nadelen: "Headphone jack had something broken off in it, so no entertainment. Food was plain chicken with plain potato and plain carrot"

Great friendly crew on the flight. This was a Krakow>Budapest flight. Will review again after our Budapest>Chicago flight."

Nadelen: "At the LOT checkin counter at KRK, they had one counter open for a full flight to Warsaw. They waited until 15 minutes before schedule takeoff to open up additional counters causing panic and stress for everyone on the flight. Several people missed their connections because of this. Meanwhile LOT had extra employees sitting in the travel assistance office next to the line doing absolutely nothing. It demonstrated very poor utilization of resources. I will absolutely avoid flying with them the next time I go to Krakow."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Nadelen: "1. I was never told my ticket didn't include a free checked bag. I checked twice on LOT's website and it said I was allowed one. When I got to the airport at Krakow, the less than professional staff told me that my ticket was the kind that didn't include. I said I was never given the option to get a ticket with/without a bag for free and they basically told me I was lying. I didn't feel like arguing and paid for the bag. Kayak didn't mention or made me aware of my "kind" of ticket. Either Kayak makes consumers aware of this or LOT shouldn't be posting their flights on Kayak. 2. I flew Eurolot, "A partner of LOT" and not LOT. It should also be CLEAR what it is one is flying."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Voordelen: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Nadelen: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."
