A321 n’en confortable et personnel serviable
Ce qui m'a plus. Le professionnalisme du personnel, le sourire au rendez-vous. Pourquoi ne pas proposer (ou vendre un magazine) à bord ?
Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

Nadelen: "We arrived at the airport 2.5 hours earlier than departure as suggested. They opened check in for Naples on the boards but the agents would not let anyone for Naples check in/bag drop. Once allowed it was chaos in the line. Once we got through security our flight posted as “boarding”. We got there in time but the unnecessary rush was uncomfortable and chaotic."
Nadelen: "le site Kiwi qui vend le billet pour la compagnie Wizz a été la cause du rachat d'une carte d'embarquement au prix du billet ! un scandale. Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."
Voordelen: "Flight arrived"
Nadelen: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."
Nadelen: "Did not fly. They wanted $100 to check my bag. I flew another airline."
Voordelen: "The price"
Nadelen: "The borsing from terminal 1 is should be highlight The man in the check in and bording wad not nice at all. He didn't answer any question. They took our hand bag. We couldn't take it to the plan and no one explaon why."
Voordelen: "Easy to book. Comfortable flight."
Nadelen: "Would be good if there was complementary tea/coffee or water. People might then buy a snack to go with it."
Nadelen: "Not even a roll for a 5 hour flight! They ran out and then wanted to charge £3.50 for a coffee when they ran out of food to even buy! Staff were not friendly at all."
Nadelen: "You have to inform the customers, that company needs you to have a visa"
Nadelen: "Flight delayed by more than 2 hours, additional 40 minutes in the plain before departure. At least 30 minutes until doors opened. Overall huge delay that totally killed my business day."
Voordelen: "Plane new & in good condition"
Nadelen: "flight was delayed by 90min, boarding started (even plane wasn't here yet; people herded to air field, waiting, then sent back to terminal, for nothing, all in the rain flight supposedly delayed by 30min (really 90min) due to plane late from Belgrade (WizzAir doesn't have a scheduled flight form Belgrade) - clueless or making up stories to get rid of guests?"
Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"
Nadelen: "Very long queues at boating in Charleroi airport"
Voordelen: "Staff were generally sweet & approachable."
Nadelen: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."
Nadelen: "long time wating in bus to get plane"
Nadelen: "Lost our baggage, took a day to get it. Paying to sit next to your travel partner is ridiculous."
Voordelen: "grea air line always on time staff are friendly"
Nadelen: "The approach of you, all together, should improve, be friendly, more can do attitude...Was not good at all, think to fly again with Wizz or NOT!"
Voordelen: "Cooperative and kind crew. Excellent service. Pleasant flight, great landing and take off."
Nadelen: "Before bording a man ask me to gollow him to mrsire my bag and let me pau 40 pound because its litle bit biger than he want and let others pass woth biger bag ."

Nadelen: "40 minutes late taking off - sitting on the plane"

Nadelen: "My bag was 6cm too big, so they charged me at the airport. After checking their website, the airport overcharged me, and the gestapo who was checking had less customer service manners than my old French teacher, she was a...!"
Voordelen: "We arrived safely"
Nadelen: "Told our bag was too big even though we'd paid for a large carry on, which we already knew fit in the overhead compartment (plane was an airbus A320). We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."
