Nadelen: "My seat-back entertainment system did not work, but I had not planned to use it anyway. For the other three members of my family it did work, but not very well. Fortunately they had other options they brought with them."
Nadelen: "I paid to upgrade my seats and they were still tiny. I could not straighten my legs. The armrest also doesn’t go up all the way, so couples flying overnight together, beware!"

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

My transit time was short but gladly made it"

The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions"

Have to ask around airport and nobody seems to know exactly when United will open for checkin. Discover next morning it is only 2 hrs before flight, 1.5 hrs before boarding. Lufthansa made no effort to pass along their connecting flight information, they just drop all responsibility and say it is a United flight so offer no help. First and last time with Lufthansa."

Then they load us onto the jet and apologize for the delay. Then the jerks announced a new delay. This time a flight in Palermo had technical difficulties, so we would take on their passengers. After another hour sitting in this tin can and our own flight passengers now missing there connections due to this double delay the pilot announced he has no clue what’s going on. He hasn’t heard from the company!!! The passengers were mad! Another time elapsed. Captain says we can’t wait. Let’s go. Now half of us missed our connections!! Air Malta I have a message to you. Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."

Seatbelt sign also sounds alarm constantly."

Always allow at least 2+ hours for a transfer. When boarding this flight usually does not have a gate. It is necessary to take a. Is to the plane and walk up the stairs, which seems like unnecessary delays."

Nadelen: "For this flight, the line of people to board stretched outside of the gate- it was not possible to wait inside the gate. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight)."

Bruh... Ryanair c'est du "Low cost". Que le stricte minimum sans plus. Les WCs étaient très salle!

Petits avions, du moins, moins grand que le plupart que l'on peut voir. Chose qui ne me déplait pas. Je préfère même, à vrai dire. Je reprendrai sans hésiter, les yeux fermés cette compagnie.

Atterrissage un poil "dur", cela m'a surpris. Mais je chipote. C'est toujours agréable et un réel plaisir de voyager avec Ryanair, ou du moins devrais-je dire Malta air. À chaque voyage, aucune surprise, toujours agréable.

There was a maintenance problem so we took off late and arrived slightly late too. Nevertheless the flight went well. The cabin staff were polite and pleasant and deplaning went without problems

Voordelen: "I could not fault anything with this flight. I arrived 2.5 hours before my flight, was able to drop my bag (I kept it to 20kgs) and pass security all within 15 minutes. Boarding was efficient and the seat quite comfortable. I was asleep before take off and didn't wake until 30 mins before landing. For any airline that many complain about - there is nothing I could fault. Yes - it is cheap and yes there are restrictions but if you follow the advice ie pack to the kg limit, arrive as per the airline suggestion for checkin and be at the gate when required and pre-order any food (or eat before the flight) - there is nothing I can complain about - it was cheap and I was able to be where I needed to be 10 min ahead of schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful."

Voordelen: "Personnel très pro et serviable. Avion et vol impeccable. Retard de 4h pour raisons météo, collation offerte par Ryanair"

Nadelen: "I got to the airport with plenty of time to make my 1:30pm flight. However the flight ended up being initially delayed for roughly 90 minutes according to the airport, while many passengers received notifications that it was closer to 2 and a half hours. When asked, the Ryanair deask said that they did not know anything and basically told us it was not their problem. We did not take off until after 5pm. However, it did not end there. Having never been told what the problem was, we finally boarded the plane and found that it was filthy. There were bread crumbs all over my seat and a candy bar wrapper underneath. I would have thought that with an extra 4 hours the plane could have at least been cleaned. Other than that, it was typical Ryanair, the seats do not recline, the staff is indifferent, and boarding was done via a bus to the tarmac."

Nadelen: "Being told off for bringing my duty free bottle of wine an drinking it mid flight. They ran out of wine on way over. I didn’t see anywhere where you can’t drink your own beverage??? Was quite embarrassing I have to say. I drank it anyway. What was I supposed to do with it??"

Cela me parait être un non sens complet et je ne vois même pas où serait leur intérêt financier !"

Les nouveaux sièges sont bien moins confortables que les précédents, totalement pensé pour être extrement fins et légers afin de dépenser le moins de kérosène possible"
Nadelen: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."
