Nadelen: "KLM lost my suitcase and did not deliver it until three days later... They refused to compensate me for having delivered the bag with broken articles inside (A pair of Rayban Wayfarers!)"

Nadelen: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Les écrans tombaient en panne de tous les passagers et l'équipage semblaient ne pas s'en soucier. Pourtant un redémarrage a réglé le problème. (fait a la demande des passagers)."

Nadelen: "Aeromexico canceled my flight 5 hours before boarding on May 24th 2018. Then rebooked us two days later on May 26th 2018"

Quand je lui en ai fait la demande elle ne s en ai pas occuper et je suis resté avec mon siege situé entre D et F. Avec en plus le passager devant moi qui a incliné son siege. Disons que j avais peu place. La climatisation ne semblait pas fo ctionner il faisait trop chaud. J avais un transfert a faire a Mexico pour Managua. A MTL on me dit que je dois recuperer mes bagages a Mexico. A Mexico on me dit qu ils les tramsferent eux memes!!! J attend mon vol a la porte 57 pour Managua. Sans en etre averti l em barquement a été changé sans que nous en soyons averti. Heureusement on s en ai rendu compte. En somme une très mauvaise expérience..."

Nadelen: "Comida, pois nao da pra comer feijao preto no cafe da manha junto com omelete, sistema de entretenimento que nao funcionou por quase 3hs. A equipe tambem parecia nao querer atender os passageiros."

Voordelen: "The flights seemed to go fast once we were in the air and it was nice the pilot was trying to get us there earlier because we had taken off late."
Nadelen: "I upgraded to 1st class for both flights but the plane seating was very dismal and hadn't been upgraded in either of these planes for a long time. After we boarded the plane we were told that no drink, snacks or food would be offered. The attendant shut off the lights as soon as we got in the air and kept it dark in the cabin until 10 minutes before we landed. She never came around to check on us once or ask if we needed anything. I was so thirsty when we landed. I have decided that I will either go back to United Airlines or check out the 1st class options at American Airlines better next time. This might not have been their fault, I'm not sure what it was, but the flight was late landing and we took off an hour late as well which really put me behind schedule."

Nadelen: "1. Flight has 2 gate changes. Last one to L concourse, an after thought . 2. Gate agent sat me next to someone and I’m front of screaming kids. There were multiple empty rows."

Nadelen: "After sitting on the plane for an hour they found a problem and so we had to deboard and wait for another plane. Obviously better than taking a less than optimum plane but added a lot of waiting time to an already long day. Not great that on a 6 hour flight we had to buy food."

Nadelen: "The delay of 1 hour inside the aircraft and at the end before they closed the doors 3 new passengers came in and it appeared that the aircraft was waiting for these passengers"

Nadelen: "I'm a tall person and there wasn't an option to get a seat with any extra leg room. Additionally, the gate staff were not helpful or informative about the flight and rushed when it was time to board."

Nadelen: "Nieuwe regels waarbij je je koffertje onder je stoel moet plaatsen of extra moet betalen om hem in de ruimte boven je hoofd te mogen plaatsen. Er is wel 5x gevraagd of ik wel zeker wist dat die van mij onder mijn stoel paste!!"

Voordelen: "Our seat was in a row with more leg space and this was wonderful for my husband who is tall. Also the entertainment system was great and the crew very nice."
Nadelen: "The food in this flight was TERRIBLE! It had been a long time since I had had such poor food on a flight. Also the delay on this flight made us miss our connection to Madrid and navigating Heatheow was a bit of a nightmare."

Nadelen: "Flight across the US had poor quality meal service, no charging port and no entertainment. Despite paying for an exit seat with more leg room the seat was very narrow and uncomfortable for the long flight."

Nadelen: "I didn't like having someone put a red tag on my carry on for valet when it didn't have to be taken. I would have rather kept it near me!"

Voordelen: "Did not even have food for sale was given a cookie for 4 hour flight and food services at airport was closed so this was pathetic and miserable finally three immigration officers for 4 international flights so we waited for 2 hours"

Nadelen: "When I started this leg of my trip, I was completely exhausted having been in sitting position for almost 24 hours straight. Airline made no concessions for travelers knowing that some were just doing a simple trip and those others whose journey was very long. Narrow seats added to stress and discomfort. Airline policy seemed to be "Give me the money and I will deliver you safely. Period" Humanity seems to be last on airline list. Traveling is seriously grueling and unpleasant for all those not in First Class."

Nadelen: "Outside of one drink service we never saw or heard from the crew. Not one food item for purchase was ever offered. I am glad I ate in the terminal or it would have been bad for me."

Nadelen: "3h delay for maintenance, missed my connection, added 12 hours to my travel time."

Voordelen: "The airplane was new. It had power plug and entertainment at each seat. It has a fabulous selections of entertainment for all ages. Comfortable seats as well."
Nadelen: "The crew only came offered drinks 1 time for a 5 hours flight. They did come by to offer room temperature water mid way through the flight. Food choices were minimal."

Voordelen: "The plane was new and very comfortable. Service fair."

Voordelen: "Boarding was very quick, they called the groups quickly with no lag time in between."
Nadelen: "I think this was the most cramped airplane I have been on. It was so uncomfortable and I would think that they would take this into consideration since it was a red eye flight."

Voordelen: "Pretty much on time departure and arrival. Comfortable, larger aircraft than usual."
Nadelen: "n/s as only a 40 minute flight"

Voordelen: "Liked that one of the flights ha a usb connection to charge my phone"
Nadelen: "It was slightly more cramped in the seating and it was very warm for the duration of the flight"

Voordelen: "The checkin kiosk, the crew, the food, the seat, the pilot, the cleanliness."
Nadelen: "The announcement systems was not good at the boarding groom. I couldn't hear sitting at the other end of the boarding room. Luckily other passengers were helpful."

Voordelen: "Probably just about the only domestic flight where you still get food in steerage."

Voordelen: "There was nothing too bad other than I wasn't able to check in online bc our first leg of the flight was operated by American Airlines. But there wasn't anything that really stood out that would make me want to fly them again other than it was the best price."

Voordelen: "Flight was smooth and landing was good"
Nadelen: "Having to pay for luggage under the plane. I booked my flight 3 months in advance to sit with my wife and we got switched, fortunately I asked the man next to her to trade me seats. I ve flown to Managua about 7 or 8 times with American Airlines and this was my least favorite flight. People take up the space in the overhead compartments above my seat almost all the time then there is no space for mine."

Voordelen: "Price line is better not thief like you yu take my money for nothing my husband not traveling your given me fake tickets . bring my money back on my account. am gonna take to court yu fukin beach.yubstolen my money"

Voordelen: "The flight was on time; other than that, nothing was good."
Nadelen: "Everything! For starters, the seats. It seemed as if we were inside a cage where you can barely move your hand. Extremely disgusting flight!"

Voordelen: "Staff found us two seats together. Food was good."
Nadelen: "Email telling us about pre airport arrival check in and seat selection."

Voordelen: "The crew was kind and smiling (not like the worst crew I’ve ever had Brussels Airlines)"

Nadelen: "The shuttle driver was confused on what plane to go to and lots of steps."

Nadelen: "too long time before I was transportet with a wheelchair out to the flight. no food even not a biscuit."

Voordelen: "The staff was great but we hade one hour delay bording went very slow"
Nadelen: "My seat could not move and the antertainment system dident work"

Voordelen: "Sleeping!"
Nadelen: "Did not actually get a Polaris type cabin layout. The plane had not yet been converted."

Voordelen: "The flight was short."
Nadelen: "The last seat didn’t have a window so if felt like you were crammed into a tiny space and had no idea what was happening."

Voordelen: "Great flight"

Voordelen: "Comfortable. Good entertainment and good service. Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."

Voordelen: "We were surprised to find ourselves assigned to the bulkhead seats where we had extra legroom and great access to the restrooms."

Voordelen: "IAD to Brussels Flight is ok, just stuck between 2 guys with BO. Not really the United Airline's fault. But I hope they can atleast put a sign or something."

Nadelen: "Checking was chaotic with non working terminals and insufficient staff Plane was real old (4” scree...even my phone has bigger screen) Onboard drinks were exorbitantly priced (paid 8.99$ for gin and tonic where I got only half can of tonic) Food was ok"

Voordelen: "nothing!"

Voordelen: "The price, the mango sorbet, short flight into Belgium, the coffee, the water being offered often"
Nadelen: "The tray was very dirty and obviously had not been disinfected from the previous flight. So I brought it to the attention of one of the crew members, and I felt like she made fun of me in front of other passengers for not liking my tray dirty; and she got a little paper towel for serving, wet it with a bottled water, and wiped my tray quickly. Not hygienic at all and not a word of apology. AIR FRANCE is so much better when it comes to customer service! Also I did not like the constant interruption on the speakers, very loud in my headsets and difficult to watch a movie on tiny screens. The crew members seemed very bossy and uncaring, if not actually rude."

Voordelen: "Very friendly cabin crew made this trip pleasant and entertaining."
Nadelen: "Despite plenty of empty seats, the ground personnel would not consider changing our seat assignment at the gate to allow us to sit together."

Voordelen: "Gate attendant downstairs at departure door was very nice, friendly, and helpful."
Nadelen: "I had to rush across the airport to another terminal in order to not miss my flight. Gate attendant at upstairs desk could have been more helpful. The flight attendant appeared to be tired and not so patient. Could have asked the people who had not turned off electronic devices to do so individually instead of threatening to stall take off over the intercom."

Voordelen: "I was put up in a hotel"
Nadelen: "I never received my luggage. I waited hours and Swissport never filed a report. I did see the Brussels flight I should have gone on did depart late. But as I was waiting for luggage and they gave me a hotel room I hadn’t checked the screen. I was most concerned of the person travelling to pick me up in Bordeaux as it is a journey for them as well"

Voordelen: "Loved the hindu vegetarian food. Incredibly tasty and I didn't expect it. No delays. All went smoothly."
Nadelen: "Movie selection was weak."

Voordelen: "Amazing"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Very good flight, good service and good night of rest."

Nadelen: "The system was down and took about two hours to get my boarding ticket"

Voordelen: "There was a good entertainment system with a lot of new options."
Nadelen: "My itinerary said I fly on Brussels Airlines on a specific flight number. I went to the international terminal to discover it is not there. I then asked multiple aiport staff members if they heard of Brussels Airlines and they said they did not. One person said it may be terminal 1, so I went there based on very little information and with hopes it would be there. I got to terminal 1 to discover there is no Brussels Airlines. I walked to Lufthansa because my return flight is through them, but it was not there either. At this point I have 45 min to make it through security and board, and no one can tell me where Brussels Airlines is. The good news is the flight was delayed, and I got an email from United Airlines with the flight status. This is the first time I was contacted by United and there was a completly different flight number than the itinerary. United should be more clear on the airline and terminal information for international flights!"

Nadelen: "seats bit tight for international flight. why do I have to pay more for more leg room"

Voordelen: "Great crew and flight attendants, kept us informed of everything, very helpful and prompt on all questions and requests. Movie selection was impressive. Boarding was efficient and flight even left early. Surprisingly pleasant experience in economy for a long flight."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time"
Nadelen: "One extremely tiny bathroom for the whole plain for a 4.5 hours flight. The bathroom line snaked through the plane the entire flight No complementary water or any sort of drink Seats were very uncomfortable I fly a lot and this flight was the worst by far"

Voordelen: "1. We booked seats together then when I checked in they had moved my seat and we were no longer sitting together. And then I couldnt get the window seat I had paI'd for :( 2. No boarding announcement and the "gate" was under construction so was a madhouse to board. 3. The crew member put her sweater in my food and pushed the coffee so hard to the person next to me it spilled all over him. To be fair she did apologize for throwing coffee on him. 4. The TV screens were so old you had to push the "touch" screen so your headrest kept moving if the person behind you couldn't decided what to watch... and then hard to watch anything yourself. The food was nasty."
Nadelen: "See above. I didn't like anything, this might have been the worst flight I've ever had to Brussels. I thought I booked a European carrier, but ugh it was actually United. They only care about business class and first class."

Voordelen: "not much"
Nadelen: "Food was awful. earplugs terrible"

Voordelen: "Efficient staff, good food, departed and arrived on time. Excellent leg room."
Nadelen: "Nothing, flight was great. Love United."

Voordelen: "Nice food, good crew"

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht van Honolulu naar LA in moderne Boeing 737-900 van alle gemakken voorzien."

Voordelen: "Always very easy to fly with united. Very friendly crew, and very helpful with my bag."

Voordelen: "Just about everything was perfect. lots of leg room in economy plus, seat next to me stayed empty, the meals were very taste. And the crew members were extremely professional. It was just a perfect experience."

Voordelen: "Good selection of entertainment."

Nadelen: "Canceled flight with none other available online (did receive advance notice via email, but had to go to airport at 5am anyway, /8!?3 no options available on app). Told to come back next day 5am (no offer to pay hotel, etc). Next day 5am rerouted through 2 more cities. Already 35 hours late. New flight delayed so missed another connection. Finally made it with no bags. Bags showed up next day, ripped apart. All in, this trip cost me 12 extra hours and 2 days with no bags on first leg and 40 hours plus a day with no bag (later destroyed bag) on return. Incurred $500+ in extra expenses because UA canceled flights / delayed flights / lost bags"
