Ce qui m'a plus. Le professionnalisme du personnel, le sourire au rendez-vous. Pourquoi ne pas proposer (ou vendre un magazine) à bord ?

Everything is just great, it is worth paying extra, but I wish they had a better coffee.

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."

Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"

Nadelen: "Cannot understand management of border control security before boarding. This is done in the corridor on route to gate. Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

Nadelen: "the fact the crew arrived to the gate after the planned boarding time causing us to stand too long on the stairways. check in via the app (using iphone 6) was a failure. i was certain i booked with extra luggage - at the check in i was told i didn't. from the reservation confirmation it is not clear what i paid for & there are no means to contact you - email, on line chat - you know the regular things every company today use to proivde customer services which is not only "give us you money". too bad this is WIZZ Air"

Nadelen: "These discount flights from Luton are packed with obnoxious, drunken Brits going on holiday in Hungary. In future, I will fly from Heathrow. Besides, by the time one pays all the little incidental fees at WizzAir, the cost is about the same as the legacy carriers."

Rien à signaler, tout était perfect

Je ne sais pas si ça change qqch mais j’ai bcp moins peur et il y a moins de secousses en l’aire avec eux qu’avec une autre compagnie. Je ne prends que Ryanair si je sais le faire. Dommage que juste pas ne petite TV pour suivre le vol.. ça occupe quand même 😊

Vol venu en retard . Correspondance raté à Toulouse . Une nuit passée dans l'aéroport . Aucune communication . La galère d'une maman avec deux enfants bloqués sans issue sur Toulouse.

Retards, changements de porte, queues interminables, la plupart des produits (restauration et ventes) est indisponible.

Le retard… inadmissible

Bruh... Ryanair c'est du "Low cost". Que le stricte minimum sans plus. Les WCs étaient très salle!

Petits avions, du moins, moins grand que le plupart que l'on peut voir. Chose qui ne me déplait pas. Je préfère même, à vrai dire. Je reprendrai sans hésiter, les yeux fermés cette compagnie.

Le vol s’est bien passé. Personnel chaleureux

C'est RyanAir, rien d’exceptionnel.

Nadelen: "Only one line for those needing to check in at the counter (non-EU) The person who looked to be in charge said we had enough time to wait thru the line. We didn’t. Come very very very early for Ryan Air. We gave up and took the train."

Voordelen: "3 hour delay due to an Italian air traffic control strike. Not the crews fault but they handled it well, especially the captain who spoke to everyone face to face"

Vol prévu à 6H15, à 9H00 (nouvelle heure supposée jusqu'à... 9H00) on nous donne 5 euros de voucher... Je reste avec la même impression que j'ai d'habitude avec cette compagnie : "plus jamais, je n'aime pas être traité comme du bétail" Et puis en général je craque sur les prix évidemment... Des bus (pourris) avec des ailes, ils ne s'en cachent pas..."

Nadelen: "Dirty seats, tables and floor. Both times we checked in and because we didn't pay for early check in we all got separated despite there being room to all sit together or at least in pairs. Had to pay to move to sit together. It costs £80 to bring a suitcase for the hold, however if you don't pay for priority boarding your handluggage gets placed in the hold anyway despite there being more than enough space in overhead lockers. If I had known how much it would be to pay for the 'extras' which area really basic requirements, I would not have booked with Ryanair. Next time I'll be going with another company who actually provide a basic service"

Nadelen: "Delayed for 2 hours the first hour was on the departure boards - fair enough but almost all of the second hour was on the plane with hardly any information at all."

Nadelen: "Ground staff rudely asked me to check if my bag fits. I kindly showed them my list (on the phone) of more than 40 recent flights. I travel twice per week for business. They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."
