Nadelen: "Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it."

Voordelen: "Loved that the pilot or first officer, not sure which, came on the intercom at one point and said they were expecting turbulence ahead so if anyone needed to use the bathroom, right then would be the time to go!! Useful information and much appreciated."
Nadelen: "Some of the announcements by a female flight attendant were delivered at a very rapid pace and were hard to understand, and my first language is English."
Voordelen: "The Dutch flight attendant who took care of our economy side of the flight was personable, helpful, and cheerful. She made the flight definitely more pleasant because as you know, traveling overseas in economy is no picnic!"

Voordelen: "Jamaica security and boarding, despite a crowded airport and gate, was very quick. Appeared chaotic but was friendly and efficient. Boarding was orderly and efficient. Flight was smooth, seats luxurious (comfort+ aisle and window seats with an empty center!). Arrival into ATL half an hour early."
Nadelen: "Only one offer of beverage on 3 hr. flight. "Food" at dinner time was chips or crackers. Arriving 1/2 hour early we sat on tarmac for 50 minutes before reaching gate. 20+ minute walk to customs, 30 minute line."
Voordelen: "They must deliver my missing bag on top most priority."
Nadelen: "All four checked baggages received up to Mumbai. I handed over to domestic jet airways all four bags as per the system at Mumbai. But at the end I received only three baggages at Ahmedabad. I informed jet airways about one missing bag. They have acknowledged it and the missing bag was to arrive at Ahmedabad in the next flight. I am still waiting for the missing bag."

Nadelen: "De onbetrouwbare procedures bij KLM en Schiphol. Kan niet online inchecken bij Delta: KLM operated. Alleen op Schiphol. Daar ook niet bij machine. Naar een loket. Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "Left from Terminal 3, so went to Terminal 3. Stood in line, then was told to go to Sky Priority at Terminal 2. Went to Sky Priority at Terminal 2, stood in line, then was told to go to Delta One desk further down. Once my bag was checked, had to go back to Terminal 3 to board."
Nadelen: "I always hate to hear erroneous announcements. I don't need to know why I need to keep my seatbelt on; just to do it and MAYBE how long I'll need to do it. You don't need to alert me when you're turning the seat belt sign off. There's a "ding" and the light goes off. You could wake me up, or my wife or my sleeping child. It's like they like to hear themselves talk."
Nadelen: "Whatever hack airline you are contracting with to do shuttle flights is terrible. Both the flight itself and the customer handling. If I ever see the option "operated by endeavor air" I am avoiding at all costs."
Voordelen: "Delta is the best--I sat in a comfy seat (middle seat at that) and watched 3 movies during my flight. Couldn't be better!"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed due to weather and mechanical.. nightmare! Still not sure when I'll get to DCA . I was suppose to get in at 9:30 pm. Flight from atlanta won't leave until 10:20 pm."
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed by an hour, which didn't really affect me, as Detroit was final stop. However, there were a large amount of people on the flight with connecting flights coming into Detroit. I am POSITIVE that several of those people missed their connecting flights as the flight attendants and crew did not allow for them to leave the plane first. As people seem to be so self-centered anymore, the attendants should have announced that people were not to leave until all passengers with connecting flights had left the plane. Very sad that people can't use common courtesy all by themselves, but as they can't, it should have been enforced by the team on the plane."
Nadelen: "Economy seating was cramped and painful. I sat in a window seat and couldn't hardly move freely enough to get my seatbelt on; and I am a petite female!!"
Voordelen: "I would like the airline service to do more for our veterans. Especially the 100% disabled veterans"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed indefinitely. Delta supposedly booked me on united flight but made an error."
Nadelen: "Not only were there delays but they wouldn't allow me to upgrade to first class even though there were seats available, they said "oh with the package you purchased it's not available" Then why was I able to upgrade to first class for the other portion of my flight? The customer service was awful too, transferred 5 times on the phone for 20 mins to not get any help and for them to uncheck me in, I had to check in for my flight again."

Nadelen: "I didn't like having my seat assigned at the gate. I booked this flight months ago, but yet somehow I got the very last row of the plan. Which is the noisiest location with the least amount of room. On the flight back they put me in the second to last row, even though there were about 10 seats empty scattered throughout the plan. Made no sense to me."

Screens are really annoying, most people don't know how to turn them off and they run advertisements all night long, nobody from the crew cares. Wifi app wouldn't stream anything on my phone. Im really sad that I will have to have the same night flight back to Houston."

Nadelen: "Missed our flight from Brussels to Zurich. United said we were booked on next flight six hours later. Gave us vouchers and that was it. Went to check in and the carrier said sorry you can’t board United did not book you. The voucher just has prior info and this flight time. So we missed getting on that flight 3 total hours on the phone with United and they did nothing but put us on hold. Thank you to Brussels air who finally after many years and frustration helped us so we could leave. More than 10 hours later than we should have. Horrible experience and we lost a day of vacation and pre paid plans for the evening I will never use kayak again for international flights. As that was part of the problem per United (probably BS but won’t ever risk it again) and will never use United airlines again as their customer service and lack of caring showed that companies true colors. I hope the rest of this dream vacation is better than this nightmare was."
