Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home."

As my wife and I are both retired flight attendants with TWA and American, we tend to notice customer service at all levels of an airline’s operation. Voordelen: "Had 45 Min to connect at vienna airport and our first flight was delayed so we had to run to get in time to the gate. Literally the gate was on the opposite side of the airport. Bad logistics"

Nadelen: "As a gluten free person dinner delicious but after 5-6 next hours for breakfast I got few small slices of melon... like really?? This will not feed anyone! For next time I know that I have to bring my own food.. so bad! While servis time we ordered whisky with cola and after one hour we went to ask for one more cause we wanted and CA told us they dont serve anymore whisky only wine or beer. Besides this things when I came to plane my sit and table tray was dirty so we had to put blanket over... for the first time I write bad feedback but I have to cause it was terrible.."

Nadelen: "Croatian Airline checkin service was good but was made to check in carry on. However, baggage clerk was extremely hostile and wanted to charge us for two bags for which we had prepaid. Would not accept our evidence of payment for the two bags. Finally accepted her mistake but Forced to pay 90€ For the extra bag. Ripoff!! Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

After i got up i requested if i could get some water and they said they cannot. Finally a co passenger gave me her bottle of water. I ended up actually breaking my leg"

Nadelen: "A319 is inherently a badly arranged seating layout. Was in Row 30, no recline, and 3 full grown men for a 3 1/2 hour flight. I wonder if squeezing in the extra 3 or 6 seats is a payout when looking at people's likelihood to fly again?"

Nadelen: "Landed in London late missed the connection flight. BA only had 1 flt a day going to Santorini....Next days flt completely booked...Had to fly from Lon to Madrid to Athens then to Santorini.....Took 38 hrs traveling time to get to our destination...Not a happy camper!!!!!"

Nadelen: "Delayed boarding, delayed takeoff, delayed landing. Everything was done so slowly that we nearly misssed our connection."

Voordelen: "All but one of the FAs were amazing. Very kind and patient with the kids on the plane. The plane was also very quiet and comfortable."
Nadelen: "The food was super greasy and not good. My daughter wouldn't even eat her Mac and cheese. The overhead voice is very quiet and hard to hear. I didn't hear most of anything that was said other than the safety briefing."

Nadelen: "Seating in Business Class is not satisfactory. Compared to Virgin, American and Delta, it is sadly lacking. No shelf to put water, book, etc. lighting not good and footrests aren't easily worked."

Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Voordelen: "I loved the hot towel svc, the food and beverage svc. Flight attendants very attentive."

Voordelen: "Check in, boarding were well organized. Crew and attendants at the airport were very friendly. My luggage was not lost."
Nadelen: "The flight from Houston was delayed, but Captain said that he will make up, and we should arrive to London on time. Only when we landed I learned that we are still late by an hour, and I missed my connection in London by a few minutes. Whoever was assigning a seat for me in Houston, could seat me closer to the front, so I would have a better chance to catch my connection. Instead, I was placed at the very last row. (Very uncomfortable by the way)."
