Nadelen: "За 9 с половиной часов мало давали воды. Первый раз предложили напитки и воду через 2 часа после вылета, и сразу же горячий обед, где тоже были чай/кофе. После этого около 5-6 часов ничего не предлагали, и почти за полтора часа до приземления в спешке предложили воду, напитки и второй горячий обед, в котором предлагалась паста с курицей или паста с сырным соусом и грибами. Я выбрала второе, на деле никакого сыра там не было, соус был как чистый майонез, только горячий, и грибов было два маленьких кусочка по сантиметру каждый. На вкус это были просто горячие макароны с майонезом. Да и зелень в салате уже была темная. Полтора месяца назад на рейсе Нью-Йорк - Москва еда была вкусная, да и до этого никогда претензий не было, в этот раз одни неприятные впечатления"

Nadelen: "Went to SVO at 6 AM on June 11th for flight at 8:10 AM to Brussels. Waited in line to check-in untl 7:23 AM Because of long lines at check-in (Russia Day, apparently) and inadequate staffing for the large numbers, I succeeded in getting through passport control and security ten minutes before flight time, only to be told "no Flight" I had to buy another ticket for the next day at a second fare, all because of Aeroflot' s inadequate staffing. Aeroflot service desk only told me to " go back into the city" where I found an Aeroflot office. After meeting three staff members in succession there, they made no effort to make good on their error. I will avoid AEROFLOT on all future travel. Brussels and Amsterdam airports were so much better set up to handle the crowds"

Nadelen: "Yo venía con ellos de Nizhny a Moscú para luego agarrar el avión hacia Vienna. Llegamos con 2 horas y 45 minutos de tiempo antes de que saliera el siguiente vuelo. Bajando del avión nos atrasaron 40 minutos. En el counter mas de una hora y en migración otro poco de tiempo. Nos saltamos la línea al ver que no nos iba a dar tiempo y así fue. Llegamos 18 minutos antes y no nos dejaron entrar. Lo peor es que Aeroflot no nos ayudó y nos dijo que nosotros fuimos los que llegamos tarde. Lo mismo le sucedió como a 10 personas del mismo vuelo y cuando estabamos poniendo las quejas vimos por lo menos otros 10 de otros vuelos con la misma situación."

Blankets were sold not given to us only after take off. We had to wait 40 mins to take off which is fine in a busy airport, but couldn't get blankets when needed."

Nadelen: "Male personal refused change my seat without extra payment. Very strange! I am Skyteam Elite costumer. Last time I had the same problem with KLM and since then never fly with that company. I hope it was individual incident with Aeroflot..."

Обратно задержка рейса на почти семь часов, причем кое-кто из пассажиров знал о ней заранее и приехал часа через четыре после запланированного отлета."

I had to get taxi and boat and coming in Tallinn. I lost time and money. I never going to use finnair and kayak again."

Nadelen: "We were delayed several hours and were never told why. Mostly there were no Aeroflot staff at the gate to ask. When there was, they said they couldn't help us because our flight was a codeshare with FinnAir. At the last minute they switched gates, sending us all scurrying."

Nadelen: "The temperature during the flight made my experience very uncomfortable. It was way too cold. I know that it could get chilly at the board and do take warm clothes with me just in case, but this was way too cold. Neither blanket nor my stuff helped. Another thing - I was sitting in the raw 50, and at the 49th raw crew ran out of chicken with only pasta left. ))) This happens, I get it. I've had it actually happened to me before on British Airways flights too couple of times. So it's not too big of a deal. I just wish that pasta tasted better)))"

Nadelen: "Boarding was disorganized and chaotic. The seats could have been more comfortable for a tall person. Finnair also likes to nickel and dime."

Voordelen: "Being on time, crew was helpful, entertainment nice. The 30 min layover between JFK-HEL and HEL-SVO was perfectly organized, the gates were next to each other."

Voordelen: "Check-in process very efficient. Boarding uneventful. Flight attendants are engaged and present as humans (does it have to do with being well rested?). Blueberry drink was a nice "ethnic" touch."
Nadelen: "Check-in counters opened only 2 hours before departure. These days most European airlines counters are open 6-24 hours in advance. Was not really an issue for this small aircraft and lines moving fast once opened."

Voordelen: "Finnair is great. I travel with a cello and they were terrific! 1. They understand and respect musicians and the anxiety involved in traveling with a large, fragile musical instrument. 2. The staff was very responsive and helpful in answering my questions and concerns. 3. Finnair employees are a totally professional group of people and friendly, too. all the flights were smooth. I've flown a lot and for me Finnsir is always the best choice to Moscow."

Nadelen: "I don't understand when a reason for flight delay is no aircraft. Wasn't it a scheduled flight? The €8 voucher is only enough to buy one glass of juice."

Voordelen: "Clean, well-designed, individual screens with numerous good movie choices. They came through on our special meals, friendly flight attendants. Also loved Helsinki airport. Not crowded, nice staff. Good food choices. Even passport control was friendly and there was no line."
Nadelen: "Connecting through Helsinki added hours to our travel time, but after flying American nonstop JFK to Paris on way over, may be worth it. American flight didn't even have individuals screens and blankets left fuzz all over my clothing."

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "The seats are cramped and the most uncomfortable I've ever sat on. An 8 hour red eye flight made it unbearable. The food is pretty terrible too. This is the last and only trip I'll be flying Finnair."

Nadelen: "This flight was delayed 5 and a half hours and did not arrive into Chicago until almost midnight."

Voordelen: "Plane was on time Checked luggage arrived I slept for the duration of the trip which made the 5 hour flight OK."
Nadelen: "Legroom and seating in general is cramped. But unfortunately that is the case in today's travel experience with US carriers."

Voordelen: "The crew did an excellent job definitely went beyond good service, I enjoyed the food and they came often offering drinks. It was probabky my first long flight I wasn't thirsty at all. Overall I was very happy with my trip hope thank you!"

Voordelen: "I loved the service. The flight attendants were attentive and courteous. They walked through the cabin periodically to offer water in the 6 hours or so between meal services, and also had self-service drinks and snacks in the galley during that time. Flight attendants asked passengers to put their seats forward during meal times, which very few airlines do. It was the same level of service I have come to expect from the Asian carriers that I usually fly (ANA, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore). The meals were fine, and so was the entertainment. There was a decent choice of movies."
Nadelen: "The economy seats were narrow and cramped on the A340. I was in the first row of economy that wasn't premium economy. Even though the person in front of me had loads more legroom than me, he had his seat all the way back for almost the entire flight and hit me in the head while I was reaching for my bag under the seat in front of me. In order to get to anything in my bag, I had to put my head into the aisle because there wasn't enough room to bend down. Because of the angle of the seats, it was nearly impossible to get into and out of the row (and I was on the aisle)."

Nadelen: "I wanted to go home early..... They wanted to charge me 400 dollars to change my booking"

Nadelen: "I paid for an upgraded seat and after boarding other passengers were being moved to the same area that I had paid for an upgraded seat FOR FREE!"

Voordelen: "The onground staff at CDG was nice. The bus ride to the planes was not."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system does not work. Since this is a technical aspect about the airplane that I CAN judge, I wonder about the parts that are invisible to me. Are these planes actually air worthy?"

Nadelen: "The response of the American Airlines entertainment system is as slow as pond water, although the choice of entertainment was very good."

Voordelen: "The flight was very late taking off meaning I had to literally run across the airport at Krakow to make my connecting flight to London Heathrow which was over an hour late arriving at Heathrow Airport."

Nadelen: "The registration could open earlier than two (!) hours before the take-off! Or, at least have more than two representative registering economy class passengers (yes, there was a big and very slow line). The food could be better than just a McDonald's type apple pie."

Nadelen: "I was in the business class. Food was too salti Cabin stuff were clumsy Plates and glasses fell of their hands on the pasengers Many times dueing the flights. Chairs wrre stuck and a stuff member need to come every time i needed to change position."

Voordelen: "The Dreamliner is new and shiny, and the bulkhead seat I happened to get had a lot of leg room."
Nadelen: "The in-flight entertainment monitor was not working half the time, apparently because of some faulty wiring in the joint that connects the monitor to the seat. And guess what, when it does not work, the reading light and passenger assistance do not work either. Morale: only get bulkhead seats if you plan to sleep through most of the flight."

Nadelen: "No food options without meat Food options.they didn’t let me check in in advance. Said there was a technical orooblem. They also didn’t let me choose a special meal in advance or save my selections. There was no option on board without meat. Unacceptable."

Voordelen: "Service is good, flight crew are helpful and attentive, meals are good. Entertainment is good."
Nadelen: "Unfortunately the flight was delayed by an hour so boarding became frantic and stressful. We had already left the gate and the plane was taxiing and some people were still not sitting in seats - I suppose that's fellow passengers for you - and they were told by flight attendants to get into their seats. Economy seats are very cramped so it's an uncomfortable and probably not healthy experience for that long. The flight delay meant that there was high stress in Warsaw to make the connecting flight. Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

Nadelen: "All of my bags got left behind. We landed over 18h ago and there is still no information about them"

Nadelen: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Voordelen: "Overall the flight was pleasant - the Bombardier is a great plane - there was enough leg room and space. I had a lovely view of the Tatra mountains. Captain made a couple of announcements and kept us informed of flight time, progress and so on. No complaints at all."

Nadelen: "The boarding process was a nightmare. The plane was small and cramped. Business class seats were narrower and more uncomfortable than most coach seats. Crew was pleasant and helpful but this route is just awful. Avoid if at all possible."

Nadelen: "Lot charged us a baggage fee, even though when I checked their baggage policy online it started that I was allowed one check I'm up to 23kg and one carry on for free. I even showed the guy the policy and he still denied me. False advertisement at its finest, you know what can happen to a business that has false advertisement.... Right?"

Voordelen: "Excelent"

Voordelen: "The crew was exceptional. Really@"

Nadelen: "LOT REQUIRES RECEIPTS FOR ALL LOST ITEMS WHEN THEY LOSE YOUR LUGGAGE. There is nobody to talk to in order to appeal. They will only deal with you by email. If they lose your luggage, you lise... BIG TIME!!!"

Voordelen: "Decent new airplane. Nothing else really stands out"
Nadelen: "Economy class is not as comfy as Turkish. Food is decent, not good. No free beer :'( Too few movies and some equipment doesn't function well"

Voordelen: "The flight attendants seemed nice and courteous."
Nadelen: "They didn't start boarding until 5 minutes before take off and this was just onto the bus that would take us to the airplane. There was no communication why they were running so far behind. Once we landed in Warsaw, we sat on the plane for around 20 minutes waiting for them to bring the bus to pick us up and remove our luggage from underneath. I had a connecting flight I would have missed if it wasn't delayed. They also had the door open while waiting and the heat and humidity was pretty stifling with everyone already standing up waiting to disembark."

Voordelen: "They had a overbooked flight I volunteer to give way my seat didn't ask for any money and return I lost my seat that I pay for it with no refund!"

Voordelen: "Relatively new aircraft with not-bad room between the rows. Water, coffee and tea offered gratis, otherwise pay for snacks, but prices not bad. Good flight for a budget airline. Twi toilets for a full plane a bit ridiculous, but the flight was only 2 1/2 hours, so no big lines."

Voordelen: "The service crew in the plane were cordial and professional."
Nadelen: "The ground staff and customer service staff made mistakes with our infant's name and twice her ticket got canceled. Instead of saying that they will just fix it they blamed us and were very rude to us when they had to fix their mistake. I suggest that you train your staff in customer service or you will continue to lose good customers"

Voordelen: "LAX - Warshaw rotation looks underutilized, so should be easier to find cheap biz fare or get an upgrade. The 787 is a spacious plane up front, but LOT uses the traditional 2-2-2 layout with no direct aisle access from window. Also means you're still sleeping close and next to a total stranger. I don't know, I've so gotten used to Delta's biz layout with their direct aisle access and no touch points to a fellow traveller, I don't think I can look at anything more traditional as not a compromise and downgrade."

Voordelen: "Older aircraft had not as narrow seating and was more comfortable."
Nadelen: "Boarding que at Warsaw is a mess."

Nadelen: "I had a very bad experience at the beginning of my journey on 11/18/2016 at Sheremet'evo airport in Moscow. I almost had a heart attack when Anna Aleksandrovna Esina (agent at registration counter #131) informed me that my ticket has been cancelled and she does not see me on the passenger list. I was in shock when I heard that and ready to cry as I was so anxious to get back home. Then she added that it is not her job to look for my ticket and there is nothing she can do for me. She did not want to make any effort and do something to resolve the issue. With the help of another agent it was determined that I WAS on the passenger list and I finally (after some agonizing time) was given my two boarding passes. It is amazing how just one unprofessional agent can spoil your trip... Thankfully the rest of my journey went really well!"

Nadelen: "the plane was 45 min late"

Nadelen: "no Wi-Fi..."

Voordelen: "Flight attendant made me a cup of decaf coffee. It was really good. And she found artificial sweetener."
Nadelen: "Boarding announcements in Warsaw for the flight to New York were ONLY in Polish. This left many passengers confused. I could understand this if the flight were to a Polish destination. During the flight, intercom announcements overrode the Entertainment System at FULL VOLUME - EVERY TIME. it is as though they wanted to maximize our discomfort. I would not fly with Lot again."

Voordelen: "The flight crew was good; food was okay, not great, but okay. Entertainment selections were average."
Nadelen: "The seats were very uncomfortable; although I had an exit row seat with extra leg room I found the seat to be uncomfortable and was very glad for the flight to be over."

Voordelen: "The movie selection was great. In ear headphones."
Nadelen: "The food was terrible. And I wanted the attendance to give a a water bottle instead of drinks in cups"

Voordelen: "Crew was courteous and efficient. Also they were totally wonderful to look at."

Voordelen: "All was super!"

Nadelen: "The flight was late by half an hour and I had to pay 60€ because my cabin bag was 2kg heavier than allowed."

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly. Baggage arrive safely. But the repeated commercial interruptions trying to sell things made me wonder if it was commission based - a nap was not possible from the announcements but you could buy things duty free. I am glad it was a short flight. A new plane."
Nadelen: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

Nadelen: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Voordelen: "Newer plane for this stretch."

Nadelen: "The plane we were supposed to be on from Riga to Helisinki had mechanical problems so they switched our plane. We had an hour delay do to that. Then when we got to Helsinki our luggage never made it."

Voordelen: "Nice new propeller plane on time"
Nadelen: "No free water or coffee. Luggage fee not told about when I booked. No entertainment."

Voordelen: "The plane was very clean and new. The crew who worked this flight were most friendly, professional and quite articulate in three languages including the captain. I highly recommend them."

Voordelen: "Did not have food, so not able to rate that. Comfortable for sure! Plane ain't that big and one side had only 2 seats next to each other."

Nadelen: "Charging 30 Euros to check in at the airport is lunacy."

Nadelen: "SEVERELY DELAYED"

Nadelen: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Nadelen: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"

Nadelen: "I needed to cancel the flight a month before, and I got no refund"

Voordelen: "We arrived safely. Bilingual staff."
Nadelen: "The seats are worn and creek with every movement. There is very limited leg room even for someone who is short. When the person in front of you leans back it is impossible to reach your hand baggage or do anything but lay back in your seat. The landing was safe but not at all comfortable."

Voordelen: "The helpful ground person at check-in."
Nadelen: "This airline company looks a like person who is begging for money. First time in my life I paid for the luggage. 40 Euros!!! what for? Apparently Air Baltic has no clue about how to run a service business. Somebody has to teach them this naked reality: IN SERVICE BUSINESS YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR MAJOR MARKETING ASSETS! They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The flight was cancelled, so I did not make to the my connection flight with different carrier. I had to reschedule the flight and stay in the hotel overnight. AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Nadelen: "No food or entertainment."

Voordelen: "Enough said"

Nadelen: "Seat was uncomfortable and next to an odorous toilet."

Voordelen: "They did provide a 6 euro food voucher once it was clear the flight was going to be over 2 hours late. The flight and land crew did their best to keep everyone calm under bad circumstances."
Nadelen: "Flight was just under 3 hours late (long enough to kill most of the day, but just under what is needed to pay compensation). First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Voordelen: "I was surprised by the professionalism of air Baltic employees. They dressed well."

Voordelen: "It was very easy to print boarding pass."
Nadelen: "The scanners did not accept my boarding pass. 40% of the passengers had to have boarding passes reprinted. It was chaotic."

Voordelen: "Quick boarding once the plane finally arrived. Planes are new."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Voordelen: "Boarding was efficient."
Nadelen: "No free food or drink of any kind. That would have been okay since prices were reasonable. However, they completely skipped my row on my side of the plane, and I had to use the call button to get service."

Voordelen: "Moved up to First class section."
Nadelen: "No refreshments"

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, tons of meal options, good price."
Nadelen: "Checked in luggage is only 20kg, there's no entertainment in flight."

Voordelen: "Modern aircraft. Quick flight. Quick delivery of baggage at terminal. Relieved that baggage from BKK-KBP-RIX was not lost nor delayed."
Nadelen: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."

Voordelen: "Fine, left on time, short flight."
Nadelen: "No complaints"

Voordelen: "Things moved along fairly well, especially once I was in Riga. The hour layover stressed me out because I wasn't sure if I'd make it to my connection in time, but the airport was not crowded so I managed to get through passport control fairly quickly and made my flight."
Nadelen: "Flight left a late, which was stressful with an hour layover in Riga where I had to go through passport control. Was very stressed, but made it with ten minutes to spare before my connection boarded because the airport happened to be not crowded."

Voordelen: "Efficient"
Nadelen: "A free cup of tea or coffee would have been nice on a flight almost 2 hours long"

Nadelen: "After barely making too tight a connection, all food and beverage needed Euros or European credit card. My Visa wouldn't work. Finally after I broke down (blood sugar way too high) the stewardess gave me a glass of water. Never will I use the money grubbing airline again"

Nadelen: "Boarding tool a lot of time. We departed late"

Voordelen: "The crew are doing amazing job and making sure we all stay safe."
Nadelen: "What could have been better is us; the travelers/passengers. We need to follow every protocol and or precess or procedure put in place by our government and the airlines. United Airline is doing great job keeping us safe while we travel."

Nadelen: "Je n'ai jamais reçu un service de ce genre avec aucune compagnie dans le passé. Avec plus de 50 vols à mon actif dans les 5 dernières année, jamais je n'ai vécu cela. Je travaille dans le tourisme et vous pouvez être certain que je déconseillerai votre compagnie dans le futur à tous mes clients et clientes. Le personnel à bord n'étais pas courtois du tout, aux portes d'embarquement et ainsi qu'au service à la clientèle de votre compagnie. Je n'arrive pas à comprendre d'où vient votre réputation exemplaire après avoir vécu cette expérience. Votre responsable de l'aéroport Pearson International de Toronto a été audieuse et n'a pas été à l'écoute du tout lors de notre rencontre. Avec plus de 2500$ dépensé pour un aller-retour Paris/Montréal et ce genre de service en retour j'attendais un minimum de considération venant d'une compagnie digne de votre renommée. Mon conjoint est médecin et vous n'avez pas l'air de réaliser ce que réalise ce genre de situation. Nous étions à temps à la porte et on nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès. Aucune solution possible peu importe ce que nous demandions. Aucune possibilitée d'avoir un vol plus tôt ou simplement de faire livrer bagages à notre domicile. Seulement l'interdiction d'entrer dans l'avion que nous avions choisi et ce avec des raisons valables vue le métier de mon conjoint. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cela nous retombe sur nous, nous devons payer des dépenses supplémentaires afin de rentrer à temps, alors que sur internet lors de la réservation la correspondance était prévue, et qu'on nous a assuré que les bagages auraient le temps de suivre à Paris. J'espère grandement que vous allez considérer ce message et que vous allez faire quelque chose autre qu'un courriel d'excuse."

Voordelen: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Nadelen: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."
