People were just following blindly as the group moved, finally everyone was led out of the airport after immigration cancellation, then to baggage claim where we had to collect all checked in big bags and board a bus to take us to hotel . The hotel was good but getting there with the big bags for just a few hours and then the flight was scheduled for night (12 hrs later than original schedule) They could have just held the checked in baggage with them, or arranged an alternate aircraft to arrive sooner."

On m'a promis de trouver une solution pour qu'à la fin la personne ne vienne même pas me dire en face qu'il n'y avait pas de solution. On m'a simplement dit que le vol est complet et que j'aurais du penser à cela avant... Pas très professionnel !"

Chez Swiss : impossible de réserver puisque j'ai réservé chez ANA... Repas franchement mauvais, rien de japonais, pas de chopsticks alors que la moitié des passagers étaient japonais. Divertissements : équipement vidéo d'un autre âge !"

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "Flight crew that was assisting on my side was awful. Completely disrespectful and not willing to help or listen. Not to mention, special meal was requested online months in advance yet they didn't have any vegetarian meal left and I was left with eating break and fruit."

Nadelen: "Mostly as a mother traveling with a stroller, they expected me to haul everything on my own. Stroller,car seat, child, two bags! They were impatient and impolite, unresponsive when I used the steward attendance call for water or to move my child's tray (for over two hours)... there was much I didn't care with this airline, from their customer call service (I filed a complaint) to the state in which my box arrived in Mumbai (again filed a complaint but no one folllowed up with me). I wouldn't recommend this airline to anyone, especially if traveling with a child."

Nadelen: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Nadelen: "Being in the middle of the 4 seats with guys on both sides. They tend to restrict the space by using the arm rests."

Voordelen: "Leg space was great, food was delicious, alcohol served 3-4 times, and the in-flight entertainment was spectacular. I saw 4 movies and slept somewhat comfortably for once!"

Nadelen: "Retard et chaleur limité supportable dans l'avion. Service niveau easy jet même si les hôtesses sont très sympathiques"

Voordelen: "The plain was ok, the crew really nice and attentive. The only “problem” would be the food, mostly for the breakfast that was awful."

Voordelen: "Flight attendant Ms. Sophie Picard made every extra effort to try to find a meal when they had run out of Business Class meals. She made up for the uncomfortable seating in Business Class."

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed so we could not make out connecting flight. We had to wait 6 hours get another flight to Atlanta and then fly to Boston the next day, longest flight ever was horrible I called out sick from work too."

Voordelen: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Nadelen: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."
