Le A320 qui était prévu, remplacé par un Atr beaucoup plus petit et un décollage retardé de 40 mn sur le voyage commandé initialement.

Nadelen: "Embarquement déplorable. L’aeroport nous a demandé très en avance (alors que l’avion était en retard, d’aller en salle d’embarquement. Résultat : un monde fou et une heure debout !"

Nadelen: "Équipage peu aimable malgré un avion très peu rempli qui ne les surchargeait pas de travail. Retard de 1h au décollage (aucune information de la compagnie ni de kayak d’ailleurs) mais à imputer aux contrôleurs aériens en grève a priori."

Pour la correspondance vers Montpellier, ils avaient du personnel à la sortie de l'avion ...pour les mener au vol. pourquoi pas Toulouse ???????????"

Ce qui m'a plus. Le professionnalisme du personnel, le sourire au rendez-vous. Pourquoi ne pas proposer (ou vendre un magazine) à bord ?

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

Voordelen: "I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight."
Nadelen: "I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."

Nadelen: "To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats..."

Je n utiliserai plus ce site, qui est d'ailleurs fortement déconseillé par les internautes après vérifications. Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."

Nadelen: "My seat hadn't been cleaned prooerly before I got there and if I hadn't done it myself, I would have someone else's chocolate all over the seat of my trousers. Also, the bathroom floors were really gross, to the point I had to roll uo the legs of my trousers so they didn't get wet when I needed to use the toilet."

Nadelen: "They are not organized. This company doesn’t have a transparent policy. Because I didn’t checked in on time I had to pay 35 euros. I was there 2 1/2 hours early and I almost missed the flight. I’m extremely upset"

Nadelen: "Had to stand in the sun for about 30 mins waiting to board. Had to buy a bottle of water for £2.5 why can’t they just pour a glass of water or even sell at a reasonable price."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by 45 mins, and on board there was no water in the bathroom basins. This was known by staff, but they didn’t warn me as I went in, so I didn’t find out until I had already put soap in my hands"

Nadelen: "Waited a bit in a long hallway waiting for the last flightload of passengers to deplane."
Nadelen: "The airline does not have kiosk check-in. You are checked in automatically, and if you buy through a third party, your boarding pass is emailed to you. Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."
Nadelen: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."
Voordelen: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."
Nadelen: "The seats don’t lean back and do not have a lot of cushion."

Voordelen: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Nadelen: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."
Nadelen: "We arrived at a field in Israel with 2 backpacks and did not charge us extra, but on the way back they decided to charge us at the last minute for the same cases we had arrived with. Nothing we said helped and the attitude was cold and hard. The flight was good"
