Voordelen: "On a flight from Oslo to Germany to Charlotte, we only had 55 minutes to connect in Germany. Lufthansa held our plane due to their error in some runway and docking issues and we, as well as 25 other were escorted to our connection by Lufthansa staff. Excellent customer service even though it was their fault. They just did the right thing and did it well."
Nadelen: "I would have expected that there be much more time for gate connections. If you have ever been in the Munich airport, it is very large and navigation takes time.."

Voordelen: "Our flight from Frankfort to Munich was late. Luftansa sent a representative to our flight to make sure we and others from our flight got on to the flight to Charlotte. How awesome! Plane needs more leg room."

Voordelen: "After so many domestic flights of being shuffled around and interacting with flight attendants that seem to not like their jobs much and passenger's are just an annoyance, flying abroad on Luftansa was quite a different experience! The flight attendants were polished, professional, and actually wanted to provide a service. Their interactions made me feel like I was cared about and that they wanted my unique needs to be met. This made a 10 hour flight an enjoyable experience which I certainly didn't anticipate."

Nadelen: "I guess i would still consider the flight "international" and therefore should include AT LEAST one free checked bag per person, but not- 44u$d. Now it may be depending upon the fare paid, but on another flight (last week) on SAS AMS-OSL-BOO, It was 80u$d per pax."

Nadelen: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Nadelen: "Priority passangers cannot board with their non priority partner, even on the sane reservation. Congratulations sas, only airline workdwide to prohibit this. Otherwise, also forgot my duty free bag at the gate and the crew refused to have me return for it or get it for me."

Voordelen: "We were in an empty Plus cabin at front. Coming from Miami, the hot towel service would have been nice. I blinked and missed the service. They will quickly skip you if they can. Food weird. Salmon in a box with no bread or rice or anything and a strange savory muffin. Ate neither. No entertainment."
Nadelen: "See above. Sorry. Nothing was good. Came in 10 mins early!"

Voordelen: "Flight was on time. Boarding was simple and easy. Staff were excellent in handling the boarding process and very prompt in getting people seated/luggage put in to overhead lockers, free tea and coffee was provided which assured that extra comfort, would definitely recommend."

Voordelen: "The seats were very comfortable -- the plane wasn't very full, so there was room to spread out for some folks. As a vegetarian, the lunch meal was EXCELLENT, thank you. There was a second snack given just before landing that was basically roasted peppers on bread that was not good -- so you know, many vegetarians actually have sensitivity against peppers, so perhaps another vegetable or option would be better there. Crew was very affable and helpful."
Nadelen: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

Nadelen: "This has nothing directly with SAS, but since I experienced it during my flight there, they are responsible of it. I was waiting for the flight at the OSLO airport waiting for the flight to LONDON. I had ample time to work on my computer. In the big room by the gate there was only one spot where I found three electrical sockets hanging from a pillar or post. To my dismay none worked. My plug would fall off from each. To document, I took the pictures of the useless sockets... I complained to the lady at the boarding desk (she left before the SAS staff moved in), she did not even care... This experience frustrated me and turned an otherwise pleasant trip into a bitter one. Please install some working sockets in your waiting room! Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord a été très agréable et professionnel. L'embarquement à Stockholm est très bien fait et il n'y a pas de perte de temps."
Nadelen: "Par contre, c'est une seule boisson par personne le reste est payant, les repas sont très moyens et le système de divertissement est très très mauvais. Les contenus sont vieux et l'application est très lente et pa réactive du tout."

If they do answer the phone (1-800-221-2350), they either put you on hold for a whole day or, if you leave your phone no. and name to have them call you back, they never do . I am not the only person who has this experience. It is too bad because if this continues, the airline will loose business and I would hate to see that. However, I still will use KAYAK"

Nadelen: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Nadelen: "I makes down for food and entertainment but food could be bought and provided entertainment is not necessary for short flights with such good views of beautiful Norway."

Nadelen: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Nadelen: "The seats were to close together. I am not one to get claustrophobia but 5 hours in I felt it and I nearly bolted off the plane after the 10+ hour flight. UGH. Shoulder to shoulder, knees touching the seat in front of you, and only a few inches to recline. UGH. We tried to upgrade when we arrived at Oslo and again in Stockholm but the personnel at both stations were rude and not helpful. UGH."

Nadelen: "Business class ticket and traveled just like economy. Never advised when booking no business class. Boarding was like a stampede."

Voordelen: "Crew"
Nadelen: "We boarded late. There was no boarding announcement. A guy walked up in front , as to wait for the announcement and she waved him up. The rest of the gate just started forming several lines. Very unorganized. The we sat on the plane for about a half hour. At least there was an announcement that two people were missing so they had to remove their luggage. 40 minutes late into Longyearbyen."

Voordelen: "Nothing , it was terrible flight ."
Nadelen: "I bought full price ticket, not STAND BY SAS DIDN'T LET CHECK IN MY FLIGHT FROM RIGA to SAN DIEGO. So I have problem everywhere . In Oslo I was waiting for my seat more than one hours. I very often was SAS, it was good, but never ever I will use this company again."

Nadelen: "Everything"

Voordelen: "Crew was ok"
Nadelen: "Short connection time. Missed my next flight so they send me from Warsaw to Vienna and then to Belgrade. Entertainment screen was freezing every 10 min"

Voordelen: "Nothing, 45 minutes delay my bag never came on time barely made it to the flight"

Voordelen: "Sufficient space between front seats"

Nadelen: "Give more informations if there is any problem or schedul"

Nadelen: "Checked in luggage did not arrive. Arrived on Thursday was told to wait till delivery on Monday. Is it normal for LOT customers to wait for they luggage for 4 days? Disappointed"

Voordelen: "Generous service, excellent vegetarian meals (my special order), excellent telephone help prior to flight."
Nadelen: "Delayed boarding time with no information or updates provided, touch screen didn't work, bathrooms dirty toward end if flight."

Nadelen: "Soft drinks should be free of charge"

Nadelen: "Nous avons embarqué à l heure mais ensuite nous avons dus attendre plus de 20min pour attendre la connection de deux passagers"

Voordelen: "The flight was short and the crew was nice."
Nadelen: "There was no entertainment for the short plane ride."

Nadelen: "They keep the cabin too hot! I was uncomfortably warm for the entire 9hr flight. And there were no personal airvents to mitigate this problem."

Voordelen: "Je n ai pas réservé ce vol et je ne l ai pas pris!!!! Calmez vous!"
Nadelen: "Quand vous avez un bug corrigez le au lieu de tourner autour du pot!"

Voordelen: "The best conection to Warsaw. 1 hour delayed pretty normal every where. Safe start and landing metter. I wish everthing shoud be perfect but not always. We were informed that laguage machines at Chicago were broaken and extended loading time. Perfect conection and good service."

Voordelen: "The aircraft was big and clean, but the seats were not comfortable. No entertainment at all, not sure why it was list for review. My biggest problem was with their communicates. I booked this flight from Tel Aviv to London with 60min.layover in Warsaw, the schedule LOT offered. .The first leg to Warsaw was 30min. late without any announcement and no one mentioned about how it would affected connecting flights. So I asked the flight attendent before lading in Warsaw and she suggested to run throught the security. We thought we might have a chance as we were sitting close to the front rows. Nah, not so fast. It turned out that's not as rsimple as unning between the gates, everyone had to be shuttled to the main terminal and only the business class got a small van and went first, abd we were not allowed on that van even I told the guy we needed to catch the flight. Long story short, we finally made to the gate, Thanks to a LOT personnel pushed us to the front of security check and informed the gate we were coming. We literally RAN after the security to the gate. They reopened the gate to let us in and the aircraft pushed away right after we got on. The luggage, with that tight schedule, of course they would not be able to make the swich to London. So we had nothing except the cloth from Tel Aviv, its about 15C in tempture, we were freezing. Waiting for our luggage to be delivered to our hotel for warm clothes before we can go out"

Nadelen: "need to move away from stereo type attire and serve the customer"

Nadelen: "They lost my checked bag"

Nadelen: "Aucun divertissement en français dans l’avion qui était pourtant neuf et dernier crie. Les films en japonais, bref à revoir."

Nadelen: "Ear bud connector was broken"

Nadelen: "Flight was more than 3h late, it took time for the airline to accommodate with another flight to catch up with connection. They did after many customer complained, and adding to that, my checkin bag didn't make and they have no information on it's location. Still 24 hours later and no information a d i don't have clothes to change or stuff to shower. I had to buy few stuff and they said they won't payback anu other expenses, mean telling to just wait for my only lost bag."

Voordelen: "It took me to Warsaw"
Nadelen: "Very small, uncomfortable plane. Late."

Voordelen: "On vote pour le thème magnifique merci beaucoup"

Voordelen: "On-board crew is polite and helpful. Boeing 787 Dreamliner is great. Overall, the flight was fine."
Nadelen: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and helpful and spoke English. They kept bringing hot food. They found us a bottle of water because we wanted more. In flight screens had a lot of good content."
Nadelen: "Flight was very long and you are encouraged to stay in your seat all the time. They only offered 1 brand of free beer ha."

Voordelen: "Not at all"
Nadelen: "My brother in law lost his connection flight to Bucharest. The flight was 1 1/2 hours late. They don't know what they're doing"

Voordelen: "I had a short flight so I can't expect much, but the staff and service was great and we departed on time."
Nadelen: "They were leather seats. I hate leather seats. And they didn't have the cushion on the back of your head that can fold forward on the sides to hold your head so you can sleep."

Voordelen: "Delayed. Moved gate without notice. Babies crying all the way"
Nadelen: "Too noisy."

Voordelen: "Service, personal space. New aircraft."
Nadelen: "Wifi would be good"

Voordelen: "Flight was delayed by 50 min. so that 4 people from connection flights could get on board."

Voordelen: "Crew was great. Food was good."
Nadelen: "No on-board entertainment."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time and the crew was great"
Nadelen: "All of my bags got left behind. We landed over 18h ago and there is still no information about them"

Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."

Voordelen: "Du personnel navigant très agréable et à l'écoute. Et un bon point supplémentaire pour le repas (;"

Nadelen: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Voordelen: "Ik kan eigenlijk niet echt objectief een beoordeling geven want ik werk voor deze maatschappij dus vind uiteraard alles fantastisch (behalve het salaris haha)."
Nadelen: "Niets!"

Voordelen: "Not 1 thing !!! Bad.bad.bad"
Nadelen: "The legs room, no free meal, on the flight from warsaw to tel aviv. 1 hour late on departure from warsaw to tel aviv"

Voordelen: "Price of tickiet"

Nadelen: "I have to pay for baggage in the airport becase it wasn't included. And while i was ordering tickets through kayak i cant choose option it wasn't offered"

Voordelen: "The crew was very attentive."
Nadelen: "The wait until we could get off the plane after landing due to the fact that there weren't any gates available."

Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."

Nadelen: "We were late boarding, and then once we were boarded we waited for an hour for a late connecting flight."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "440am flight left late, ran to customs and begged to cut the line, while people complained at me and my wife, then landed and told my luggage is lost. The best part was when I was asked if I had lugggae insurance because they didn't want to look for my luggage"

Voordelen: "Everything was great"
Nadelen: "Nothing to complain Everithing was great thank you"

Voordelen: "Smooth and easy boarding and deplaning"
Nadelen: "Charge for a glass of wine but not soft drinks which just about cost the same"

Voordelen: "I like the food. Cabbage rolls on our wat back from Warsaw were unexpected. Such an excellent idea to serve Polish meals on the polish airline."

Nadelen: "Credit cards didn't work in flight."

Nadelen: "Departure was delayed. Got held on ground at Chicago. Baggage was very late to arrive"

Voordelen: "I took an international flight so we were on the new Dreamliner planes and they were very nice. The windows were huge and had a way of dimming so that it was dark in the plane without having to shut them completely. The seat spaces were fairly small but overall it was a very updated plane. I am a very picky eater but 3 of my 4 meals were delicious!! They mostly serve pasta with some sort of meat but I noticed that myself and I were licking our plates clean!"
Nadelen: "It was VERY obvious that the people that work for this company REALLY hate their jobs. When I checked in they were rude and threatened to take my computer because they told me I couldn't bring it into the US. When I got back home to customs they laughed and told me that that isn't true at all. In the flights the stewards and stewardess' never smiled, they hardly made eye contact and just seemed to absolutely hate life. At one point I was so hungry so I asked to purchase some pringles because that was something that advertised on the loud speaker. When I asked the flight attendant she made the biggest deal about it, laughed in my face and basically told me no. To be honest I am not sure if this sort of a attitude is something that is part of a different culture but I feel that if people are in the service industry that they should at least smile and respond with, "you're welcome" when someone says, "thank you". I will 100% not take this airline again due to the very rude people one board and horrible customer service."

Nadelen: "C’est la première fois que nous prenons Iberia et nous avons été très déçus. Personnel extrêmement désagréable. Première fois que je vois tout un équipage aussi peu professionnel, indélicat et qui ne passe pas en dehors des repas. Le repas a été servi et le débarrassage 5 min après. Pas de nettoyage des toilettes pendant les 12heures de vol. Les hôtesses étaient trop occupées à papoter à l’arrière de l’avion. En tant de covid c’est inadmissible. Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie et ne la prendrais plus jamais !"

Voordelen: "modern plane, large overhead bins, comfy seat with adjustable headrest, very good entertainment system"
Nadelen: "There was a broken restroom on the plane in the main section, so then, they should keep an eye on the remaining restrooms as they get dirtier sooner. Madrid barajas airport is an ordeal, Iberia needs to explain better that passport control happens when you get to terminal 4S on the tram AND then there are TWO more passport controls. then there isn't enough space for people to line up for the various groups, creating friction. Iberia just needs to be more organized."

Voordelen: "Flight at time. Arrived earlier than expected."
Nadelen: "I ordered a cava bottle and it was hot. But rest was ok"

Nadelen: "More leg room"

Nadelen: "L’avion me semble pas en bon état. Des gouttes d’eau tombaient du plafond suite à la condensation"

Nadelen: "The airplane was super uncomfortable and it was a long flight. I’ve flown with Iberia to Europe in the past and this was my worst experience in terms of comfort."

Voordelen: "Food was pretty good."

Nadelen: "Iberia annule le vol choisi puis change l'attribution des sièges et sépare les gens sans la moindre considération. Vol cher et médiocre."

Voordelen: "The flight was good even puntual! However I waste 1 Hour of my day in check in desk, as I couldn’t get my boarding pass when I check in online."

Nadelen: "Iberia est une.compagnie mauvaise, qui ne se préoccupe pas du délai entre deux vols A éviter"

Nadelen: "Correspondance trop court, on a faillit rater l'avion, alors que j'avais demandé quelques jours avant si c'était suffisant en terme de délai. De plus, le bagage n'a pas suivi et est resté à Madrid (retour seulement demain)"

Voordelen: "Vol a l'heure Personnel avenant"
Nadelen: "Tous les services sont payants. Le service WiFi à bord ne fonctionnait pas"

Voordelen: "Sympatique"
Nadelen: "L'embarquement."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord était inattentif, cela se voyait qu'ils n'avaient pas envie d'être là. Aucun passage entre les deux repas (pendant 8 heures d'affilée), puis le café servi jusqu'à la moitié des rangées seulement, avant l'atterrissage, personne n'est passé vérifier les ceintures."
Nadelen: "Un personnel naviguant plus présent, plus professionnel, sérieux et souriant? Quelques passages avec de l'eau pendant le vol entre les repas."

Voordelen: "Le personnel de bord à été bien Mais tout le monde qui est en bas qui est au sol était très mal"
Nadelen: "Le personnel de sol était très mal"

Voordelen: "The crew was excellent.My only complaint was as we were sitting in row 54 the crew made too much noise during sleeping time.Other than that they were very helpful and very nice.It was our first time flying Iberia.It was very enjoyable.I will be happy to recommend bthem."

Nadelen: "Boarding is a mess, too many special groups, and then the masses get in and it just becomes a zoo inside the plane. There are so many charges, flying these days is really not better than taking a local bus."

Voordelen: "Low cost and they were on time."
Nadelen: "I am under the impression that any international flight exceeding 6+ hours are supposed to serve food. This was not the case. Food was only served to people who had ordered it. Not even a glass of water was served."

Voordelen: "Two hour flight, with nice crew. Entertainment on board with a good selection is based on wifi and your ownd device. On time"
Nadelen: "Food is not free. If you want some, pay for it (what nowadays is normal). Leg space was tight for me"

Voordelen: "J’ai voyagé avec un chien en soute. On m’a tenu informé que mon chien était bien à bord lors du changement d’avion."

Nadelen: "Ma valise n’à pas suivie à Madrid. Résultat 4h d’attente à Genève pour la réclamation de valise. Horrible !"
