I assumed that since I was entitled to one free piece of luggage from New York to Paris that I wouldn't have to pay any fees going from Paris to Athens. I ended up paying 240.00 euros to check in 4 suitcases! that's absurd!! In addition I couldn't check in online for this flight and therefore was not told via email that I could at least check in my bags via the internet for s reduced fee. This is a kayak issue. Otherwise Aegean was great."

Nadelen: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Cabin was extremely hot - such a sauna, and all complaints were in vain. Boarding was messy and disorganized. Very poor experience and certainly a statement of how passengers are going to suffer in Brazil with the lack of competition in the local market.

Problèmes multiples lors de l’embarquement Mauvaise organisation de la vérification des documents pour le COVID. Retard.

We rode in Business class which allowed for priority boarding and comfortable seating. Flying across the Atlantic from Lisbon to San Francisco, I found the configuration and comfort of the seats lacking. The USB and earphone outlets were in a very awkward position, right under your knees and hard to find without a flashlight. Once in the seat, it was awkward to get out. The cabin crew was very pleasant and the food was okay. For the price I thought it was a good deal over all.

L’attente est beaucoup trop longue et tous les passagers ayant eu une escale avec TAP ont raté l’avion.

On a 9 hr flight the entertainment kept having issues and not working for most of the flight. The food was worse than usual. It was a pretty awful flight.

The food and the crew is the best. I hope they keep the same way .

Customer service was terrible. Multiple people in line said they had been stranded in Portugal by TAP airlines before."

Le départ sur Paris étant en retard le personnel aurai pu faire sortir en priorité les personnes ayant une correspondance et nous affréteur une navette pour que nous puissions prendre notre vol. Mais impossible de retrouver la trace sur mon mail de confirmation. Pouvez-vous vérifier et a l avenir être plus clair sur nos droits ou non aux bagages en soute ainsi que le prix du bagage sur votre site si vous le proposer et le prix au guichet . Cela augmente significativement le prix du billet donc mérite de nous informer clairement et complètement. Merci de votre compréhension et de votre réponse."
