It was more then four hours delay!

Nadelen: "The company booking was reserved the worse company on the world , couldn't reach them to make a changes , I had to give up my ticket and lost all the money , zero response from their side."

Nadelen: "Food was bad, by far the worst I had ever eaten."
Voordelen: "I liked dinner menu. Not so much breakfast...."
Nadelen: "USB not power outlet under the seat was charging my kindle.... why? When i plugged in the light on my kindle was “on” but kindle never got charged up. My seat was not reclining...."
Voordelen: "I WILL NEVER use LOT!"
Nadelen: "The crew is very lazy and slow. Boarding was a mess. These guys could barely speak and understand simple English (poor background) though it's an international flight.The food was also terrible. My luggage was lost and in 1 week was found all smashed and crashed and dirty. I WILL NEVER use LOT!"
Voordelen: "Friendly crew, food was actually better on this flight than the flight from Toronto to Warsaw"
Nadelen: "On the flight I had from Toronto to warsaw the entertainment did not work. Honestly it should he inspected before take off and if nothing could be done then something to compensate"

Nadelen: "The temperature in row 8 was incredibly warm, it was making us and our little kids quite uncomfortable and made it hard to fall and stay asleep! Interesting enough the back of the plane felt nice and cool."

Nadelen: "Aucun divertissement en français dans l’avion qui était pourtant neuf et dernier crie. Les films en japonais, bref à revoir."

Voordelen: "Movie options were great and there were outlets for electronic plugin. Dinner was much better than I expected!"
Nadelen: "We waited in a really long line for a really long time before boarding started. Often the flight attendant was moving so fast with the cart that it hit my arm which was resting on the armrest. Not a lot of attentiveness. Also I would have liked to be asked if I spoke Polish before the crew started speaking in Polish to me with no English translation."

Nadelen: "All of my bags got left behind. We landed over 18h ago and there is still no information about them"
Nadelen: "Terrible and stressful experience transferring at WAW airport with crowded security lines and no guiding personnel. Slight delay this time (compared to the first leg of my trip couple of weeks ago with 3h delay and missed connections)"
Voordelen: "Agréablement surprise qu'ils aient pris le risque de retarder le vol WAW - KRK pour attendre des passagers, même si du coup nous sommes arrivés quelques minutes plus tard que prévu à destination."

Nadelen: "My luggage didn’t arrive. Plane left with a delay."
Nadelen: "I flew with a baby and I wasn't given any basssinet on the flight, and even worse the crew was giving me a hard time about it."
Nadelen: "We had a 4 hour delay getting out of Chicago and another delay leaving to come home. It makes one wonder what kind of maintenance they do on their planes."
Voordelen: "Easy boarding, attentive staff and overall enjoyable flight."

Nadelen: "The flight was two hours delayed with very little communication about what was going on. When it did come time to board, they boarded from the rear of the plane, but people with seats in the front seats crowded in front of the boarding area making it nearly impossible for those in the rear seats to get through. Gate staff did not manage this well. And, I still don't understand why people do not understand how a queue works. Then, crew was up and down the aisle the entire flight which flew from midnight took 9:00. Not even possible to sleep on this overnight flight."
Nadelen: "I used LOT Airlines for the very first time to travel to Riga, Latvia. The problems started at the LOT check in counter at O'Hare International terminal. I packed my weeks worth of belongings into a 21" carry on bag expressly so I wouldn't have lost baggage issues. The customer service person forced me to check my bag because it was 3 kilograms overweight even though it was the correct size for carry on. As you can probably guess the bag was lost in the transfer in Warsaw, Poland. After filing a lost baggage claim at Riga, Latvia airport I never heard a word of support, communication, or even an apology from customer service at LOT airlines. I called them several times and their tracking system could not locate the bag during the entire week I was in Latvia. Now I am home in the states and have received an email from LOT Airlines stating that my bag is now at the airport in Riga, Latvia and to contact them for shipping and reimbursement for any costs. LOT is a TERRIBLE AIRLINE! Atay Away!"

Voordelen: "They are compatible to the standard of other international airline. Very courteous and professional."
Nadelen: "Bathroom comote lid did not stay up when I lifted and constantly coming down so that it was a nuisance to use the bath room."
Voordelen: "Without any note all passengers were required to pay for their baggage, same price either it was 10 or 20 kg. Nobody send any information before about this extra payment!"
Nadelen: "The airport wasn't ready to except foreigners. The personal at customs hardly could communicate in English, always switching to Polish. The custom officer forgot return transfer ticket. So, I had in no time to ask at the check point tofi s my name in the list and give me another tickets. It was very stressful."
Nadelen: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"
Voordelen: "The crew has always been extremely friendly and accommodating"
Nadelen: "Bad flight dirty carpets Kosher Food was not good at all"
Voordelen: "Older aircraft had not as narrow seating and was more comfortable."
Nadelen: "Boarding que at Warsaw is a mess."
