Voordelen: "Best food and attention that I've had on an airline in 20 years. Really. I was telling a friend today, Swiss Air started with drinks, gave us a Parisian baguette sandwich, gave us a healthy breakfast of yoghurt warm croissant butter jam orange juice, drinks again, and several passengers surrounding me got special attention, one woman with a baby, a disabled person, and a teenager that was 6'5" was relaocated by the flight attendant without him even asking to a bulkhead seat for more comfort. You don't see this kind a attention to detail on any US flights or US airlines, so I noticed it. It was as if I was traveling back in the 70's or 80's when Airlines would compete for our dollars with their service. I mentioned to my friend that if I had a choice and Swiss Air was one of the choices, I'd choose Swiss Air over any other airline."

Nadelen: "The terminal updates of terminal and gate notifications were wrong! If we had followed your email and gone to T3, we could have missed our flight and be worn out from changing terminals."

Nadelen: "Luftansa cancelled my flight due to impending hurricane. Because of announced airport closure, I decided to go on August 31 on the only flight available which was Iceland air. I had to pay $4200 for the flight. My flight back to Orlando is on September 9 on Iceland air. How can you compensate me?"

When I asked to help us get seats together flight attendants told us that I should ask passengers if they could switch seats. Apparently Lufthansa staff doesn’t ask passengers to do it."

Voordelen: "It was totally bad experience due to cancellations of the flights which I already booked to SJC airport in CA. The first confirmed Lufthansa flights No: LH 1305/ LH 488 ISTANBUL to SAN JOSE via FRANKFURT were cancelled. Then my family in USA contacted the airline and agreed about FLIGHT TK 005 / UA 1883: IST-ORD-SJC. At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport: Had to walk for an hour to get from gate to gate. I was getting off an international flight and onto another international flight. International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."

Voordelen: "This was my first international flight, and also first on Lufthansa, and I was thoroughly impressed. We traveled with another couple who've flown internationally multiple times, but this was their first Lufthansa flight as well, and they said it's the best they'd had. The crew were all excellent, friendly, and accommodating. There was plenty of entertainment options, refreshments, and snacks. The food was very good-much better than I'd expected. I appreciated that there were pillows, blankets, and headphones readily available as well. I'll try to fly Lufthansa every chance I get when flying internationally."

Rood and not helpful, told me to try FB messenger and online changing again. Failed to get a voucher, refund or change the dates online, was still getting an error. on messenger they answered and told me i can get a voucher, i told them i don't want it and after that they stopped replying all together. good thing i got my money back by filing a dispute with my CC company."

Nadelen: "The gate agents were forcing random people to check in their hand luggage, even before weighing that luggage. They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

Nadelen: "Messed up security clearance arrangement. Total confusion about secondary clearance requirement, only informed at boarding at gate that a lot of travelers needed secondary clearance. No objections to secondary clearance, but procedure a joke. Machine was half way down the terminal. Half hour wait, and you could have left your carry on with somebody else, get cleared by machine, pick up your bag again and get on board."

Nadelen: "Terrible and stressful experience transferring at WAW airport with crowded security lines and no guiding personnel. Slight delay this time (compared to the first leg of my trip couple of weeks ago with 3h delay and missed connections)"

Nadelen: "LOT REQUIRES RECEIPTS FOR ALL LOST ITEMS WHEN THEY LOSE YOUR LUGGAGE. There is nobody to talk to in order to appeal. They will only deal with you by email. If they lose your luggage, you lise... BIG TIME!!!"

Nadelen: "They didn't start boarding until 5 minutes before take off and this was just onto the bus that would take us to the airplane. There was no communication why they were running so far behind. Once we landed in Warsaw, we sat on the plane for around 20 minutes waiting for them to bring the bus to pick us up and remove our luggage from underneath. I had a connecting flight I would have missed if it wasn't delayed. They also had the door open while waiting and the heat and humidity was pretty stifling with everyone already standing up waiting to disembark."

Voordelen: "It is the first time I flew with Lot airline. I am flying a lot and have 2 million miles with United I never flew LOT before.Now Lot is on the top of my list for my future flights.Everything was superior to many other airlines from the Plane,the crew,the food,the service,etc."

Nadelen: "Flight was late leaving and arriving. Even so it was an international flight, no food was available except for a glass of water and a wafer. Paid food had a very short menu. The head stewardess was in a bad mood most of the time and there was line at the bathroom as there was only one. Boarding was by bus and we waited a long time in the bus before it left for the plane, bad organization."

Nadelen: "A little snafu at the gate with everyone's carry on luggage could have been avoided with better communication."

The crew were not informative about what was going on. The plane made worrying noises when taking off."

Nadelen: "Everything. They gave us a 10mx10m prison ceII with no windows and no AC to wait in. EVERYONE had to smushed into this room, as each gate area has its own security. Boarding the pIane was pathetic, with us standing in a bus for 20 mins and no expIanation. The back of the seats were faIIing apart."

Voordelen: "the boarding was smooth, the bus to the plane wasn't crowded and the plane was flying low so you could enjoy the sceneries and still get cell phone reception."
Nadelen: "the overhead compartment was a bit small and there was almost no leg room but both of my flights were short. I booked my flight through an app and it didn't give me any checked baggage so I tried to modify my booking through airserbia website but I couldn't so I ended up paying 60 euros for my bag at the airport."

Nadelen: "The boarding in Belgrade for the Belgrad-Brussles flight was delayed and a mess, but they blamed it on air control issues over Germany,"

Nadelen: "Not enough time between the connecting flights. The terminals were too far apart, and the local airport transportation took too long to get me to a connection flight terminal."

Nadelen: "Paid the ticket and check in luggage at Opodo but was informed at the counter that luggage has not been paid for. Denied checking in luggage despite having a printout saying it has been paid for. “The luggage is not in our system” was the only response."

Voordelen: "We received a voucher for food during our 4+ Hour delay before boarding on air serbia to Belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we stayed in the business suite before our flight and was provided with food and couches to relax on before our next flight. Also, on our connecting flight to athens, Aegean airlines was very professional and really wish I would have used their service instead of air serbia."
Nadelen: "Air serbia did not tell us why there was a 4+ hour delay to belgrade. Once we arrived in Belgrade, we had to wait 9+ hours for our connecting flight to athens when we were only supposed to have 2 hrs layover. Once we boarded the plane to athens, the workers at the airport had no clue were our luggage was and a lot of things were miscommunicated between them. They were very unprofessional and some of them were very rude. They had plenty of time to move our luggage to the next airplane, but too careless to do that. So now we have to wait a couple of days to get the rest of our luggages. We also missed our train ride in greece because of air serbia and had to pay for another train ticket and did not receive a refund"

Nadelen: "Unable to check in online. Didn't accept credit cards forced to wait in serval lines to pay for luggage. Long waiting lines. Don't offer water on plane. No information given about luggage and being forced to pay for a seat fee. No information on connecting flights. Most uncomfortable plane and horrible experience."

Nadelen: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Nadelen: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Voordelen: "Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved"

Nadelen: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

Voordelen: "Half way through the journey they wanted to charge me 40 Euros to check in my carry on because it was too big. They said they shouldn't have allowed it on the first flight."

Nadelen: "El avión era un ATR-72 algo viejo, no era cómodo por dentro. Tampoco me gustó la atención de la tripulación, no pasaron por mi puesto ofreciendo el mísero vaso de agua que daban. En otras aerolíneas de este estilo por lo menos dan café."

Nadelen: "The fact that, although the card said it was the same company for both flights (two-legged), I could not get a boarding pass at check/in for both flights, for both the outbound and return journey, and had to go through customs and border control twice just to get a new boarding pass each time. Leg room can be better, even with the extended legroom space."

Arrivé à Belgrade vers 7:00 on nous fait attendre jusqu'à 8:00 pour nous dire que le prochain avion décollera a 10h alors que l'heure d'arrivé à Paris cdg était prévu pour 9h. Arrivé à Paris à 12h45 : Valise introuvable"

Nadelen: "I tried to cancel my flight about a week before it took place. Wasn't given a chance to do so, since you didn't bother to advertise a clear email or available contact info to which I could speak. Now you're asking me for online check in and a review? Well, your customer service is terrible, that's for sure..."

Nadelen: "I had to run as fast as I could to catch my connecting flight in Abu Dabi. Online it said I had a 1.5 hour layover but when I arrived I had 7 minutes to get to the other side of the airport. They also lost my luggage."

Voordelen: "On my two two hour flights, they fed us a lot, we're very attentive and very nice."

Voordelen: "Attentive crew, decent business class amenities, food was hit and miss. The selection of domestic wines and spirits was okay."
Nadelen: "The incoming flight was delayed until next day, with no effort on behalf of Air Serbia to communicate this. No space left for reproach, no effort of any kind of compensation. Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

Nadelen: "At JFK our pre booked seats were changed , and I had them changed back, there was some BS excuse for that I was questioning a flight attendant as to why the plum brandy wasn't on the menu,(national drink) I was told to fly first class the next time The flight back from Belgrade to JFK. I was told by the same flight attendant (Ana) that I was holding up the line, I was trying to put the carry on luggage over the seats. There was a 40 min delay in landing, the bathrooms were locked, once again the same flight attendant made a big deal of this, that I have to make it quick. The signs for the 1st class , bathroom should not be visible from the economy class seats because it confuses passengers, in the economy class, some of the passengers were sent back and not allowed to use the bathroom."

Economy from Honolulu to Los Angeles I had more leg room then this one. Unacceptable response from the crew: "that's how it's been the last years"."

Nadelen: "The AA flight from NYC was late arriving at Heathrow, causing me to miss the connection. AA/BA was very good about orienting me to the new plan, but the delay was very inconvenient and being in the last row of the newly arranged flight to Lisbon was downright unpleasant."

IMHO: in Heathrow the Extra sequrity check point is unreasonable for the travelers from the US to Europe. 3 in the plane the person next to me was constantly coughing , NO MASK, it was flue. When I asked help to change a seat, flight attendant did not help."

Nadelen: "-no communication -I stayed in 17 hours of cues -no hotel or meal vouchers -was not let out of the airport -no hydration in lines - people passed out -no line control, people were cutting and lots of arguments ensued -staff was not knowledgeable, was rude to angry customers -baggage was never returned to me, so I had to buy clothes for my business trip -did not answer phones -website went down -no apology or automatic refund, i had to call to get a manual refund"

Nadelen: "Having to pay for food or drinks. It's not that much to offer some peanuts and a coke. I would have liked the cabin lighting dimmed sooner and less early before landing."

Nadelen: "the booking stated that it was Aer Lingus. I went to their counter in Terminal 1 and had to wait in two lines before being told that I was in the wrong terminal and I needed to go to the british airways counter to check in. This was a fail."

Nadelen: "No refreshments (not even coffee or tea) on an international flight. I expect that from EasyJet but not BA."

Voordelen: "The Chief Purser came over to apologize. At the end of the flight, the Captain came to me to apologize on behalf of the airline. (Too little, way too late.)"
Nadelen: "I am handicapped and the jetway was broken. British Airways took a bad situation and made it worse! Obviously they had no contingency plans and the gate agents just wan't to avoid any responsibility and started blaming the poor man who had been wheeling me all over the airport. ONLY BRITISH AIRWAYS WAS AT FAULT FOR THIS. Eventually they put me on a lift several gates away and then loaded me onto the platform lift of one of those catering trucks that deliver food to the planes and drove me to my plane. The plane door was shut and they had to bang on the door to have them open it and let me board. As a result, I personally delayed the flight (officially) 28 minutes; in reality about 40 minutes. This was one of the most embarrassing and humiliating experiences of my life; to be loaded on a plane like freight!! Is this how British Airways operates??"

Nadelen: "A complimentary drink was not offered. I had to pay for my entire meal including the drink, because no snack or drink was provided."

Voordelen: "Very old 777 that was also dirty. Food was lousey. BA has turned into a low budget airline"

Voordelen: "Nothing to state on this flight. Just a low cost flight. Minimum service for just a short distance journey."
