Mon baggage en soute à été extrêmement détérioré

Les repas n’étaient pas très bons

Le transfert de dossier entre Delta et Air France qui affrétait l'avion n'avait pas été réalisé. Nous n'avions pas de billets pour le vol retour. Le personnel Air France à l'enregistrement nous a dit de nous débrouiller avec le service assistance Delta Américain pour le transfert de notre dossier, alors que j'ai des enfants en bas âge… Finalement, quelqu'un a accepté de s'occuper de nous, et après une heure de négociation, il est parvenu à nous avoir des billets d'avion. C'était une expérience très désagréable. Je ferai attention pour mon prochain voyage à acheter mes billets d'avion autrement

Nous avons fait la queue pour l’embarquement pendant de longues minutes. Au moment de passer, on nous dit que nos passeports doivent être vérifiés. Obligation de suivre une autre queue. L’hôtesse nous demande notre test Covid alors qu’il n’y en n’a pas besoin pour revenir en France. Une fois les passeports vérifiés, on nous demande de retourner à la fin de la première queue…donc très long !

Température de la ventilation très basse.

Amélioration: le check in sur ordinateur deux jours avant qui prendr trop de temps et ne fonctionnait pas. (Près de 4 heures dd mon temps ! Entre les essais multiples et amples téléphoniques) make it simpler.

Le repas était léger, avec des légumes mal cuits, une purée trop salée et un morceau de poulet mauvais. Au petit déjeuner, sandwich au fromage 😒

Checkin via l’appli impossible

Notre vol a été annulé, puis l’autre retardé ainsi nous avons loupé notre correspondance. Ensuite nous n’avons pas eu notre valise à l’arrivée

Des casques anti bruits pourraient être transmis si les conditions de voyage deviennent difficiles : les pleurs et les cris d’enfants durant tout le trajet et ce quasi sans interruption ont rendus le vol très désagréable . Vol choisi à l’initial car etant un vol de nuit et cela permettait d’avoir un peu de calme. Le personnel était sympathique et avait des bases en français ce qui était agréable. Ce qui n’était pas réellement le cas pour le vol aller . En vous remerciant,

Mauvaise gestion du retard et de l’embarquement. Repas minuscule qui donne la nausée. Personnel de bord qui parle super fort y compris quand 75% du vol dort…. J’étais très mal installé, même dans une low cost j’étais mieux, assez déçue

Everything went smoothly and all staff did a fantastic job taking care of passengers and their carry-ons that didn't have enough overhead compartment space to put into, but did well taking care of everything.

Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

Flight was cancelled and rebooked multiple times. I appreciate that Lufthansa organized a hotel stay for our cancelled flight. But now I am flying home on a budget airline. Everything has been very stressful and tiring and not our I anticipated ending my honeymoon

Notre départ et notre arrivée étaient à l’heure. Nous étions bien servis par les membres d’équipage. Malheureusement, moins d’espace dans ce modèle d’avion que dans les modèles plus récents. Les écrans installés dans les sièges fonctionnent très lentement, donc pas beaucoup de divertissement pour le vol de 8 heures

Transit à Frankfort : horrible !

Encore et toujours du retard, nous avons du changer de vol puis d'avion, imprimer de nouveaux billets et n'avons connu nos places qu'au moment d'embarquer

J'ai manqué ma connection en dépit des assurances de l'équipage. 6 heures d'attente.

Vol retardé (+ d'1 heure), pilote qui annonce que les autres vols à Frankfurt sont aussi retardés, donc qu'il sera possible tout de même de continuer le voyage. Annonce qu'un employé de Lufthansa va nous attendre pour nous aiguiller. Rien de cela ne s'est passé. La seule chose c'est que j'ai manqué ma connection, à peu près 8 heures de retard. Inacceptable

Le fait de refuser de servir un deuxième verre de vin sous prétexte d’effectifs réduits à cause de la pandémie, Servir de l’eau ou du vin ce ´n’est pas plus difficile ! Aucun choix de repas et une bouillie trop cuite qu’ils osent appeler pasta. Personnel de bord particulièrement expéditif et antipathique. Le pire long courrier de ma vie.

We are missing a day in Italy and have been charged a day stay in Sorrento which we are unable to use. I have contacted United customer service to see if they can compensate us."

There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

We were traveling with a baby and they put us in separate seats when we had booked the seats together, we actually paid for 3 seats but due to an emergency the 3rd person couldn’t come. During the booking the American Airlines agents were unprofessional and rude to us. They made our first flight with our new born really stressful. At least the flying attendants during flight made it up and were caring, Proffessional and over the top to make sure we were comfortable. I bad story with a happy ending.

Nadelen: "The flight from India was delayed and as a consequence I missed my connecting flight to Miami. I had to put up in a Hotel at Helsinki and take a flight to Miami the next day via London."
Voordelen: "Most Improved Player - Finnair has done the best experience in overall long haul flights out of the 40plus airlines I have flown in the last 3 years; brand new planes, nice and diverse cabin crew, beautiful lightings videos details chocolates etc, best entertainment system in the industry, and things always go smooth in Helsinki airport. Awesome imrpovement over recent years."
Nadelen: "Big struggle for airlines still remains varying quality customer service. Finnair still seems to struggle with this occasionally. Finnair can work harder to keep customer service quality high. Hate to say it, but perhaps letting the bitter, last generation flight attendants who seem to have a grudge about the decline of the glamour and benefits of the job as flying has become commonplace with more competition (seen this on Finnair & N America’s older airlines line United)"
Voordelen: "I like Finnair, the crew, the service."
Nadelen: "I was not able to check in online within the 24 hrs prior to the flight as the Iberia system kept flashing and "error"message. Therefore, I was not able to pick a seat, which I would have paid to upgrade if necessary, but instead I was assigned a middle seat as a last option, at the counter, and paid for an exit row which, except for the leg room, was just as uncomfortable!"
Nadelen: "I didn't like that seats originally assigned after the flight was booked were changed right before the boarding. This is a nonsense. Why would you do that?! Without notifying prior to check-in."
Voordelen: "nonstop to Helsinki was great...I have done this route over 100 times and this was the first time non-stop. When you have 17-19 hours travel time in your head door to door and then it is 12 - you really appreciate the extra time. THANK YOU!"

Nadelen: "Boarding was disorganized and chaotic. The seats could have been more comfortable for a tall person. Finnair also likes to nickel and dime."
Voordelen: "Pilots did a great job at Helsinki. There were a strong wind and rain. Crew was really sweet."
Nadelen: "There was a confusion with boarding passes in Helsinki. Some of passengers were waiting almost until beginning of boarding with no seat number. Also was a delay because they're waiting for a some passenger from a connecting flight . Seats haven't enough leg room for person 5"8 but crew and food was amazing."

Voordelen: "World best airline since my last flight to Hong Kong. New aircraft with the most confortable and complete flight experience I had in years in economy class. Seat confort, movie selection and quality of the screen, food quality, boarding speed, cabine pressure, all was immaculate."
Nadelen: "They promised an upgrade to premium economy and then they didn't follow through, they lied when they said that row 30 was premium economy, all this felt very very weird. Jacqueline the flight attendant recognised the problem and gave us premium headphones to make up for the error."
Voordelen: "Very simple but reliable and confortable flight. We got clear instructions to get to the next terminal"
Nadelen: "We took off late and arrived even later so we had to run to get to the next plane"
Voordelen: "The flight was on time, crew worked really well. The food was okey as usual on Finnair."
Voordelen: "IT WAS THE MOST ENJOYABLE BUSINESS CLASS FLIGHT I EVER HAD. THANKS FOR THE HOSPITALTY AND SERVICE."

My favorite, though, was that the captain took the time to alert us to the sights out the window. We had closed the shades at the request of the attendants and would have missed the beauty of Greenland had he not alerted us to peak out. I appreciate that!"
Voordelen: "Seats larger and more comfortablethan 3xpected."
Nadelen: "Food and drink overpriced."

Nadelen: "You pay for your food just like you do on American Domestic airlines. However they offered coffee and their special Finnair grape juice."

Nadelen: "Entertainment system did not work. Special meal was terrible. No toiletry bag for such a long flight. Btw I paid extra for a bad seat."
Voordelen: "We ended up being on a BA flight which was fine. Ok service, check in from London much better than USA. In flight entertainment good."
Nadelen: "Nonchalant crew on the way back, I asked if they had any snacks half way into the flight as I didn't eat dinner, I went to the galley and the head of customer service heard my request, looked at me and just carried on reading his paper leaving a flight attendant to offer me a small bag of pretzels , which she had to search for. Very poor"
Nadelen: "I booked this through Finnair and it was a British Airways code share .I was unable to get the record locator for BA and could not check in prior to getting to the airport ."
Nadelen: "We were unable to find a row of seats to more comfortably facilitate traveling with a baby and a toddler as seats that should have had a cot or extra seating didn't have the cot and were sold out for an additional fee before we had the chance to. Discussing this with the staff at check0in and at the gate, made no difference as they had no knowledge of what was available on that particular flight. Every time I fly with American I'm reminded of why I don't like the airline and I will do my best to avoid them moving forward regardless of competitive ticket pricing."
Voordelen: "Great airline. Food great comfortable seats."
Voordelen: "Not bad as cross-ocean flights go, but cramped. The seats (and the available room per person) are what would be considered normal nowadays, but I remember flying thirty years ago. The crew was very pleasant and snacks were served (and appreciated), but didn't make up for the cramped conditions."

Seats had enough room for me where I didn’t feel cramped. Food was just alright, but I wasn’t expecting much on a plane so I was satisfied. 7 hour flight was not as bad as I was expecting

Cannot get an extra nonalcoholic drink without paying for it. For such a long flight, annoying!

Everyone was super nice! Plane was clean. The food was good. The long flight was made very pleasant by SAS.

I never flew with SAS before and got to fly all the way from the US and I loved it !!

The staff between IAD and Copenhagen was not friendly

Nadelen: "Very small seat. Had a big person next to me and was quite uncomfortable"
Nadelen: "my first flight overseas. friendly staff. movies ..headphones..pillow and blankets included. 2 beverages included with meal. only downside was paying for checked bag. looks like that is included on the return flight so that won't be and issue on the way home. no issues with carryons."

Voordelen: "The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process."
Nadelen: "Luggage fee were outrageous."
Voordelen: "Major delay that caused me to miss a connecting flight. Food was also very mediocre (beef with chocolate sauce???) and many people in my flight were forced to check regulation carry ons for exorbitant fees. I would expect this kind of thing from a budget airline like Ryanair or something, but thought SAS could do better."
Voordelen: "Good crew"
Nadelen: "Premium economy wasn’t as good as others"
Voordelen: "We rode economy. This was on par with other airlines. Plane was clean, Crew was good. On time. Actually seemed that the seats had a bit more room than the American Airlines planes."
Nadelen: "Cannot talk to a human. Check in was at a Luftansa kiosk. If an attendant at the Frankfurt airport had not showed us, there was no obvious way to guess how to check a bag or get a boarding pass. So if you do not speak German fluently, ask an attendant as soon as you get to the check in area, and save yourself some walking and time."

Nadelen: "Wound up having to pay 150$ for checking 2 bags. Almost more than the tickets. Feel ripped off. Don't remember the web getting a chance when i ordered the tickets to purchase at a lower rate. SAS said, since i bought the tickets through a travel agent, there was nothing they could do. Next time I'll buy tickets directly from SAS."
Voordelen: "Only that it was the shorter part of the trip."
Nadelen: "Seat was tight and did not recline at all. Back was killing me. Flight attendants came across as rude the way they spoke to the people. No entertainment at all. Not even water was offered."
Voordelen: "Good programming on the tv. Staff was mostly nice. Cabin was updated, but as usual in the "cheap seats" - too small!"
Nadelen: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were very nice. Seemed to have a nice amount of leg room."
Nadelen: "I didn't like that they tried to sell stuff on the plane."
Voordelen: "Plane was quite empty"
Nadelen: "Plane wasn't in the best shape"
Voordelen: "My first time flying SAS on my trip to Europe from USA and I was highly impressed. Everything was efficient and comfortable. One of the highlights was the check in - this is often a long and frustrating process, however this could not have been easier and so quick. I was very happy and made my entire check in experience simple and efficient. I will be going straight to SAS for my next trip to Europe, no question. Thank you very much!!! Daniel Valewink"
Voordelen: "Upgraded to business class"
Nadelen: "Flight delayed an hour & half"
Voordelen: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Voordelen: "Flight attendants kind and helpful. Boarding from both sides of the aircraft made it easier to get situated."
Nadelen: "Full Flight was very hot and cramped. not sure if the AC was broken, but no effort was made to cool the cabin despite my requests. This made for a very sweaty, uncomfortable flight"
Nadelen: "Multiple maintenance delays and groundcrew forgot to load some bags so there was an even further delay. Flight was cramped too."
Nadelen: "Flight delayed 5 hours."
Voordelen: "The entertainment system was very good. The crew were all efficient and courteous, with the exception of one crew member who was rather curt."
Nadelen: "Our plane arrived at IAD late due to a minor mechanical that was repaired at its previous destination. Consequently, we departed IAD almost two hours late, causing us to miss our connection in Copenhagen. Norwegian Air had a flight leaving shortly from Copenhagen to Rome, but the transfer agent told us SAS "does not re-book with Norwegian." Instead we were assigned to two more flights, one to Brussels, and another from Brussels to Rome. We arrived in Rome around 17:00 rather than 10:35 as scheduled, losing a full day of sight-seeing."
Nadelen: "Seat was uncomfortable."
Voordelen: "I booked through you and priceline. I chose the airfare that included the provision for one paid check through bag. was VERY careful to make sure I paid for this extra bag. When I got to the airport SAS said I had not paid for a ticket that included one checked through bag. I am very upset with this. Solution I will NEVER book through Kayak or priceline again..."
Nadelen: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."
Voordelen: "The cleanliness"
Nadelen: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"
Voordelen: "New airbus with good entertainment screenset clean"
Nadelen: "Delays on boarding (on departing as well as returning home) Damaged luggage"
Nadelen: "my flight from stockholm was delayed and there was a massive queue at border control and no SAS or airport staff to organise to get PAX through faster so they dont miss their connection I had to fight my way through the queue otherwise I would have lost my connection"
Nadelen: "Same as above"
Voordelen: "Smooth Flight and on time with a bit of Aurora (night flight to Tromso)"
Nadelen: "Voucher does not show details of check-in baggage limitations (limited to 20 KG.) and has to use Oslo airport self check-in which is quite confusing for inter-continental traveller.."
Voordelen: "It was a shorter ride with few frills but we arrived safely. The two young employees who rendered wheelchair assistance were very gracious and attentive to every detail."
Nadelen: "The noise factor was very high."

Voordelen: "Boarded in a downpour, crew got us on board quickly through a rear door. Unfortunately, weather caused a significant delay, but who can control the weather? :-)"
Nadelen: "After purchasing ticket in December 2015, was placed on stand-by when arriving in Hamburg."
Voordelen: "We were within a reasonable range of on time arriving, although we were delayed 30 minutes at the start due to fueling issues. Crew was average: no problems, no extraordinary acts of kindness. Great selection of movies to watch onboard."
Nadelen: "Tight seats, lousy food, even for airplane food."
