Nadelen: "No lounge in Philadelphia took my Priority Pass. On the flight, the woman in front of me threw her chair back without asking and almost had hot coffee all over me. When I asked her to put her chair up, she got mad. She went to staff to insist she could put her chair back. I showed them that I was indeed in a back brace for a health condition and that I needed opportunities to move and shift, cross legs to release tension, etc. Staff sided with the rude woman, who, given the chance to move to an equal seat on the opposite aisle where she could recline, refused to move. I was very frustrated and have never been treated with such discrimination regarding my health concerns."

Voordelen: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."
Nadelen: "Other rude or snotty passengers taking up the crews time and attention for no reason. But as I stated in the "positive" side of this review, the crew handled these impolite individuals with a smile and polite attitude. Kudos to Qatar Airways."

Nadelen: "I can't understand why I was booked with an impossibly tight connection. It's a huge airport, with multiple security checkpoints with long lines. I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Turkish Airways is blacklisted for LIFE! after trying to charge me the price of a round trip for a one way rebooking!"

That ruined my whole holidays and I had to go all the way home from Gatwick airport and next morning going again to Heathrow airport. No transfer or taxi was provided and No single apology from the staff or company . Very disappointed with Turkish airlines !"

Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant."

There is no guidance out of gate to assist passengers that transfer to get on the right gate on the right bus. In AUS, there is not any announcement for luggage belt. An announcement would be helpful to new arrivals to this airport."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

The airline cancelled the flight at 1.30 in the morning so no one was able to get a stay in a hotel not did the airline take any action towards helping the stranded passengers. We were given blankets and pillows. The best thing was the ground staff getting rude after all passengers complaining. They were basically saying we should get stuffed since we were booked for a flight next day same day. This is shameful! Needless to say that I will not fly this airline again!"

Nadelen: "De stoelen in Croatia airlines lijken wel van hout en zijn redelijk krap. Eten is pietepruime."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean."
Nadelen: "Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?"

Voordelen: "On time with excellent care by staff"

Nadelen: "Food could be improved."

Nadelen: "Our flight was cancelled from Nashville to Chicago due to "mechanical issue" so we were unable to get on the flight to Naples. United rebooked us on a flight leaving the next day, and we are currently sitting in Chicago on a 6 hour layover. So no, I am not happy at all with this experience. We are missing a day in Italy and have been charged a day stay in Sorrento which we are unable to use. I have contacted United customer service to see if they can compensate us."

Voordelen: "the fact that the departure was delayed due to a late connection flight from Pisa."
Nadelen: "the extra fees for the tickets of our pets because the reservation was not made on line when that was impossible for us to do when we purchased our tickets, nor when we received the notice on the 31st of August because our computer was already packed in the suit case and didn't see it until September 2nd."

Voordelen: "Flight attendants went above and beyond helping my little granddaughter who was ill with a fever. Economy Plus is very comfortable with great service. My special meal was delicious."

Nadelen: "There were minimal new movie choices. A lot of old movie movie options. The food was terrible! Definitely need to step their game up here. I also didn’t like that the customer behind me kept bumping my seat every time he moved or made a movie selection."

Voordelen: "They boarded back of aircraft first. They gave wine on demand. They were smiling and helpful and greeted us on entry and exit. The little things matter!"
Nadelen: "It was difficult to fall asleep in the seats. Uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "1. Good choice of movies. The entertainment recommendations by airlines were well thought of. 2. Crew and service was one of the best. They timely came and offered juice and water. 3. We were well informed when flight had to make few rounds in the air before landing."

Nadelen: "Munich airport should be improved far more. it took more than 20 mins to find a toilette. they should install more toilette for the travellers."

Nadelen: "Another passenger came and sat in the seat that was empty next to me and wasn’t ever asked to return to her own, assigned seat"

I felt fine, ate beef stew from Lufthansa, threw up for an hour until it and my dignity were gone, felt fine. Frozen bread bothers me. Coffee is good."

Nadelen: "Had a little trouble getting everything set with the luggage and boarding pass. One lady wasn't very helpful but a male employee came along and straightened everything out."

Nadelen: "Le site internet nous a pas expliqué que pour le Vietnam au-delà de 15 jours il fallait un visa du coup on a perdu le billet de l'allée plus on va reprendre un billet cela nous a coûté 1000 € juste pour l'aller de plus de nos voyages cela est inadmissible j'aurais pu nous avertir qu'un visa en une heure été délivrable. Je comprends pas qu'on travaille en aéroport en plus pas nous indiquer ou même le site au-delà de 15 jours voir d'autres pays quand on y va il nous faut un visa c'est inadmissible de perdre 1000 € sans compter qu'ils ont même pas fait un geste pour au moins reprendre un vol ça ne coûte plus cher que si on prenait un voilà par. Je recommande pas la compagnie Vietnam Airlines ce sont des gros voleurs des escrocs"

Nadelen: "Que Air France fasse grève pourquoi pas mais prévenir à 22h pour un vol à 11h le lendemain c’est très moyen surtout quand on nous dit de reporter au 30 avril. Comme si on prenait des vacances comme on le souhaite.."

Vraiment agréable, et bien mieux que dans mes souvenirs. Video de Sécurité tres drôle."
