We did not realize we had to select vegetarian ahead of time, but having cheese sandwiches available made that easier. The small bag of toiletries that we were given was a very nice surprise."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Voordelen: "Crew needs to be more attentive and polite. One of the crew member passed me with out asking what to drink I waited until she comes back to tell her I didn't get a drink you just passed me she said ok what do you want . It took me by surprise her rudeness was un expected there was no apologies at all. This iwas my first time to fly with Turkish Airline. It is sad that just one member can influence the overall perception of the flight experience !!!!!"

Nadelen: "The checkin process was horrendous, people waiting for 40-45 minutes even though they were at the front of the line. Repeatedly we saw customers from other lines or no line at all being brought in to take our spots and checkin first with no explanation."

Voordelen: "Again, the crew was very young and greeting everyone with a smile, very accomodating. Loved the snack (Delta take notes). Time passed fast."

Nadelen: "Bathrooms were so dirty by the end of the trip. The toothpaste they gave us was so dried out, you couldn’t even break the seal on it. The ear plugs they gave out were useless. The entertainment had no movies or TV shows I liked. There was a guy next to me who overflowed his seat over into mine."

Aux 2/3 du vol, nous avons eu l’Impression d’être dans un sauna. Atroce ! Alors que d’habitude j’ai toujours froid !"

Voordelen: "Flight wasn't packed. Reasonable room for carryons. Seat next to me was open, though most seats were full."
Nadelen: "There was a late gate change in Cairo, which was not communicated to the new gate personnel. They were not ready to receive, there was no female screener which required a delay for the ladies to enter the gate area, and the plane was late leaving. Not a crisis, but was entirely avoidable. Also, I suggest avoiding long layovers in the Cairo airport. There are few chairs outside the eating areas."

Nadelen: "Only small thing was, I have seen better as far as in flight entertainment. The touchscreen was not responsive and selection not great. I brought my own on a tablet so it wasn't a big deal for me."

Nadelen: "Egyptair online check-in failed to issue the boarding pass, just managed to change my seat. The same failure occurred on my way back to Cairo, and reasons are not clear!"

Staff was great, food was great (two meals), drink options were great from juices, sodas, water, tea, coffee all great. the entertainment was awesome with so many movie/tv show options. and you can always get up and ask for a beverage if you were still thirsty, and plenty of toilets on the plane so rarely a line greater than 1 person."
Nadelen: "They seemed to run out of chicken as the dinner meal, when they got to my the flight to Cairo from NY they also ran out of chicken, the person next to me got the last one, the same thing happened to me on the way to NY, the person next to me got the last chicken, i was kind of upset but the other option of beef was still good."
Nadelen: "There were announcements about the flight being delayed which were difficult to understand. On announcnent of the boarding procedure, families with children were not given priority and all passengers were called on together raher than by rows (BACK TO FRONT) so boarding could take place without delays!"
Voordelen: "Nothing was good. Everything was horrible."
Nadelen: "Flight attendants are rude and nasty. They take forever to accommodate you. When you press the flight attendant button to be taken care of. They don't care at all. If you ask for help you're left unhelped."
