Nadelen: "The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it"

I cannot say enough good things about Swiss. I would love to be able to fly Swiss Business again when I travel to Zürich in September 2019."

I’ve been here 5 hours and have not heard a word of announcement from them, our questions are rudely thwarted, and they continue to take half-an-hour to an hour per person with uncertain results. Give use new flights or a hotel."

Nadelen: "Landed in NY @ JFK with a missing luggage. That happens, I know and it can be ok but the sad thing is the very poor the service offered to take care of it. I have tried to call, no answer, I tried the link they gave me to track progress: NOTHING.... Called customer service, they gave me that number and that link telling me it was the only way!!! I am so frustrated right now!!!"

Nadelen: "The flight from Nairobi to Zurich starts in Nairobi, flies an hour south to Dar es Salaam, you then sit on the tarmac for an hour, then you fly north for an hour until you get back to the starting point. I would think they would save money if they flew an empty plane down to Dar es Salaam, picked up those passengers and then flew back to Nairobi. No way should an 8.5 hour flight take over 11.5 hours. Plus my screen didn't work for one of the flights, nearly 12 hours without entertainment was BS. No real variety in their meals either. The first leg had a main meal of beef and potatoes as the meat option, same option for the second leg."

Voordelen: "I appreciated the big meal, dinner, about 2 hours into the flight. Nice to have real metal utensils, not plasticware, to eat with. The 'breakfast' for the overnight flight was more of a throwaway: muffin, granola bar, fresh fruit cup. Nice to get wine, or maybe beer(?), with dinner at no extra charge, served from regular wine bottles, not individual-serving containers."
Nadelen: "$35 per flight leg (Lufthansa policy) to choose seats was distinctly annoying. I didn't know when I booked the flights, so the surprise $70 add-in (for round trip definitely would have figured into the price/schedule choice in the first place."

Voordelen: "Huge selection of movies and entertainment. Good food, especially the fresh salad and vegetarian option for dinner. Good wine selection, the saving grace for what I consider an over sold flight. The service staff was attentive and professional. The pilot and crew were great, I felt very safe."
Nadelen: "Delays in both legs of my trip made connecting flight nerve wracking. Economy seating was horrible. Uncomfortable, too many people stuffed into claustrophobic conditions. The funk was pretty overwhelming. Bathrooms were stinky and ran out of toilet paper. Only the free flowing wine made it tolerable."

Someone really need to get fired, as i wasn't the only one with the same issue and it has been long going, i only hope my bag shows up"

Nadelen: "There was so little leg room on the transatlantic fight that I could not even cross my legs in front of me. And I am a petite woman. My poor husband (thin and tall) could barely fit in his seat"

Nadelen: "Munich airport should be improved far more. it took more than 20 mins to find a toilette. they should install more toilette for the travellers."

Voordelen: "Lots of room on a 747 - Lufthansa will probably retire them all soon. They handled my special meal request online and loaded the meals on the plane."
Nadelen: "The crew didn’t bother to confirm who had requested the special meals, and they perhaps were confused by the size of the wide body rows, so they served my dinner to the passenger in the window seat (seat K) instead of me (seat H) By the time I realized what had happened, my row mate had eaten half the meal. The crew also rammed my knee with a beverage cart while I was dozing. Not the best showing ever..."

Voordelen: "Flew business class. Service and food were excellent!"

Nadelen: "Frankly I don't even remember since it was so early in the morning. Uneventful which I guess is good."

Voordelen: "I liked the food and courteous staff. Our flight was on time in order to connect to our next flight. They assisted us to our waiting wee Lchairs."

Nadelen: "Seat was too small and really uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "friendliness, food, great flight and landing, clean bathrooms. And a big kudos for allowing again 2 suitcases free of charge"

Voordelen: "I was able to squeeze back into Comfort Economy and make my destination, after a messed up miles upgrade - have to be grateful for the small things, right?"
Nadelen: "I was actually upgraded to Business Class through a LH miles award, however, that upgrade was not honored, despite the fact that I had a confirmation email from them. I had to first get to Frankfurt to even negotiate this problem. At the departure point, LH was unable to furnish me a boarding pass to my NY flight. After racing though the huge airport at max speed to make this connection, I was treated rudely at the gate in Frankfurt by LH short tempered ground staff, to the point of even being accused of being the source of the problem and being late for boarding (when I was only accorded an hour connection through this booking, and raised this concern with LH prior). Lastly, the ground crew took away my connecting flight boarding pass and nearly forgot to give me back my luggage tag. The flight crew was Ok, but just did a bare minimum to keep up with the packed and overbooked flight. To top of the joy, I got food poisoning after landing in NYC - not all food they serve was in sealed containers, and it must have been enough to cause a day of misery that followed my arrival - I can assure you that the late time and taxing and docking delays in NYC took away any opportunity to have a normal dinner, and LH food was all I had all day... Not the usual LH experience, but I may give them a break for the next few trips."

Voordelen: "The 747 is a big plane. Each seat had a full entertainment system in the back of the seat ahead. Seats actually reclined! Cannot recommend cabin crew highly enough. Efficient, polite, professional."
Nadelen: "I cannot understand why any airline continues to board forward to aft, forcing people with just a backpack to stack up behind others, allowed to bring obscenely over-sized carry-on bags, wrestling to get their sea chests into the overhead bins. Seat upholstery could have been better for such a long flight. I have "asnahtfuL" permanently embossed on my butt. 747 is an aging craft and this plane had disappointing response to turbulence."

Voordelen: "In The Austria my flight was terrible couse the official people didn’t help me I was with my baby I needed help for stroller for suitcase or something else just the guys watched me with they sad face , they didn’t was nice with me !!!"

The baggages didn't arrive in Montreal (YUL) final destination and was reported in person at the airport but the customer service representative forgot to provide a claim ID number. The following baggages having the bagage tags: LH 093506 and LH 093492 did not arrive at final destination Montreal YUL! Please investigate ASAP and get back to us! I've spent upon arriving at home two hours on the phone and customer service representatives from YUL were totally not helpful in solving the problem!"

Nadelen: "Flight hopelessly delayed leaving Sarajevo. No effort by staff to connect us or hold flights. Missed connection by 15 min. Would not recommend Austrian Airlines. Delays in all parts of this trip - both coming and going"

The of ticket counter at ORD were treating me as a dirt. And unwelcome. I was trying to reason with them, they did NOT want to help."
Nadelen: "It would have been better if back to back with priceline helped me out to get to another flight & they won’t even credit my ticket, so I LOST about $1200 & was excited for my vacation. They were unhelpful & they kept putting me untold & hanging up on me with their ticket agency on phone too."

Nadelen: "Le personnel masculin devrait savoir que tout voyageur n'est pas forcément bilingue. Le repas était vraiment insuffisant. Le petit-déjeuner a été servi 1H avant l'atterrissage! ce qui laisse peu de temps pour se restaurer ainsi que pour la suite... oblige le personnel de cabine à courir pour le rest"

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

The only way to talk to them is to find them at the end of the plane ( where they been chating with each other ) Secondly . The amount of snacks was limited where’s in Turkish airlines it’s unlimited and you can choose different sandwiches whereas in Austrian airilines can offer biscuits and Cookies ;( Thirdly . We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Nadelen: "They are always delayed"

Voordelen: "After flight to Vienna was cancelled, we were put on a flight to Frankfurt instead."
Nadelen: "Kayak sent me an email at 5:16am for an 8:15 am flight titled, "Austrian Airlines flight #704 from PRG on time". It was in fact cancelled. Unfortunately we missed the connection for the flight to Newark, which we were expressly told would be held for us... they shut the door 30 seconds before we arrived, with the plane still at the gate. Had to then go to the only counter in the terminal to see if we could get on standby. Finally got on a flight to JFK instead at 5:15pm."

Nadelen: "Le repas"

Voordelen: "Very organized airline. Friendly staff."

Nadelen: "Somewhat expensive for Vienna - Brussels one way route."

Nadelen: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Nadelen: "Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience"

Nadelen: "Crew members in Amsterdam were very rude and disrespectful"

Voordelen: "Newer plane, crew was amazing, seats were adjustable"

Voordelen: "Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline."

Nadelen: "Vegetarian meal was okay but could be more enjoyable if served with bread at start of meal."

Voordelen: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Nadelen: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Nadelen: "They left my bag off the plane. Ridiculous."

Voordelen: "The space at my feet with the chair in front was a bit akward."
Nadelen: "Not being seated next to small kids. Perhaps they should have a separate section? ;-)"

Voordelen: "One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"
Nadelen: "If I knew how to recline my seat earlier. I did try several times"

Voordelen: "Service was great as usual. Food was very good and entertainment options were great so you won't have to be bored throughout the trip."

Nadelen: "I ordered Wheel chair for my parents but one of them didn't get it at all. When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Nadelen: "I really don't like when at the gate the take your luggage and say you'll be the first to get it at arrival.. And now I'm still waiting.. That's really really annoying"

Nadelen: "The connecting flight is too short of a time. We were late out of LAX and I missed my connection and had to sit in airport for 5 hours. Missed my grandson’s third birthday party. Just made me sad as Travelled from far to try to make it."

Voordelen: "The flight was perfect! Great food,movies and I even got to sleep !"
Nadelen: "All was well!"

Voordelen: "Restrooms clean, decent food and drink, nice cabin crew."

Nadelen: "KLM needs to upgrade the entertainment. It was very hard to see the images on the screen. The planes that KLM uses are old and they sure need to be upgraded."

Nadelen: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."

Voordelen: "Service en business au top. Pour aller de l’europe vers Mexico les sièges sont dans lis confortables sue les vieillissant de l’A380 d’Air France."

Nadelen: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."

Nadelen: "After more than two hours of delay... Initially the flight takes off was at 8:35... Then 21:20... Then 21:50... Then 22:10. Finally we took off at 22:40... Refund our money klm..."

Nadelen: "I paid €60 extra to sit in the emergency door seat to get more leg room but once.i was in the plane learned for more leg room I accepted a smaller seat next to a bathroom and no entertainment. I could not store my belongings near me. No power outlet to charge my devices for my own entertainment on a 7 hour flight. Dealing with constant traffic for the bathroom. I sat in the middle seat between two hours other men. It was a constant struggle arm space. After 7hours in the air I could not wait to get off the plane. If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Voordelen: "The staff were professional and friendly The food was very good and plentiful The inflight entertainment has lots of choices The bathrooms remained clean All in stark contrast with BA with who I did the same flight 2 weeks ago and all the above points were very poor"
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good."
Nadelen: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Ensuite reacheminement en bus ou taxi pour les plus chanceux. Sans qu’on nous donne le moindre repas. Pourtant atterrissage prévu initialement vers 11h. La il est 14h10 passé et le ventre vide et toujours sur la route entre Lyon et Genève."

Voordelen: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."
Nadelen: "The ability to state a seat or meal preference within the app would be good but otherwise all was good."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "Difficult to imagine"

Voordelen: "Very clean. Also, the crew members were so nice."

Voordelen: "Had premium seat. But since you drive with the bus to the airplane you are mixed up with economy for boarding."

Voordelen: "The dinner was ample for airplane food."
Nadelen: "The seat was horribly narrow with little legroom and too much recline (barely room for tray table when person in front of me reclined, and the screen was in my face without being able to change angle). Crew could have been more attentive and generous with water. Beverage service rather limited."

Voordelen: "Nothing! Filth, tight space. Terrible, smelly bathrooms."
Nadelen: "Everything."

Voordelen: "The flight was deleyed and they lost my baggage."

Nadelen: "Give more informations if there is any problem or schedul"

Voordelen: "Latest movies. A few interesting games. You can walk to the galley area and grab snacks/drinks as you wish."
Nadelen: "WiFi please. Seats felt more crammed than other f airlines. LEAVE ON TIME (more than half their flights are delayed, it seems). Check-in desk people should be a bit more friendly, they weren’t rude but they made it obvious that they didn’t want to be there."

Nadelen: "It should better boarding organization, and my flight was late because LOT was waiting for the passengers from different flights which made me nervous about catching my next flight. How could they keep us inside of airplane with temperature outside of 35 degree C one hour to wait for late passengers"

Voordelen: "It was ok."

Voordelen: "The crew was very kind and helpful. Boarding was much more smooth compared to my flight to WAW."
Nadelen: "The seat creaked a lot and seemed to disturb the person sitting to my left when I moved the sitting part forward or back when I needed to."

Nadelen: "We had seats not together. As more of passengers. Only asking to change seats helped"

Voordelen: "The flight WRO to WAW is very short, less than 1h. The seats are comfy and overall the flight is good. They even serve drinks and distribute candy, which is nice."

Nadelen: "Less people on the plane"

Nadelen: "need to move away from stereo type attire and serve the customer"

Voordelen: "It had some interesting movies and food could been great if given two meals. Was able to get more candies and drinks."
Nadelen: "Only one meal to get and could been more variety of movies like in Spanish and Russian and Polish. More music to listen to."

Voordelen: "On vote pour le thème magnifique merci beaucoup"

Voordelen: "Boarding was quick and well organized despite the full flight. In fact check-in and security were pleasantly quick in Budapest. The flight time was almost an hour shorter than scheduled which was a pleasant surprise - it was great to have at least four of the cabin crew who spoke Hungarian. As the people in front of us didn't recline their seats, we had decent legroom. Food was good, cabin crew were attentive."
Nadelen: "Nothing - though arrival in Chicago was not pleasant - huge lines at immigration and customs - took an hour and half from getting off the plane to getting out of the customs hall."

Nadelen: "I fly 35 years at least 2 times a year to different companies. For the first time in the life of the company flew Lot (and the last) and was unpleasantly surprised: 1. The stewardesses did not hide their antipathy towards the native speakers of English and Russian (they were scornful and rude), although they were friendly and attentive to the passengers speaking Polish, 2. The food is tasteless and small (I have ordinary needs)."

Voordelen: "Half-full plane, so more room to stretch out in the smallish seats."
Nadelen: "Plane delayed without any announcement - and up until the moment of departure, we were told we were on time (regardless of what the clock actually said.) Had to sprint to connecting flight in Warsaw to make it on time. Also, there was zero included meals on this flight - just a chocolate wafer and water. You had to pay for anything slightly more substantial (a limited menu of sandwiches.) Small seats, as it is a small plane."
