They could manage protocols but give a reasonable service."

Nadelen: "The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion."

Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."

Nadelen: "Meal service was very disappointing. 16 hour flight with one meal at the beginning, one meal at end, and a small, rather unappetizing hot pocket like sandwich in between? And snack offerings were ice cream, potato chips, candy bars and a few apples (ran out of apples). Need more healthy options. There needs to be a more full meal/snack offering around the half way mark if you are going to keep people from grumbling."

Nadelen: "Food is not up to the standard. They make announcements that there will be snacks like sandwiches and ice creams, but they don't offer that openly. You have to ask for snacks. Now we, US citizens don't like to ask for food just so you know. The crew should offer. if we don't need the food, we can always say no."

Nadelen: "I didn't appreciate the fact that Qatar opened so late at the Abu Dhabi airport, nor did I appreciate that the woman who printed out my boarding pass royally screwed up and printed gate 8 , when in fact it was gate 3. That was total BS. Supposing I missed my flight due to her negligence ??"

Nadelen: "This was the worst airline I have flown with. I booked my tickets last minute, it was for me and my 4 month old son. I had 3 suitcases a stroller and 2 carryons. I had paid for the suitcases, but because I was traveling alone I went there with my husband and he politely asked if they could please take the carryons on the plane because she can’t carry everything by herself. The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

Nadelen: "The staff was not great. An issue with a first class customers made them move around economy customers like they ' really not even people but utilities, all that for that one person. If they would have informed and talked with the other customers that would have been fine but being treated like a piece of furniture isn't nice. Plus, continuous strikes in Belgium see a joke, check-in luggages delayed for plenty of airlines. This country doesn't even know what strike mean anymore being so often..."

Nadelen: "i had asked for an aisle seat and ended up on seat 7C which is the one that is next to the seat where the stewardess sits down. I wouldn't have minded at all but my seat and the one next to it didnt recline anywhere near as much as every other seat in the whole airplane. It was really uncomfortable for me and the person who was seating next to me. Hopefully this will be the last time i get stuck in that kind of seat."

Nadelen: "The flight from Los angeles was 3 hours late when I got to Instanbul Turkey was nobody there to help us I lost my flight and they lie to us about available flights I ask them to speak to a supervisor they told me the only Supervisor was outside the airport they wanted me to pay $30 for a visa and go through customs was the first time I flew Turkish airways and will be the last one"

Nadelen: "I have never had a worse experience with booking travel and I vow to avoid Kayak and any related services. This has been truly one of the most terrible travel experiences. The flights were changed (not a big deal) and I was told I was due a refund. After three 1-1.5 hour calls no such refund has come and both agencies says the other is due to provide. I am furious and will never use Kayak or Justfly again."

Voordelen: "We were hesitant about flying Turkish Airlines. In the past they have had bad reviews and there had just been the terrorist bombing at the airport. But the flights to Croatia were cheap so we bought. The food was great and plentiful. Staff were very polite. We had a night flight to Istanbul and both my wife an I were able to stretch out in empty middle rows seats and sleep. I would definitely fly them again. They are very underrated."

Nadelen: "The Sabiha Gökçen airport in Istanbul is discrageful, and changing flights there is always a horrible experience. But this is not, of course, the fault of THY. The airport is simply too small for the current number of flights."

Nadelen: "There were enormous crowds at Sabiha Gökçen airport. The flight connections were late due to bad weather, and I nearly missed my connection to Brussels. There was no information and no help, and the gate was already closed. The people at the ground terminal knew no foreign languages. All they could say was 'I do not know. This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Nadelen: "My flight was supposed to leave at 3 am. Not was delayed till 4:30. I had only 25 minutes to catch the other flight. I made it last minute. I asked the Turkish airline representative at the gate if my bag is on the plane. He said "yes". When I arrived to London I couldn't fibd my bag. I spent more than an hour looking for it since the employee assured me it was loaded to the plane, the person who was waiting to pick me yo had to pay around 15£ parking and wait for one hour and a half. I arrived without luggage. I have everything in the bag, my umbrella, jacket, cloths, pajamas, underwater, everything... the allowance that Turkish Airlibe said they will give allowed me to only buy a Pajama. I am totally NOT satisfied. I will not travel on this Airlibe again"

Voordelen: "We were flying on their newest Airbus A350-900. It’s a bummer. More seats, less room, not a very nice experience for eight hours. Packed in like sardines. I have travelled LH to Eu the last six summers. I intend to look for a new airline."
Nadelen: "They have cut back on everything: food, service, breathing space. Their breakfast was truly a joke-a small muffin, four tiny pieces of fruit, and a package of two Oreo cookies. For breakfast -agh. And their reduced staffing barely made it around to serve coffee before we landed."

Voordelen: "Did not make this flight due to lines at Frankfurt security. Customer service has been awful, had to wait two hours to speak to anyone and ended up purchasing another flight because they sold out of all decent connections."

Nadelen: "I didn’t like it because when I asked for a big water bottle, they refused to gove it to me while I am sick and suffer dry throat. The space is rather small. If you are 5ft 5 and above person, I honestly would suggest you buy extra legroom for comfortable purposes. Also, there is like 1 restroom on the whole plane and if you sot at the end, you are screw. Lets not forget that they delayed our flights like 4 hours and only gave us 1 voucher for snack. I don’t expect the experience will be fancy but this is a total disappointment!"

Nadelen: "In business class the room for feet was too narrow. One of our seats had the metal framing in middle of my back bothersome."

Voordelen: "The staff was courteous,friendly and helpful. The Plane was on time. There was no short supply of liquids. The Crew made every effort to make our flight pleasant as possible. The in seat computer system worked very well, easy to use with good choices for entertainment. The staff apologized for the hot conditions during boarding."
Nadelen: "The PA system at the gate was not clear. The plane was almost unbearably hot during boarding. Our first snack on an 11 hour flight was stale pretzels and lukewarm orange juice, but this may have been from my choice of products. The food did get better as my expectations were not that high after the first round. The headphones were mono not stereo."

Voordelen: "The Lufthansa crew and planesnare always top notch."
Nadelen: "Long wait time to board, delay of approx 40 min without any update on what was happening. I believe however that is not the fault of Lufthansa crew but rather the SJJ airport staff. I also have one star for entertainment bc there is no option for “not applicable”- this airbus was not equipped with a television or other entertainment options as the flight length is merely an hour."

Nadelen: "A flight attendant from Bucharest to Frankfurt kept bumping her behind in my shoulder. Before this she was not helpful when I asked her where to put my bag. She shoukd not work with people if she does not like them. Otherwise, everything was great: food, space, movies."

Voordelen: "Crew on board were excellent."
Nadelen: "There was a 40 minute delay in the Athens airport, which precipitated a race to catch the connection in Munich to Boston. Also, the food was below par. Nothing you'd get from the old Lufthansa..."

Nadelen: "Baby kept most of the cabin up for three hours of a six-and-half hour flight. I know this isn't Lufthansa's fault, but they did little to help. Also, business class seats are too hard!"

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very kind and attentive. Our flight was delayed twice, once in Frankfurt for late luggage and the ground crew left without pushing back the plane, then again in Seattle for a plane on the tarmac on fire. A 10 hour flight turned into 14 hours but I still enjoyed it. There was plenty of leg room and the seats were very comfortable. The entertainment was very enjoyable and the meals were satisfying. For such a long haul Lufthansa made the time flyby."

Nadelen: "Poor organisation at the airport (maybe notGulfAir's fault). Flight slightly delayed. Gate changed at last minute, board said "Boarding now", but we then waited something like 30 minutes at the new gate to actually start boarding."

Voordelen: "I' not sure which flight this relates to. I've taken economy and business class and clearly the business class is better but economy is fine. The crew were good in both classes and whilst the food in business was better I didn't have a problem in economy either."
Nadelen: "Check in was fine and very friendly but boarding could be better particularly in business. At Heathrow it was a bit chaotic as all classes seemed to be mixed up so it was difficult for priority passengers such as disabled to get through everyone crowded up to the desks and the same applied for business class as well. The IFE wasn't too bad but it could be better. Bahrain airport is a mess and the boarding gates seem to be more like corridors with seats in them so it's difficult again when they call for business class passengers as unless you are already at the front you have to try to work your way through. I believe the airport is being rebuilt. If so then things will probably improve. I'm not sure why there needs to be 2 security checks within a few yards of each other when transiting between flights. they don't have this problem in Doha."

Nadelen: "The food needs to improve and the movies are old. The actual flight was nice."

Voordelen: "Business class was really enjoyable with a flat bed. Food was delicious and served with a smile. Crew was helpful and easy to talk to."
Nadelen: "Entertainment and selection of movies could be improved. The Hollywood movies did not work, others did."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Economy sets are too tight and cramped. Cup holder was good for nothing, i tried to put my soft drink bottle in it and it slipped right out the bottom and when I tried to put a cup of water in it supplied by the crew it wouldn't fit! When I reclined my seat to sleep the passenger behind me pushed my seat hard back to upright position. When I turned around to ask why the rude response I realized that he was a tall fellow and his knees were already touching the back of my seat so when I reclined it, it hurt him and he had no where to move his legs. I couldn't do or say much as I understood his misery and therefore kept my seat up the whole way for 5 hours! The flight was full and neither of us could relocate to another seat."

Nadelen: "Better coordination between stewards."

Voordelen: "Seat was not comfortable TV and the hand set was not used friendly Scrambled eggs on the breakfast was really not good ...., sorry !!! Finally the smell of the J class area was bad Like old shoes smell !!!!! Sorry to say that but it was like that Next time please take care of this"

Nadelen: "Gulf air staff at cairo airport refused to give me the boarding pass of the 2nd flight while i was returning from cairo, while in dubai they gave me both boarding passes Although i told them the layover is under an hour Luckily bahrain airport accepts mobile check in and i barely caught the flight"

Nadelen: "On my way from London to Bahrain the flight was having two toilets in non working condition through out the flight. So only two were operational. Whatever the issue was never fixed till we reached Bahrain."

Nadelen: "Only issue I had was a 5 hour layover in Cairo, not long enough to explore so just sitting in the airport, and there is no wifi available in the airport, even at Starbucks nothing. Apparently an airport rule, but it sucks with a long layover."

Aux 2/3 du vol, nous avons eu l’Impression d’être dans un sauna. Atroce ! Alors que d’habitude j’ai toujours froid !"

Nadelen: "1. The plane was hot. In the Middle East they don't turn on the AC whilst on the ground. They only turn it on when in the air?!?! 2. The food was basic! I ordered the Seafood and it had 3 overcooked shrimp and baked fish. Not tasty at all. The bread was hard as a rock! 3. Boarding was like a cattle call!! Kind of like Southwest Airlines! 4. The Takeoff, Cruise and Landing was NOT bad at all! 5. I guess being an American, it was FOOLISH of me to ask for Ginger Ale on this Egyptian Flight!! 6. When I landed in Cairo, it would have been helpful to know that while going through Customs, I would need to purchase a Egypt Entry Visa fee for $25.00, but since I didn't know that, I waited in line for 20 minutes ONLY to have the Customs agent tell me that I had to go purchase one, then get back I line for ANOTHER 20 minutes!!!!!!! UGGHHHHHH!! 7. I flew on an Airbus that didn't have plug in for your phones to charge (maybe that's just a Boeing thing)."

Nadelen: "The plane, supposed to take off at 6 pm crashed into another plane on the JFK tarmac around 7 pm. An hour later we were deplaned and then were uncoordinatedly brought to a shuttle... took 90 minutes to get transported to a hotel... that didn't have capacity for all... then another hotel... still no capacity for all... so I took an uber to another hotel on my own. It's 1 am before I get to my room and crash (no pun intended). Besides the incompetent organizational response in a crisis: The plane was not cleaned Dry -- no alcohol on board Food was meh. Looooooong 36 hours with Egyptair."

Nadelen: "Egyptair online check-in failed to issue the boarding pass, just managed to change my seat. The same failure occurred on my way back to Cairo, and reasons are not clear!"

I also had a dog that was connecting with me on Emirates, they couldn't figure out the price for the dog at all. We started with $600 and went down to $188 which I was told on the phone. People working at check in should be way more knowledgeable of other things than just regular paper work and not giving travelers attitude because"
