My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

Nadelen: "The service was worse than poor. The planes seay table had hair and dandruff all over it. The air hostesses handed me the food two isles away and I had to hand it to my whole row. I would never pay this price for business class for this airline or ever trust Kayak to give good options."
Nadelen: "Flight#1 was late. I missed the connecting flight to Basel. I have to stay overnight in Brussels and fly VERY early to Basel in the morning."

Nadelen: "When TAP couldn’t get me to Lisbon in time to make my connection they added a flight to Madrid where I waited until 16:00 to fly to Seville. I talked to several TAP representatives and none were helpful or apologetic and they offered me nothing for the problems they caused. I missed my only day in Seville due to this. This trip turned out to be a disaster."

Nos meus últimos 3 vôos pela TAP, a tripulação vem se mostrando muito mais cordial e até mesmo divertida, sendo bastante simpática. Ainda pode melhorar? Claro que sim, mas agora não tenho mais "medo" de pedir um copo d'água a mais para os comissários."
Nadelen: "Sei que a tendência dos vôos low cost é não oferecer muito conforto aos passageiros, mas o espaço entre as cadeiras está ridículo até mesmo para pessoas com estatura mediana como eu (1,80 m). A poltrona, apesar de não reclinar, era até confortável, mas os meu joelhos ficaram espremidos pela poltrona da frente. Sem contar que, para um vôo de 3h, deveria ser disponibilizado algum entretenimento, mesmo que através do wifi (como já fazem as cias. brasileiras - se no Brasil já fazem, qualquer país do mundo é capaz de fazer!)"

Was told on check-in that flight did not include checked luggage which is bizzare/unreal for an international flight especially since I also paid to upgrade my ticket. Even in explaining to me the person on the phone was rude. This was very disappointing as I had such an amazing trip to end on this sour note. (2) The boarding process took forever. They made us line up about 45 minutes before we actually boarded. So we were all standing around as opposed to being seated in waiting area. We did not board until after our take-off time. (3) Seats were really tight, uncomfortable and don't recline much."
Voordelen: "Check-in and baggage drop was fast. Food was good. Cabin crew did their job. Economy plus seats are comfortable and leg room was ok (I'm 1,84m tall). So, smooth and easy flight."

The thing that was really bad is a day sprayed pesticides there out the plane before we took off and I feel like I have a cold now because of it my throat is really sore it's just a really weird thing to do to have the whole crew walking up and down with aerosol can spraying pesticides all over the guests."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "They cancelled the flight, losted the baggage and couldn't help to resolve the problem. They also lied about the flight they wanted to replace to solve the problem which even didn't exist in their company. So, I will never ever take the flight from this compound again."
Nadelen: "They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

Nadelen: "You get what you pay for! Boarding was very disorganized. Lot of standing around for no good reason. Food and drink service was mediocre -- they ran out of stuff."

Nadelen: "After we had to turn around to BOS because of a technical issue with the plane, the customer server was really unhelpful! I ended up figuring out a completely other flight, through another airline and booked myself on that flight. I worked with this Airline almost an hour to get myself on it and then it seems that it took TAP Portugal that hour PLUS SOME to suggest alternate flights to other stranded passengers."

They always came past to check to see if a passenger needed anything. Free bags is amazing then free pillows blankets and headphones I really hope I get to fly with them on my next flight abroad"

Nadelen: "The men who were working the boarding were absolute brutes. Rude, hostile, completely unprofessional. Treated many people horribly and then acted smugly upon boarding."
Nadelen: "No vegetarian meals, unless you request it 48 hours in advance. Seats are incredibly uncomfortable and the planes are old. Compared to the entertainment services provided on other aircrafts for other aircraft providers, the experience is abysmal. Bathroom was also not well attended."

Voordelen: "Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!"

The one easyjet person that we could find had no clue and all he could do was try and hurry everyone up which added to the panic and made it worse. I won’t be rushing back to france."

Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I will not be flying with Easyjet again and will tell everyone I know of my experience with Easyjet's physically invasive, inappropriate staff."

Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Voordelen: "Appreciate that the situation with the Virgin flight meant that safety checks had to be completed before we could take off. Cabin crew were very chatty, but a free drink or packet if peanuts would have been appreciated. Had a similar delay with a BA flight in June and they gave us a soft drink from the bar as a gesture of goodwill."
Nadelen: "Once airborne, it would have been good if the pilot could have made up lost time and got us to Malta with less of a delay. Bloke next to me was downing beers and either had a stunning hangover or raging cold. His eyes were bright red and his breath was hideous. Made the whole flight a really unpleasant experience."

I know better so I got food at the airport. Delivery of luggage in Basel was relatively fast. As long as we are all willing to make cheap price the most important items in our choices we will get this treatment. You get what you pay for"

Nadelen: "Ripped off on baggage overweight charge. $135.00 for 16lbs overweight. The entire flight was down right miserable because it was not just cold it was artic. Flight crew and check-in crew were unfriendly. Will never use Kiwi.com or easyJet again."

Nadelen: "A humiliating flight experience. Even though we paid for seating on the plane, we also paid for luggage. We arrived with 2 standard trolleys and before boarding the plane they forced us to send them. It did not help that I explained that in the suitcases there were things we needed for flying, valuables, and fragile objects. The crew member was rude and forced us to pull out our belongings: a laptop, a professional camera with a big lens, two books, two porcelain items we bought and we were afraid to send in the big suitcase, two bottles of drinks and two sandwiches. Passports and wallets. I begged the crewman to let me go with at least one suitcase, but he replied rudely that he did not care !!! There was a lot of room on the plane, in the cells. The crew agreed with me. They tried to help and brought me an orange garbage bag so I could put all my belongings in it ... really humiliating !!!"

Nadelen: "It's a trap, if you sum all the fees and extras, then you realize that it's no low cost. The personal are rude, offensive, the plane is uncomfortable, the takeoff and landing were messy."

Voordelen: "Royal Air Moroc is a quality airline. Service oriented and professional gentlemen serving onboard. The 787 Dreamliner is a nice aircraft to fly in and the inflight entertainment and flight map were of high quality. My checked bag arrived expeditiously on both sectors."
Nadelen: "On the regional side, the customer service agents do not make gate announcements informing passengers that the flight is boarding. On both domestic flights, the CSR’s just yelled out that the flight was boarding...in Arabic. This was a source of confusion."

Voordelen: "I was terrified after reading reviews for Royal Moroc Air. Every aspect of the flight went well. Baggage check in was smooth. Boarding the flight was the same. The plane was new, clean and spacious. The crew were courteous and professional. My bag was waiting when I arrived to baggage claim."

Voordelen: "We were late at Casablanca airport again late when we landed at jfk so I was late for 2 hours so I missed my transit from jfk to Philadelphia I struggled the whole to get home"

Voordelen: "like flying used to be. free, high quality food, pillows, blankets, comfort kits that included socks, earplugs and eye masks. friendly staff. beautiful new 787. the puddle jumper from Casablanca to Agadir is much less comfortable. It's an older, smaller plane. No amenities at all but still very friendly staff. they are only 6% on time for the JFK-Casablanca route but they boarded and pulled away from the gate on time. the tower made them wait on the runway for 2 hours due to traffic, so I suspect that terrible statistic isn't the airline's fault."
Nadelen: "the phone charging stations never work or only work when you hold your charging cord just so. annoying."
Voordelen: "The crew was really nice. The person sitting next to me smelled terrible and made me feel sick to my stomach, so I approached a steward, who was very understanding and let me move seats. I ended up getting a whole row to myself since the flight wasn’t completely booked!"
Nadelen: "There was some disorganization at the beginning. I was not really sure what was going on, but we had to move gates and everything. It ended up being fine, though. The guy sitting next to me had horrible body odor, but a steward let me change seats. And a guy behind me was snoring VERY loudly throughout the whole flight, but that couldn’t really be helped by the airline."
Voordelen: "Take off and landing were exceptionally smooth. Good pilots and a clean plane."
Nadelen: "The food-not good! Transit-more needs to be done for passengers who are connecting to other flights. Airport staff are just dismissive and seem uninterested."

Voordelen: "This flight wasn't royal air Maroc and Qatar airways was excellent."

Nadelen: "About everything else. The boarding process was chaotic, slow, and lacked any sort of communication. No one was queuing properly and the airline staff failed to address this or even announce we were boarding! Had to bus there and this was slow and tedious. Had the same problem with queuing once at the plane. Flight was delayed and this was not mentioned or apologized for at all. The seats were jammed in and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were disgusting and not checked by staff. Landing was barely announced. Just an awful airline all around. Won’t book with them again if I can help it!"
Nadelen: "I arrived from Tunis with late time more than 45 min ,I must run to reach my connection to Washington during a rush hour... boarding in time but comfort and food need to be seen and revue. Entertainment need an up date a lot of old movies and a lot of screens were not working and need to be fixed. It was a very bad experience with 5 days delay and no one helped me to fix the situation . even kayak sent old information about my trip."

Nadelen: "Very small aircraft, no space and filled to capacity. Could not even get up to walk and stretch, essential for such a long flight. Very uncomfortable. My entertainment system did not work, staff tried rebooting, still didn't work. Their answer? Go to another seat, BUT the plane was full. NOT HELPFUL."
Nadelen: "I cant even begin to describe this airline. They have no customer service and they make no provisions for their customers. They oversold the flight and when you are 1 min late, they give away your seat ,even though they is a 2 hr delay. There was a cockroach on the plane, and the sad thing is that they had cockroach spay on the plane. This should not be. New tickets had to be bought my my other family, although their flight was delayed. I am definitely reporting them to the better business bureau. They should not be in business at all. Never again"

Nadelen: "We started boarding late at Casa's airport and then it was done in the messiest way possible with no row calls. It therefore lasted much longer than it should have and we left late, as we often do we RAM."

Nadelen: "The airline decided to switch the service to Hifly with zero time to react. Got the notification in the morning and didn't know what to think. It was good service overall, but RAM crew poorly managed the passengers. The bus to the aircraft was not air conditioned and you literally boil inside waiting to be release. Overall, poor communication about the flight and the reasons for delay."
Nadelen: "Baggage was slow, chaotic (didn't specify the flight number on the carousel screen)."
Nadelen: "Delayed, 1hr without notification nor apologies from waitresses and responsibles. Bad food and no enough for more options. When food givers arrived they ask : chicken or fish. When you tell them fish they say sorry I only have chicken left. Overall nothing was good. Can I give half star to Royal Air Maroc?"
Nadelen: "Staff not helpful for a mum travelling alone with 2 kids . Rude passenger complaining about a baby waking up . No flexibility to adapt to our sons food allergy concerns ,"

Nadelen: "They say they provide people with a lounge (salon) to rest in while in transit but the place has no clean toilets, and not Bligh seats to relax and be comfortable. The planes have no entertainment and I feel as though I was targeted and asked to move my seat 3 times before take off! Will not be flying Air Maroc anytime soon."
Voordelen: "Crew were very attentive and professional. That was refreshing!"
Nadelen: "The food really was bad. For a 11.5 hour layover, the Relax Hotel failed to honor Dinner that had been authorized by Air Maroc, though I suspect they will charge the airline for it. I really would have preferred food voucher(s) that I could use for food at the airport."

Nadelen: "No arrangement for strollers and no consideration for parents traveling with kids at the Yaoundé Airport. The Yaoundé airport leadership is truly lacking and customer service is mere reference. Rudeness and unnecessary bad attitude. No coordination between the in-cabin crew and ground operation for the delivery of strollers on the side of the airplane. The signage at Casablanca Mohamed V airport needs improvement. It is very confusing for transit passengers. Almost everyone was asking for directions or where to to go next. The Casablanca airport has no arrangements for diaper change for a male traveling parent. Only one bathroom on the WHOLE terminal requiring plenty of walking"

Nadelen: "All services provided was subpar in presentation. Staff was rude and inconsiderate."
Nadelen: "customer service is horroble , i didnt find my luguage , nobody to talk to , very horrible company ."
Nadelen: "We were denied boarding passes when we arrived *before* the boarding desk closed according to the Air Maroc website (45-50 minutes before take-off) but *after* the local employees like to close the desk (60 minutes). None of the employees denied what was on the website, or that we were there 56 minutes before the flight took off. They nevertheless would not let us check in, and our vacation was ruined. We had to buy last-minute flights to avoid missing our trans-atlantic return home. We received zero compensation, nor any acknowledgement that they had wronged us, but the next day the changed the website! Filing a dispute, but I assume it will be ignored."
Voordelen: "When I finally reached my destination!!"
Nadelen: "Crying child for 3 solid hours! A lot of children but this this child was unmanageable! Parents had no control."
Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable and the landing and take off were done smoothly."
Nadelen: "We ordered kosher meals. There were 5 of us. They brought us vegetarian food and said this is what they have. After explaining that we can't eat that food, otherwise we would have ordered it, they said it's normal and that we should have brought food. They didn't even apologize. Their careless behavior was rude and unacceptable. How can u let 5 people go hungry for 7 hours? The bathrooms were so dirty and smelled! There was urine on the floor and I heard many passengers mention it to them, they still didn't clean it. It definitely the last time I fly Royal Air Maroc. It saddens me to not use the local airline. Especially since I'm born in that Country. I, sadly can not recommand this airline to anyone who eats Kosher."

This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked."

Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"
Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"
Nadelen: "Delay 90minutes.. Miss the rent a car.. Lost a bunch of money. Never again Ryanair"

Most of the wait was done indoors, while the last 15 min or so were spent outside, waiting for the plane and watching as the passengers from the flight that just landed were getting off.. immediately after they all got off, our group boarded... no one cleaned the plane... never flying Rayanair again...."

Nadelen: "They try to push you to buy all sorts of products on the flight, including food. Nothing is free. Separate fees for printing tickets, confusing process, disorganized boarding."

Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."

Nadelen: "I was not allowed to come aboard because of not showing passport. This was a bad surprise to me."
Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."

Voordelen: "Overall a great flight! Uncomplicated and easy even for a family of five. We got a great deal on the flights and service was good!"

Nadelen: "My hardshell luggage was heavily damaged during the flight and the policy of the company makes it almost impossible to get a refund that is otherwise guaranteed by any air travel company. They have created a loophole that is impossible to exit in what I can assume is the majority of the cases they receive."
