Nadelen: "What could have been better is: - the email that the airline generates and senda to people a couple of days prior to flight directs you to a site where you are supposed to fill in the blanks. About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

Nadelen: "Not a lot of legroom in my Premium Economy seat (10C). Seat itself just OK, the high price isn't justified. This flight is usually about one hour late and it was."

Nadelen: "We are regularly taking this flight for end of the year snd in summer. For no reasons whatever if it is in France or in Vienna, the flight is delayed of minimum 2 hours! It was the case once more the case. And all without communication as it is normal! And it looks like this is normal as the flight from yesterday was also leaving at 19h05. This is a joke."

Voordelen: "From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. Nadelen: "Rang twice for attendants when I dropped my phone behind the seat. Instructed at beginning of flight to not attempt to retrieve an item behind the seat and to have an attendant helped. No one responded to me, so I got it myself. Wasn’t a big deal, but I don’t appreciate being soundly ignored"

Nadelen: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

Nadelen: "I had a weelchair and nobody assist me in Viene in Austria"

Voordelen: "it was mess, so I cant say positive thing"
Nadelen: "Well, it was all messed up by kayak and priceline. I clearly stated in your search engine I want flight with checked baggage, for which you gave me results. What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."

Voordelen: "The flight staff was very attentive, professional, and polite. It seemed like they were always bringing the passengers things like snacks and drinks. We never felt like we needed anything. This was my first time flying to Europe and flying with Swiss. I will definitely choose them again!"

No option to pay for a second luggage; the company website very unclear about the luggage policy; no contact information as well as no web payment service; days before my flight, spent a lot of time and efforts to know that I could pay for a second luggage at the airport on my departure; 2. Paid $120 or so for the second luggage!!!??? After decades flying Austrian I will try switching to your competitors."

Nadelen: "Online check-in process. Boarding pass not available to be added to wallet. Unable to view; had to have the boarding pass emailed to me. No option to set up SMS tracking foe flight status."

Nadelen: "Their online luggage fee sucks. I had to pay again at the counter when my online purchases didn’t show up on their computer. Ended up paying a higher luggage fee at the counter. Not good!"

Nadelen: "There isn't enough space on plane to enjoy the flight, it was more of, you have to go from one location to another. If it was more than 2 hours, I would have hated it even more."

Voordelen: "I liked the explanation given by the pilot when we finally got our seats on the plane. Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."
Nadelen: "The crew called the gate, allowed the entire flight to pass through the gate and then as we stood in the boarding gang way told us the flight had been delayed by the captain but they did not have any more information. We were then held for 2 hours sitting on the floor because the crew had taken our boarding cards and didn't want us to return to the terminal. At least I didn't pay for any upgrades as that was a just sitting on the floor closer to the plane. Funny how the plane miraculously got better when people started to talk about compensation!"

Nadelen: "My flight cancelled. I waited 3hours in the flight. They said they provide the bus instead of flight. Now, I waiting 2 hours for they provide bus."

Nadelen: "Horrible experience with Alitalia. They boarded us on a plane that had a wheel issue, and kept us on the ground for 2 hours before they decided to de-plane us. We then had to wait in a 5+ HOUR LINE to get rerouted (nope, they won't handle these issues online or over the phone, you have to wait in line). And THEN they wanted us to wait in a 2 hour line to re-drop off our bags. We got stuck overnight in Rome and were put in a horrible Hilton Garden Inn and barely made it in time to use our coupon for a "free meal" (aka, frozen meatballs and stale bread in a buffet that had been sitting out all night). On our flight back, the food was absolutely terrible, the movie selections were old and scarce, and the seats were uncomfortable. We called to complain as soon as we got home and still have not heard back from Alitalia. I will never fly with them again."

Nadelen: "KLM switched to Alitalia right at online check in time, which made things very confusing. Even the flight number changed. It would have helped if KLM would have let customers know this in advance."

Nadelen: "There was no entertainment on this flight"

Nadelen: "We paid for bags. Called to check the bags were included and on a technicality alitila charged for bags again. When we asked why, we were told this happens all the time. It seems alitila relays on this to rip of foreigners. This is despicable. This happened twice from two different booking companies and only with Alitalia. I will follow this up next week."

Nadelen: "Delay! I missed my connection! Had to spend a night in Rome! Had to be late to work Monday morning."

Nadelen: "Oldest plane I've seen in recent years, crew barely acknowledged our presence (talked to each other the whole time), no working air conditioning, and big metal boxes in front of the window seats that take up all of the leg room (yes these seats aren't cheaper."

The coup de grace, probably not Alitalia's fault, but JFK"s , we sat on the terminal after we landed for 45 minutes waiting for a place to park the plane."

Nadelen: "Worst airline company ever. Lost my baggage for 4 days although a friend of mine on the exact same flight with me received his. I'm on a snowboarding trip and they lost all my gear and basically made it impossible to enjoy my vacation. I sent 3 emails and no one has contacted me yet! I agree that these things might occur but the airline has to take responsibility for their mistakes and address the issues.
