Voordelen: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."
Nadelen: "They didn't have place to put garbage on the airplane, we tried to stuff it in the bathroom once, we just left the rest in the empty seat next to us. Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."
Voordelen: "When check-in online I was given 1st row seats, as a result I was treated as an excellence customer. Great service."

Nadelen: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."
Voordelen: "at the check in. I've been asked to pay because my booking didn't show that I included 1 in cabin bag and 1 ship for each traveler. I had to pay because I wasn't going to lose my flight. I ask you to check my booking please."
Nadelen: "Plane boarded early. Then we sat for 45 minutes past our departure time while they did unspecified maintenance on the plane. Poorly organized and chaotic."

Nadelen: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

Nadelen: "This is what I noticed while checking in the last gate before we board. We were singled out with a few other people to be additional screened in questions. When we were done, there were about more than 10 individuals who were waiting to pass the gate and about over 50 waiting in line. We noticed that the European descent individuals with bigger bags were not question and allowed to pass through. We were stop and was informed we have to pay for our luggage. The rep took our credit card and scanned it and when we asked how much she informed us the amount will be appeared in our next statement. How did she not even know?? Lastly, the individual in front of us had the same luggage (if not bigger) and didn’t even have to beck his in!"

They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Missed my connection in Morocco and got another flight over 6 hours later with no accommodation. Terrible food and entertainment. Boarding started an hour later but no communication again!"

Nadelen: "I didnt like the fact that im a paying customer and when i pressed the flight attendant call button to get the attention of a cabin crew, waited for about 15 minutes and nobody showed up, bear in mind that it wasnt the busiest time of flight. I had to wake up the customer sitting next to me so i can walk to the back galley where i found 4 cabin crew members sitting down and chit chatting about their personal lives completely ignoring the chime/sound and light above my seat when i pressed the F/A call button. When i asked for water, one of the cabin crew members pointed towards a bottle of bottle and told me to serve myself as if im a non-paying customer. I paid for my ticket, why should i do their job. In a nutshell, the customer service sucks, for least money i could have taken another airline with better service."

Nadelen: "Had a two-leg flight with them. Needed to get second boarding pass in Casablanca (for some reason they would not issue both boarding passes simultaneously). It was absolute chaos trying to get the second boarding pass. Waited in line for about two hours. Some people missed their flights while doing so. On the plane, the seat selection I had made online at booking was not honored."

Nadelen: "Extremely slow and disorganized boarding process. After a child threw-up on the flight, staff was inattentive to assist family."
Nadelen: "Royal Air Maroc decided to combine two flights. This created a lot of confusion at the airport as we waited for a new flight number before going through security. All of the passengers were confused because we weren't sure which flight number to use for the gate -- now that an additional stop was added to the itinerary. While all of the crew were courteous and helpful, the overall operation was confusing resulting in unnecessary stress. No food service offered, even water."
Nadelen: "The crew, ground staff at the airport and the managerial staff are the rudest i have ever seen. They are not apologetic for delays ,flight postponements and any inconviniences they cause to passengers. I literally had a screaming fit to get some service."
Nadelen: "Boarding. Separate line for Business Class needed."
Voordelen: "not over-booked, so was able to get my own row to sleep, efficient generally"
Nadelen: "male flight attendants and staff are a bit surly - some of the new security requirements, like having to check in computer and iPad when coming tot he US from Morocco, were not adequately explained or handled in a customer-service-oriented manner"
Voordelen: "The food was good, although I think there should be a more easily accessed vegetarian option."
Nadelen: "However, there was several delays. We took off late with sporadic and drawn out boarding, and while the crew was pleasant when serving food and drink, anytime there was turbalance or delays they could be very brusque and unpleasant, even raising their voices to passengers over misunderstandings following delays. When we finally landed, we taxied for close to an hour with no explanation, and this is the largest incidence of when the crew was unpleasant with passengers. Instead of explaining the situation, they yelled and raised their voices to get passenger compliance."
Nadelen: "Pain et viennoiserie glacial."
Voordelen: "The plane was clean and the pilot provided a safe flight environment."
Nadelen: "All services provided was subpar in presentation. Staff was rude and inconsiderate."

Nadelen: "Poor broading procedure."

Nadelen: "Air Maroc - I'm throwing my safar flyer card in the trash and flying air Brussels from now. You guys shouldnt be allowed to operate an airline."
Voordelen: "When I finally reached my destination!!"
Nadelen: "Crying child for 3 solid hours! A lot of children but this this child was unmanageable! Parents had no control."
