Ce qui m'a plus. Le professionnalisme du personnel, le sourire au rendez-vous. Pourquoi ne pas proposer (ou vendre un magazine) à bord ?

The flight was delayed for almost two hours. We had to wait in the bus before boarding for 30’.

Je n ai pas pu embarquer tout simplement car le vol était retardé de plus d'une heure, ceci a eu une répercussion sur ma correspondance je me suis vu contraint d'annuler les deux vols Je vous déconseille fortement de passer par un opérateur tel que kiwi. Me proposant des solution aberrantes (jusqu'à 15h de vol au lieux de 2h) sans autres alternatives. Lorsque l'on tente de les contacter on vous demande votre numéro de réservation et en ce qui me concerne on me répondait qu'il n'existait aucun numéro de réservation avant de raccrocher. Plus jamais

Kayak ne devrait pas référencer des ires aussi peu sérieux, c'est dommage pour sa notoriété..."
Voordelen: "I called flight network and was put on hold for about five minutes, simply to get an answer to the question of the baggage allowance - I didn’t see it anywhere when booking the wiz air ticket. They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"
Nadelen: "That I wa given false information that cost me a huge amount of money, And that the booking page does not make it easy to add baggage information."
Voordelen: "I liked how the crew on the plane worked. Very nice."
Nadelen: "I didn't like the tedious boarding process when we were all herded into a very confined space. Also there was a cabin baggage issue that came up that might have been avoided if the new policy would have been made more obvious during the ticket purchase process."
Nadelen: "1. The check in was delayed and very chaotic. 2. The landing was horrible 3. The plane was not comfortable ."

Nadelen: "FUYEZ WIZZAIR.... quels escrocs!! on a du payer près de 150€ en plus à 3 pour nos cartes d'embarquement car nous n'avions pas pu le faire en ligne (leur site ne fonctionnait pas!) et le gars nous explique "c'est normal, c'est ça les compagnies lowcost" on ne nous y prendra pas deux fois!"
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by 45 mins, and on board there was no water in the bathroom basins. This was known by staff, but they didn’t warn me as I went in, so I didn’t find out until I had already put soap in my hands"

Nadelen: "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I submitted a complain and hope to get a credit or refund. Confirmation code: L3QZWB"
Nadelen: "Man at the checkin did not have a clue that WIZZAIR flight was delayed at 05/04/2018. I missed meeting with my family. Waited for a long time at boarding gate."
Voordelen: "Quickest in & out procedure at both BUD and LTN in a long time and a super pretty flight attendant."
Nadelen: "Very very routh unprofessionally and disrespectful check in person . I did not receive by boarding pass through the email and was charged with 35 euros to have my boarding pass printed ! The clerk raised his voice and was disrespectful to me and other customers. The flight itself was ok, nothing special but not bad either."

I fly on the regular basis, first time I have to pay with poor wizz air!! If I know that - I will use Heathrow airport and British Airways for my flight to Riga! "Cheap flights " with wizz air : ticket -£73.00 + check-in £31.50 + coach to Luton £13.00 + coach from Stansted £13.00 + VERY POOR SERVICE! !!! NEVER EVER !!! My last time! !!! I will say to ALL my friends and posted in Facebook, Twitter and Instagramm! !! It's - ROBBERY!!!!!"
Voordelen: "Facilities are terrible! It was like stepping back in time! To use this as a stopover, is a poor decision because this airport does NOT meet the brief and does NOT warrant being used for passengers. I’ve been very polite here, I have more choice words I could use"
Nadelen: "Nothing! To learn that Wizz Air ‘allowed’ cabin size is so tiny was really shocking! With All the other budget airlines, easyJet, Monarch & even Ryanair my cabin would’ve been fine. This is the same hand luggage I’ve been using using for many years."

Je ne sais pas si ça change qqch mais j’ai bcp moins peur et il y a moins de secousses en l’aire avec eux qu’avec une autre compagnie. Je ne prends que Ryanair si je sais le faire. Dommage que juste pas ne petite TV pour suivre le vol.. ça occupe quand même 😊

C'est Ryanair. Que dire ?

Bruh... Ryanair c'est du "Low cost". Que le stricte minimum sans plus. Les WCs étaient très salle!

Atterrissage un poil "dur", cela m'a surpris. Mais je chipote. C'est toujours agréable et un réel plaisir de voyager avec Ryanair, ou du moins devrais-je dire Malta air. À chaque voyage, aucune surprise, toujours agréable.

Le vol s’est bien passé. Personnel chaleureux

C'est RyanAir, rien d’exceptionnel.

Nadelen: "Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon."

Nadelen: "Trip was Athens - Rome. We had an issue trying to check in online in Greece; it told us to bring our passports to the agent at the airport. We arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hrs before boarding time. After waiting in line the agent told us the check in was closed and we had to pay 55 Euros each JUST TO GET OUR BOARDING PASS. It’s paper with a bar code on it! And we had an issue checking in online. You’re supposed to check in with RyanAir 2 hrs before the plane leaves and we were 4 mins late by the time we waited in line and got to the agent. Nope, still had to pay for paper. Not to mention we had paid extra for priority check in at book. Sure felt like just a cash machine for them. Charge for water too. Awful awful company. I will never fly with them again."

Nadelen: "They kept saying my suitcase didnot fit the overhead compartment. I saw so many people with the same size bag...that didnot pay. I flew from Rome to Greece, back to Rome and, Lisbon Back And forth. I will think twice next time...When I fly to Europe next year..Flying Ryanair."

Voordelen: "Only option available at the time. I would not have flown Ryanair if there had been any other airline flying the route in the time slot. Actual flight was fine, but the process from booking the flight to gettin aboard was horrible."
Nadelen: "Rayanair made the transaction as difficult, uncertain and unpleasant as they could. From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."

Quand ce n'est pas les repas avec 5 min de lecture lourde avec son fort dont on se moque, puis la vente de parfums et autres avec liste lourde...vient le tour de cartes à gratter... insuportable , de surcroît si on veut se reposer"

Voordelen: "Overall a great flight! Uncomplicated and easy even for a family of five. We got a great deal on the flights and service was good!"
Nadelen: "We were late boarding and departing for both departures, yet we gained time in the air. Great job!"
Nadelen: "Overcharged for everything. If you need to check a bag or want to sit next to the person you are traveling with, then you are charged fees. The checked bag fee was almost $50. On board, nothing is offered and they try to sell you perfume and other extras. Overall, the boarding was a mess, the staff were not very friendly, and it was not a great experience."
