Nadelen: "I've flown hundreds of flights, and this was my first time with Justairfly (TUI), and it will be my last. In Brussels there was a mechanical failure and the flight was delayed. The problem was that it was delayed 14+ hours. Now sometimes things happen, I understand that, but how you handle those situations is something else. Jetsirfly handled this very very poorly, with complete disregard to its passengers. They would require us to return to the gate almost every 2 hours for the next 14 hours. Then when 200+ people return to the gate Jetairfy and their representatives would not be there. They violated many EU statutes regarding passengers rights. And when this was brought to their attention, they would become hostile, and violate more! For instance, by law, when the delay is five hours or longer, passengers may opt for reimbursement of the full cost of the ticket together with, when relevant, a return flight to the first point of departure. I specifically requested reimbursement and to be returned to my point of origin, and was flat out denied for Jetairfly! By law, if a flight is delayed by four hours or more and the final destination is over 1500 kilometers, the passengers are required to compensation. Not only did they not compensate us, they failed to notify us, as required by law, of this compensation. In general, they did an extremely poor job of handling the situation and myself, and 100+ other passengers have reported them to the authorities. I'll never fly or use Jetairfly or TUI again. And I suggest you avoid this. Airline at all costs."
Voordelen: "The plane was pretty nice with eqch person having their own TV with multipe options for movies. Other than that, it was just a typical flight with nothing great or nothing really bad."
Nadelen: "Again, nothing really poor, but nothing great either."
Voordelen: "Service with a smile. As our flight was redirected to Ostend, the signage was clearly marked to get to the transfer bus to Brussels and the water that was given to passengers before boarding the bus was a nice and welcome touch."
Nadelen: "It was not clear in Dalaman Airport why they were shouting "Izmir" as if they were looking for passengers to Izmir, and it appeared as though boarding was to a flight to Izmir, yet we were all travelling to Ostend. Strange! I thought I was at the wrong gate as I couldn't see a sign indicating Ostend at the boarding area. When I asked if the plane went to Ostend they said yes and took my ticket--but this was never announced."
Voordelen: "The flight crew was very courteous, professional, and attentive. The prepared meals were tasty, nutritious and filling. Also, the selection of free in-flight entertainment (mostly the movies, and tv shows) were satisfiying. They were even able to shorten the flight time by 1-1/2 hours. I would probably fly with them again if their prices remain reasonably low."
Nadelen: "The only issue have with being on an 8 hour flight is being confined to about .5 meter of space. I couldn't move my elbows for the most part."
Voordelen: "The price is unbeatable"
Nadelen: "You can expect high end entertainment and food went you pay a half of the price of the competitors"
Voordelen: "It's not high-end, and does lack some luxuries, but for the price, you get everything you need."
Nadelen: "Lack of electrical outlets and no wifi."

Bruh... Ryanair c'est du "Low cost". Que le stricte minimum sans plus. Les WCs étaient très salle!

Embarquement à Malaga à 16h50 au lieu de 15h35 (compagnie Air Europa) Correspondance à 18h15 à Palma de Majorque en direction de Marseille (compagnie Ryanair) Arrive à Palma à 18h20, nous avons logiquement pas pu embarqué à bord du vol Ryanair

Nadelen: "It is known that RyanAir is not the top class of comfort."

Nadelen: "We paid for our bags on booking and then paid for them on both flights again."

Nadelen: "Conditions d'embarquement désastreuses à Bordeaux. Aucune organisation cohérente. Information et contre information se succédant semant un désordre total parmi les passagers Retard sur vol 2h Chaleur suffocante dans la cabine de l'avion"
Nadelen: "Hélas pour ce type de vol on ne peut espérer mieux. Avion petit et plein à capacité."
Voordelen: "L'équipage était comme d'habitude, au top"
Nadelen: "Ils pourraient être à l'heure, au moins de temps en temps"
Voordelen: "Personnel très pro et serviable. Avion et vol impeccable. Retard de 4h pour raisons météo, collation offerte par Ryanair"

Voordelen: "L'avion volait."
Nadelen: "Enregistrement chaotique. Pas de possibilité de télécharger les cartes d'embarquement, donc s'impose de payer un surplus de 20£ pour pouvoir embarquer, sans conter que plus de la moitié des passagers étaient dans la même situation, on à dû courir de la zone d'enregistrement jusqu'au service aux clients aller-retour avec toutes les bagages et bien évidemment en faisant des prières pour ne pas rater l'avion. Ensuite, une fois terminé la séance cardio à l'aéroport et passé tous les filtres de contrôle, on est dirigé vers l'aéronef et voilà un autre surprise ; on doit attendre au près de l'avion sur le tarmac... Normalement ça ne devrait pas être grand chose, sauf qu'il y est six heures de matin à London et il fait 5 degrés Celsius à l'extérieur... Oui, ça caille un peu. Aéronef avec un design de base adaptée à la quantité et non à la qualité, fauteuils rigides sans aucun option économique, pas de divertissement abord, même pas un écran et ont ne parle même pas d'amuse gueule sans avoir à recourir à la carte bleu... C'est ma deuxième fois avec Ryanair et cette fois ci ils sont fait des efforts pour se dépasser dans la cônerie... :("

Nadelen: "Whole. Families split up , inc young children, one group of ten spread all round the plan. Just two of us me row 27 better half row 8 ! Only Jet 2 do this too to punish you for not paying to sit together."
Voordelen: "The flight itself was quick and crew members were professional."
Nadelen: "We weren't informed of flight delays until arriving at the airport. No information was provided on departure time until after waiting almost 2 hours. Ryanair staff at the airport made announcements exclusively in Spanish, without providing an English translation."
Voordelen: "Liverpool airport, flight"
Nadelen: "Service from ground staff in Palma Being charged twice for our bags. Paid £200 for 2 bags instead of £100. Will never fly Ryan air again."
Nadelen: "20 minutes notice of an 8 hour delay. Zero communication, treated like cattle by ground staff, given a €5 food voucher after literally chasing staff around other boarding gates. €5 is not “reasonable” food expense for this length of delay under EU261. Then sent a reminder to claim from insurance company. No Ryanair - we will be claiming full amount from you, and encouraged other travellers to do the same. Utter amateurs and fraudsters."
Nadelen: "Long waiting in the plane. 1 hour delay. Long line for bus to Brussels"

Nadelen: "Everything cost money. They were late both flights. The seats didn’t recline. There was no communication for the boarding. It cost $100 each way for bags. It cost $24 to print out your boarding pass if you did it at the airport. Water even cost money. No pocket on the seat backs to put stuff in. Bags took forever to get."
Nadelen: "Retard - bus raté ensuite"

Nadelen: "The airline app did not enable us to download our boarding passes as non-EU citizens and the check-in desk refused to issue paper boarding passes. We had to wait to the last minute at the gate for the agent to write up a boarding pass by hand. Ridiculous."

Nadelen: "Why do I have to sit with other people whom have been purposely separated from their wives family & friends ? I know the answer because Ryanair have now adopted the Jet2’s system of ensuring although you book together you definitely won’t seat together! ( Unless you pay the premium to sit side by side as 99% of the worlds airlines do as a matter of course!)."
Voordelen: "Passengers and crew were nice. The basic price is ok, but many people buy "extras" like "privileged" boarding, and seats next to friends/relatives, so not so cheap overall."
Nadelen: "I don't understand Ryanair policy on random seat assignment. It delays boarding while passengers negotiate on swapping seats. I guess it's just a cynical ploy to extract more money, like the privileged boarding scam. In Palma, the departure board went from Delayed to Boarding without any announcements. The plane was late arriving and the crew blamed the ground staff. The ground staff were certainly slow coming to the plane at Stansted. I wonder if they are disenchanted with Ryanair too. We will actively avoid Ryanair where possible, and advise others to do so."
Nadelen: "Couldn't recline seat Can't use Bluetooth as phone on airplane mode Hold luggage cost a bit expensive Automated seat allocation separates couples so we are forced to purchase seat to sit together. This is unacceptable."
Voordelen: "Overall a great flight! Uncomplicated and easy even for a family of five. We got a great deal on the flights and service was good!"
Nadelen: "We were late boarding and departing for both departures, yet we gained time in the air. Great job!"
