Our boarding pass was gate N1. My wife and I checked in at 11:00 AM and went to gate N1 as indicated on our boarding pass. We waited until 1:20 PM and noticed no activity at gate N1. I pannic. And approach a Alaska Airlines attendant who checked my boarding pass and informed me that the boarding gate was changed to gate N17. My wife and I had to run to hate N17. Very dissatisfied. No announcement was made about the change

I could understand the bags were heavy but they were quite light, but tossed as if making a NBA championship free throw!"

Nadelen: "Airplane food....what's new about that?"
Voordelen: "Flew in premium economy - relatively comfortable. They had really good cheeseburgers for sale. The flight attendants were all professional. Had a special captain who came out of the cockpit to speak to the passengers over the intercomm. He was funny, personable and helped get the flight off on the right foot. I have about 350,000 miles with Alaska and about twice that number on other airlines. This was the first time I ever experienced such a personable interaction from a pilot. Flight attendants can be entertaining but pilots usually are too serious to make the passengers happy to be on board."
Nadelen: "They did not have Priority boarding for first class and MVP."
Voordelen: "On time departure and arrival."
Nadelen: "No food options..,just one small cracker."

Nadelen: "Most uncomfortable flight as far as seats were concerned. Literally felt like we were sardines. My second flight which was a much smaller plane was 10 times more comfortable."
Voordelen: "Rick was probably the best flight attendant I've ever encountered! Granted it was First Class, but he went absolve and beyond with our family."
Nadelen: "Plane was a tad run down, i.e.: cosmetically things were broken or falling apart."
Voordelen: "I like the fact that we can download the app and watch movies for free."
Nadelen: "The food is not included. Even a snack."
Voordelen: "Grateful that the ground crew checked bags for free at the gate because the flight was full. This alleviates a lot of stress on travelers, when flying these days is already really stressful. Good decision."
Voordelen: "Cabin crew were very cheerful and glad to see us board the plane as asked. Ground crew thanked everyone with a smile and said our names."

Voordelen: "There was a confusion with my reservation and I didn't have a seat assignment. But the ticket agent listened, assisted and called over the manager to resolve the situation. It all took 3 minutes and they were very accommodating. The flight attendants were all lovely."
Nadelen: "The boarding process took over 35 minutes and felt unorganized at the gate. It would have been nice to have more clarity as to the order we would enter and where we should stand to facilitate that."
Voordelen: "Delayed BC of Pilots schedule, boarded the knowing the pilots weren't even there yet waited 30 mins for pilots with no air-conditioning til the stewards called someone to turn on air... finally checking the plane and during that found there was something wrong with waited an extra 45 mins til we finally took out ...were supposed to arrive in Newark at 5:55 pm did land til 7:15pm that messed up my pick and the schedule"
Voordelen: "Flight attendants were helpful and cheerful. Seats are comfy, decent food options. Both flights arrived on time"
Nadelen: "Vol parti avec plus de 2 heures de retard, aucune communication personnelle de la part de la compagnie (mail ou texte) et très peu de communication dans l'aéroport, et aucune excuse de la compagnie. Équipage qui se balade simplement dans l'allée de l'avion en disant vaguement les mesures de sécurité à appliquer sans réellement prêter attention à ce que font les passagers (la personne devant moi à passer l'atterrissage le siège baissé...)"
Voordelen: "It got cancelled due to 3 inch of snow. And I missed work in Denver because of it. Very inconvenient"
Nadelen: "I would like to not have it cancel"

Nadelen: "I carry photo equipment in a carry on bag because of expense, damage control and temperature control. Unfortunately I can not leave it for baggage people to handle (although I would love to.) When I got my carry on to the greeting flight attendant I explained I had just finished a shoot and I was sorry that I needed to keep the bag as carry on. Flight Attendant: there was nothing she could do and I needed to go back down the stairs, even though people were still boarding and leave it with the baggage people. Me: "In the past the flight attendant put the bag in that closet." (I pointed to the locked closet where they keep their bags.) Flight Attendant: I cant open it because it's locked. Me: "The key is kept there." (I pointed to where the key is kept. I know because I've done this trip so many times before.) Flight Attendant: "See if it will fit under your seat." It did... but I had my knees in my chin for the entire flight. Thanks, Ann"

Voordelen: "Flight service kept things light and friendly, efficient. Although the takeoff was late, attempts were made to shorten the flight so that overall delay was minimized on the back end. Thank you!"

Short flights there is no food and no drinks, such as coffee juice, only water.

There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.

Nadelen: "Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew."
Nadelen: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"
Voordelen: "A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it."

Nadelen: "Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade."

Nadelen: "Dozens of high school students screaming and climbing onto seats, crew did not intervene."
Voordelen: "The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars..."
Nadelen: "So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!"

Voordelen: "One crew member was very good but all were not very available or checking on people. I had a seat that I purchased and it was very hard to recline I only found out that it did if fact recline it the last hour to hour and a half of the trip! It was a difficult push back to get it to recline"
