Nadelen: "The flight left three hours late while the crew was waiting for an oxygen tank to arrive. We were boarded onto the plane after it was nearly an hour and a half late, then waited in out cramped seats for another hour and a half as we continued to wait for the same piece of equipment. At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."

Nadelen: "I was seated in first class, and due to some catering mix-up, no meal was served. I was given a banana and crackers which was very disappointing since I hadn't eaten in 8 hours and was starving. No on board entertainment whatsoever."

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "Very uncomfortable seats Oddly shaped overhead bins, unable to put standard sized bags overhead, meanwhile they fit in planes of other major airline companies such as American Airlines. No food options, only sweet biscuit which contains soy and milk."

Voordelen: "Some "perk" for Diamond status on Delta to get to a shorter security line, but customs and immigration was... customs and immigration."
Nadelen: "No available SkyTeam lounge unless you had a business class ticket. As a Diamond flier, I can always access the SkyTeam lounges. Audio for boarding was a little unclear so there was some confusion at boarding. For reasons unknown, my bag was moved from one overhead bin to another. Very frustrating since I board early to avoid this confusion and hassle."

Nadelen: "The flight was delay for 3 hours and they only give us chips and water. They didn't explain well what was the problem. The plane was dirty inside and the seats werent comfortable at all, the plane was making weird noises. There is no window in the 11A Window Seat. Really really bad service at all."

Voordelen: "Plane was clean, attendants were friendly, and food was fine."
Nadelen: "I had a flight from Detroit to Montreal. Tried to check in and DTW was not a choice on the westjet website and so I physically could not check in. I realized the flight was technically operated not by WestJet, but Gojet. Went to Gojet's website and was told that Delta took care of all of their ticketing and such. Went to Delta's website, entered my ticket number and card number but I was not in the system as I was given all WestJet info (not Delta's). Luckily the baggage check in people figured it all out."

Conséquence j’ai mangé un bout de pain et une barre tendre! De plus, le personnel était plus ou moins compréhensif et accomodant."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Transferring to another airline that was “serviced by”. British Airways ended up being 2 hours of stress, confusion and running to our gate. This should be made apparent while booking. Had to go through security 3 times in Toronto."

Nadelen: "The seats were fairly narrow and I had the unfortunate luck of having a mechanical box at foot space taking away half of it. (on the previous flight there was no box and foot space was fine). On this journey I was sitting on the aisle being constantly bumped by the crew moving up and down the aisles. I’m not a big person and wasn’t in the aisle however, on the aisle opposite me was a bigger person. The crew were constantly moving to avoid that person and hitting me. Expect tight seating and narrow aisles."

Voordelen: "First experience flying business class -- and Aer Lingus has it down to a science! Great food (maybe too much actually!), friendly attendants, great service -- and the most wonderful pods that allow you to lay out flat for a snooze, complete with duvets and pillows."

Nadelen: "Flight left late and landed over 45 minutes late. No support for those that were left late for connections and no allowing those to de-board first. No Aer Lingus staff in the airport when the luggage screw up from Madrid was discovered."

Nadelen: "I couldn't check in until I got to the airport so I was stuck in a middle seat. Boarding went smoothly but we sat on the run way for an extended period of time. The screens weren't working for the first 45 mintues and when they were finally reset the movies kept skipping which made it unwatchable, the 7 hour flight from hell."

Voordelen: "Didn’t feel cramped like on the Air Transat flight to Dublin. The food was quite good and they had a great selection of movies."

Nadelen: "Could not get a replacement flight and had to book with another airline and different route. Hoping the refund process will go smoothly."

Voordelen: "Having had bad experiences with Aer Lingus before, I was hesitant to book with Aer Lingus again. But sadly, I was booking this flight last minute and had no other option. The route was Dublin to Calgary, via Toronto. I left myself plenty of time im Toronto to clear customs as I know it can take a while. The day of, the flight ended up being 1.5 hours longer than usual due to headwinds, leaving me with only 2.5 hours in Toronto. I ended up waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes for my bag and missing my connecting flight (my sister who was also on the same flight received hers in 30 mins and made the flight). Westjet was wonderful and put me on a later flight but Aer Lingus didn't have any assistance for me."
Nadelen: "Aer Lingus lost my sister's luggage going to Ireland and never contacted my sister once the luggage was found. She only received it the day we flew back to Calgary. Poor customer service when inquiring about the bag, no compensation for necessities purchased."

Voordelen: "They really did a great job, kept us informed about what was going on,staff was quick, organized and pleasant. I have to say, best food on a flight that I have had in a very LONG time,!"

Voordelen: "The staff was very friendly this time, though thats not always the case. The entertainment is very good."
Nadelen: "The plane was really old with no space to move in the seat. Once the person in front reclines, you pretty much can’t even get out to go to the bathroom."

Voordelen: "Best meals I've ever had. Front facing sleepers are easier to sleep in than the diagonal configuration."
Nadelen: "Connections within Europe have no business class. It is actually a worse experience than Air France and Lufthansa."

Voordelen: "I loved that the trip was relatively short and uneventful. The food was adequate, but nothing to brag about and very little. The hostesses were nice,better than last time. The price was right on, mostly for a trip of under 15 hours...when usually it is 20h with a stopover."
Nadelen: "On the way over, I couldnt get water. The trolley didn't come by, and I had to "leg-over" my sleeping neighbor to get a glass of water fo the back reserve. The TV wasn't working; the remote was dead. As it was a night flight, it didn't matter tt much for me, but it should've been working. The passengers could have been spread out better as there were completely empty middle rows. It would have helped with comfort."

Voordelen: "Everything"

Voordelen: "Every seat had it's own t.v.; however, the movie selection was limited compared to the British Airways flight we took to Dublin. We were served a meal that did not require an additional fee which was great, but the taste was so-so. The crew was competent and pleasant."

Nadelen: "Boarding was very slow and not well organized therefore all passengers were trying to find their seat at the same time. No pillows or blankets available. The entertainment system has not kept up to date. Poor reception and old movies. My new case was damaged that can't be repaired on route from Heathrow-Dublin-Toronto Aer-Lingus is no different from any other airline that fly across the Atlantic - too bad"

Nadelen: "The entertainment console wasn't working properly, very poor sound, could not access maps or games at all"

Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable, the crew was friendly and the food was okay."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't great. The earphones quality was quite bad and felt really uncomfortable. Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Voordelen: "Fly was delayed.i was told my bag would go to end but it was not.instead of coming to the hotel 7pm i came 1am."

Nadelen: "Not getting everyone standing in line to board one hour and 10 minutes before scheduled departure."

Nadelen: "Train your ground crew. Our luggage was not placed on our flight from Paris to Amsterdam and were sent to Amsterdam on separate planes. My husband’s medication was in his bag. This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta."

Nadelen: "My first flight was cancelled my return flight was delayed by 5 hours They made me check my carry on even though it was with in the size limit which cost 85 euros and when trying to ask why the staff was extremely rude and not helpful worst flight experience I’ve ever had"

Nadelen: "Horrible delay. I got letd to my next flyight. The airline stuff didn’t assist me at all and didn’t wanted to help me getting to my next flight. Horrible"

Nadelen: "I was treated like I am not supposed to ask for food and they had one choice of meal for me while they had 2 for the rest."

Nadelen: "My entire travel experience became extremely rushed and chaotic due to my flight being canceled and me being alerted -LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE IT TOOK OFF! This is unacceptable."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew, good meal and entertainment"
Nadelen: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nadelen: "Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion."

Voordelen: "Very good male crew member. Pilot genuinely apologetic for the delay."
Nadelen: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Voordelen: "I liked the food, the crew, the service"
Nadelen: "The seats we were assigned ( we are two we'll feed person's and the seats are toooo narrow"

Nadelen: "Vlucht door vertraging van uit lax gemist op een paar minuten"

Nadelen: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Nadelen: "The economy premium seats are very uncomfortable"

Voordelen: "Great hospitality. Champagne as apero, cognac as digestif. Excellent on board entertainment. Comfy pillow and blanket."

Voordelen: "All was good we didn’t feel the time 9 hours passed easily"
Nadelen: "Nothing special"

Nadelen: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Nadelen: "Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience."

Voordelen: "Leg room is bigger than average, there is also a foot step which helps you to relax."
Nadelen: "There must be lice on the plane, either from the customer or on the seats. Got bitten 6 times on the leg and butt!!! And this is not the first time hearing same story, Air France definitely needs to disinfect the plane more thoroughly. Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

Voordelen: "Other crew members were very polite to us, in particular a younger tall woman."
Nadelen: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

Nadelen: "The seat configuration in economy is unacceptable, the leg room is terrible and overall a very uncomfortable flight of more than 7 hours"
